Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money.

The hotel interiors look run down.. It needs upgrading or refurbishment especilly the floor carpet., curtains and furnitures. It does not deserve a 4 star rating. But on the location it does give gives strategic points as it was located by the sea, shops and din8ng areas. The port tower and surroundings provides an amazing views.

La vista della stanza è molto buona, la posizione geografica è leggermente tranquilla, su una collina, il treno della metropolitana va a piedi per scendere dalla montagna.Anche il cibo è così, non mangiare all'hotel va a corsa lontano.L'hotel ha un edificio di camera da letto pubblica, ma non l'ha mai sperimentato.In generale, è un posto adatto per rilassarsi.

The hotel is right next to the Architectural wonders of Awaji and you can view them with the seaview as a background right from the balcony. The size of the room is also very comfortable. Would also like to recommend booking the breakfast buffet. We have tried two restaurants from the hotel and bought souvenirs from the shop and have nothing to complain about.

Devo esprimere la mia sincera gratitudine alla signora Hatsumi dall'hotel. Grazie al suo aiuto, ho avuto un meraviglioso viaggio a Rokkósan. È certamente una gentile, professionale e, naturalmente, una bella signora. Le sue capacità di comunicazione sono buone, soprattutto perché parla inglese fluente che sarebbe di grande aiuto per qualcuno come me che non parla giapponese. Anche se la tour locale originale era piena di prenotazioni, mi ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi e a risolvere la mia facilità di comunicare con i conducenti di taxi locali. La vista e l'ambiente sono splendidi con una grande squadra di servizi alberghiere. Anche se le difficoltà , come potete già sapere , sono 1) nessun bagno privato 2) non sono materiali di costruzione solidi , ma è comprensibile dato che l' hotel è con la storia antica

🌾我使用到了酒店送達有馬巴士站的服務，無需根據時刻表。check out之後，很快就能上車。 但酒店在攜程的簡介裏，沒有提及接送服務，導致去酒店時是爬了一段坡道的，建議攜程上面需要展示接送服務這類訊息。 *另外我入住那天，見有客人乘酒店車輛離開，一位可愛的女性工作人員深深鞠躬，車輛走遠了，她依然保持原來的姿勢。對於她的敬業我很驚歎。 輪到我離開的時候，並沒有遇到這樣的待遇。並非去奢求這類待遇，而是認為既然酒店的服務態度是如此恭敬，一視同仁可能感受更好。 🌾酒店的湯池，和姐妹酒店遊月山莊組合，一共有3處。酒店給了我中文地圖。在尋找遊月山莊的露天風呂時，當時非常猶豫是否需要下電梯，於是問了遊月山莊的工作人員，建議酒店在地圖上把遊月山莊的泡湯之處，用可視化照片附在地圖上，或者發揮日文文化優勢，以漫畫形式更圖像化顯示。 🌾房間床的靠背很不舒適，枕頭又太塌。這個感受真是不美妙。 🌾酒店的松下空調在晚上6點至8點時間段，不送風。工作人員也幫忙調整了空調製式等，可工作人員一離開，又開始不送風。到了更晚些時候，空調才持續送暖。 🌾牙刷的刷毛有些硬。 🌾酒店的WiFi網速比較弱，低於流量包網速。但這並非是指出不好，度假也不一定説要繼續依賴網絡，這個具體看不同客人的不同需求了。 🌾酒店地理位置，離開金之湯比較近，在一條直網上。 🌾酒店房間裏有小卡片表示售賣神户特產口味的冰激淋。但是沒有英文展示具體是哪幾種口味，也沒有圖示不同的口味不同的編號，不太便於選擇自己喜好的冰激淋口味。 綜上，酒店的人性化氛圍的展示，床品的選擇和設計有待改良。 🌻茶包茶具很有特色。利腸道消化。 🌻浴衣女士有酒紅色的緞帶，天氣冷還給了 薰衣草紫的外衣。

The hotel is a little dated, however the location is very convenient as it's near the station, but a little weird to get to the hotel as its lobby is on a higher floor, along with the staff was friendly.

Il centro storico di San Francisco è stato un hotel molto bello con un servizio e strutture (bagno di primavera pubblico, dove donne e uomini sono separati e diversi bagni di primavera privati che consiglio di prenotare in anticipo). Il lato inferiore sarebbe che l'hotel non offre letti occidentali (solo futon giapponesi) e che il personale non parla molto bene inglese (ma sono molto gentili e stanno cercando di aiutare il meglio)

L'hotel è di qualità e prezzo.La posizione è buona, il servizio è buono, le strutture sono complete. È un hotel garantito con premi e ben noto da persone in zona, rendendo facile chiamare un'auto e viaggiare molto convenientemente.

Questa è la nostra seconda visita qui, il personale è molto utile, e c'è un trasferimento gratuito non solo alla stazione e dalla stazione - se vuoi un pick-up dalla città o dalla corda durante il tuo soggiorno, anche loro aiuteranno. I bagni privati sono belli e ben mantenuti, e il sistema di riserva-seguente-come-se-lasci-il precedente è molto conveniente. In generale, grande esperienza.
