Room is superb clean. Facilities are good. Location wise is far from tuan chau harbour & Bay chai harbour. Do not trust the transport that arrange by hotel's lady! Is not even taxi nor hotel's car, is a personal car who trying to charge high price. (1) We requested hotel to pick us up at 14km away from. Pre-comunicate via WhatsApp is 200k vnd, and when we arrived hotel, the guy intend to charge us 250k vnd but lastly we show him supporting proof & called hotel then only allowed 200vnd. (1) we also ask the hotel lady to book taxi from hotel to 6.1km away for where our bus pick us. Same guy again, with same trick. We ask the lady how much will be the cost , she ask us not to worry as is meter will 1km 12k vnd. Then we insist and the price range then she mentioned range 100k-150k. When end of the trip. We are asking to pay for 150k vnd without using meter. Conclusion, very nice & clean hotel but do not ask hotel reception for taxi. Or if want, insist them to book a proper taxi for u with pre-agree price. Not personal type car.

Отдыхали семьёй 2 взрослых и 2 ребенка. Были 18 дней, потом переехали в другой отель к друзьям. Есть с чем сравнить. Персонал очень приветливый и добрый. Все ребята молодцы, всегда готовы помочь (взять на прокат мотобайк или посоветовать экскурсию). Питание замечательное (рис, лапша, бананы, арбузы, булочки, тосты, яйца, кукуруза, салаты). Голодными никогда не были точно. Очень довольны! Спасибо вам 💙

Anche se classificato come un hotel di lusso 4-star, non c'era servizio concierge e abbiamo dovuto trasferire il nostro bagaglio nella stanza. Solo due membri del personale del desk front were there, who did everything. Non c'era nessun agente di viaggio per fornire informazioni o servizi di viaggio o crociera a Halong Bay. La diffusione del colazione era limitata alla selezione tra le opzioni 2-3 un giorno in anticipo, che non era un menu 4-star. La camera fornita era una suite a due camere con una cucina attaccata, con un forno, ma senza utensili o nemmeno piatti per servire, e mancava anche una necessità di base come una microonde per il riscaldamento. Non c'era nessun impianto per lavare i lavastoviglie. Il condizionamento dell'aria non era centralizzato, ma unità indipendenti in ciascuna camera. La dimensione della camera era molto piccola, con poca spazio per aprire i guardaroba. In generale, l'esperienza di soggiorno di due giorni non è stata così comoda e lussuosa come si aspetta in un alloggio 4-star. Non c'era nessuna piscina o bar al tetto e, in realtà, ci è stato detto che non c'era molto da esplorare nei piani superiori. Il nostro alloggio è stato fornito al quattordicesimo piano.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel perché sono familiare con Novotel a Jakarta, Indonesia. Ho ottenuto un 10% di sconto utilizzando le Trip Coins. Mi piace davvero il mio soggiorno a Novotel Ha Long Bay. La stanza è estremamente spaziale. Vorrei dire che tre persone che si muovono in giro non sarebbe affatto problema. Il letto è anche grande. 2. Le attrezzature sono meravigliose, ho tutto quello che ho bisogno e alcuni di loro sono prodotti ecologici. 3.Non solo la camera da letto, ma anche il bagno è spazioso.Wow! 4. I dipendenti sono umili e comprensivi. Inizialmente ho chiesto un checkout tardivo fino a 12.30, ma l'ho cambiato a 13.00 perché ho appena tornato dal matrimonio del mio amico. Inoltre, mi hanno sempre aiutato a ordinare il taxi Main Linh. 5. Squeaky pulito!!! Amo la proprietà pulita!!! Purtroppo non c'è bidet, i indonesi usano bidet quotidianamente, non c'è scelta di mangiare Halal, ma va bene, è solo comune in Vietnam. In generale, la mia esperienza è stata impressionante al punto che prendo anche le foto per vedere quanto questo hotel è stato buono.

We had an amazing time on the Dora cruise. The boat is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Shower and balcony were both large for a boat. From the moment you are picked up to the moment you are dropped back, the staff make the trip effortless. We cannot thank Tom enough for his great hospitality and for taking us to Capa island on our second day. 3 days and 2 nights is much better than the 1 night option as you get a boat trip and island bike ride on the second day which is phenomenal and a highlight of the trip. The staff go above and beyond and have exceptional customer service skills. Thank you to Dora cruise for making our visit to Halong Bay an unforgettable experience.

A quiet getaway from the hassles of the big city. The staff was extremely helpful to arrange admission to local attractions and services. Highly recommend staying in Tuan Chau for access to the day tours launching from the pier.

Everything was good about the hotel Just the front staff was confused and made us sit 1 hour for nothing and tried tricking us to a smaller room then the ones we booked since they loved saying room is not ready only when we became little strict they gave us the room so not sure why trouble us when we had a small kid with us Otherwise the facility and rooms were clean but the struggle to have us reach our room was really an awful experience

If you are looking for a Hotel near the Marina so you can board your Cruise in the morning then seriously consider this Hotel. The staff was pleasant and waited for our late arrival then arranged for us to be driver to the terminal on their EV. All four of us really enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed an extra day instead of Hanoi. We arrived late so we didn't get to sample their cuisine but we had an enjoyable Breakfast Buffet.
