Brasile: hotel con palestra nella provincia di San Paolo

When I entered the room, I had a bit struggle to find the lights. It’s not a common 4 star hotel where I just need to insert the key card and everthing is on. The pool area is perfect for afternoon cocktails. Elevator was fast. The hotel is within walking distance to shoping center. I think this hotel is decent for short stay in Sao Jose.

The hotel was nice, to he breakfast was delicious. However, we tried to contact the hotel prior to our arrival asking about the shuttle from the airport but we didn't get a response about the timing so we ended up taking a taxi! The hotel gave us extra time to check out because of this inconvenience so I am thankful for that.

Nice hotel. Location was good with shopping mall just opposite. The gym was sufficient. However, breakfast can have more variety would be best.

Hotel bem localizado, tivemos um imprevisto com a cobrança sendo realizada duas vezes, infelizmente houve um erro que passou por 3 atendentes do hotel, depois foi resolvido através de um estorno do pagamento, então neste ponto, tudo foi resolvido. A área da piscina, a pesar de informarem ser coberta e aquecida, o aquecimento é mínimo, deixa ela de gelada para menos gelada, infelizmente a cobertura está bem danificada, possui vários buracos na telha, durante nossa visita, acabou chovendo e existem pingos por toda a área da piscina, o que fica quase que impraticável o seu uso.

Hotel molto buono, super pulito e un ottimo servizio, solo il colazione e la cucina non ha più bisogno.

The room seem to be little smaller and AC was little weak initially. But rest of the things were great. Oh yes, I booked from trip.com. but the hotel system did not have my reservation. They took at least 15 mins to verify before I was getting the key.

Perfetto soggiorno !!! Top notch hotel. Molto consiglio di rimanere qui. Molto bella camera rinnovata. Amazing multiopzioni per colazione non l'ha mai visto in Brasile. Veramente bella staff amazing helpful. Fa il loro meglio per soddisfare le vostre esigenze. Meritate le 5 stelle e sarete sicuri di ritorno.

E' stata la prima volta che ho affittato una stanza in Ibis. Ho sentito commenti che la stanza è piccola, ma per la mia sorpresa era molto più piccola di quanto pensassi. Ho comunque affittato. Ho pensato che le mie crisi claustrofobiche erano state curate, ma nella stanza di Ibis ho avuto una crisi claustrofobica... mancanza di aria, dolore al petto, dolore alla testa... la finestra della stanza non si apriva... sembra che una prigione solitario non abbia spazio per locomorsi. Il bagno è stretto. È stata una brutta esperienza. Ho dovuto uscire lo stesso giorno. Non sono riuscito a rimanere lì. Ho dovuto affittare un hotel nel centro di questi sporchi, ma che almeno aveva uno spazio più grande e finestre vere.

Mi manca un ristorante più professionale, con un servizio diretto, soprattutto a cena. Lo spazio è ampio e molto bello, mancanti solo piccoli aggiustamenti. Sarebbe più piacevole rimanere più tempo, generando ricetta continua pro hotel.
