Il miglior soggiorno finora durante i miei 15 giorni in Giappone e il servizio è davvero immacolato. Sono stato in Giappone in diversi viaggi solitari e questo è facilmente uno dei più memorabili hotel. Il personale è davvero bello e la vista della camera dell'hotel è incredibile. La stanza che mi hanno aggiornato mi parla per se stesso, bella bagno e davvero buone attrazioni. Sebbene l'hotel sia situato fuori dal continente, vi è un servizio ferroviario portliner e un servizio di navetta complementare a due delle principali stazioni della zona di Kobe.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended.

Well, hotel is next to metro/shinkansen Shinkobe . Not much choice for eating around there after 9:00pm Full of dirt mark on the Carpet…… Facilities/room/equipments are a bit old ….. Better stay near Sanomiya rather than Shinkobe

Fantastic view of the harbor from the hotel room, which is located next to a water front park. The hotel is a bit classic but clean and reasonably comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for my family on our one day visit to Kobe.

This hotel is such a 5 stars with no doubt and I’m gonna choose to stay in this hotel if I come to Awaji Shima again. The hotel room is clean and very comfortable. The terrace in the guest room is able to watch the stars at night. Dining service of breakfast and dinner are nice. And the parking service is included, it’s very convenient.

E'ancora molto buono, l'hotel è ampio e luminoso, può vivere quattro persone, il 10o piano caldo è un ospite del negozio, tre piscine di laghe, non c'è nessuno al di sotto, praticamente nessun cinese, tutti i locali vivono.Il servizio è anche buono e la colazione è ricca. La stazione di Shenhu 3 Palace ha un trasferimento gratuito all'hotel, molto conveniente

Grande esperienza! Ci siamo stati molto tempo a stare all'hotel. Ci sono diversi punti di onsen all'hotel. Il cibo è piuttosto bello e delicato, stile kaiki. E 'più lontano dalla strada principale ma più tranquillo e ha una migliore vista.

這是一次非常好體驗，首先旅館職員給我們賓至如歸的感覺，從接送、餐廳、設施職員都非常有禮，我們沒有遇到說普通話職員，沒關係反正我普通話也沒有很好🤣，職員用英語也能讓我們十分明白和享受設施。 1. 溫泉方面今次我們浸了4個，分別是1237，個人推薦2和3，大堂有免費飲料供應，浸完飲一杯爽。 2. 餐飲需最少提前3天預訂，我是用電郵跟旅館溝通的，建議大家早點跟旅館查詢和預訂，即場是不能安排的，我晚餐在餐廳享用，早餐則在房間，人人安排是不同，我見有人早餐在餐廳。 3. 旅館提供接送服務，千萬不要傻傻自己爬山，我都是在這裡看評語才知怎樣聯繫酒店，因為我受到了幫助，所以我盡量打詳細一點，我是由三宮坐巴士到有馬，行一小段斜坡就是遊客中心，請職員替你聯繫旅館職員來接就可以。 我很少打咁詳盡，是因為今次旅程愉快，希望幫到其他人都有愉快旅程😊

公湯有兩個打掃時間，00-01,0930-1100，錯過了早上的泡現在腸子都悔青了。 800年的店一泊二食沒有一點缺點，專門在這裏訂了一個蛋糕，非常好吃，不客氣的説，比我在L’avenue買的奶油蛋糕的奶油要好吃很多 金湯水泡着非常舒服，泡完去房間躺按摩椅，感覺住一天都有點不夠 交通的話離巴士站和那個網紅打卡點就十幾米，非常方便，日歸應該也是非常方便的 晚餐和早餐我覺得都很好吃，特別是早餐的豆腐 服務也很好，箱子放門口，鞋子在出門的時候已經準備好了 我們5個人，吃飯在包間吃的，吃完後去餐廳喝咖啡，坐一會兒 慢節奏的地方，真的非常棒，節奏就應該是泡湯，休息，泡湯，吃

The stay was totally enjoyed as we are celebrating our 5th honeymoon in Kobe this year. The hotel service was brilliant. We've got an upgrade to a larger room with big bath tub by the window which allow perfect view of the Tower. Will come back to stay again soon. Thank you!

Grandi hotel, la mattina e la cena sono molto ricchi e deliziosi. I dipendenti sono molto amichevoli e possono parlare inglese fluido. Il giorno piove. Grazie per il Signor Kimura ci ha portato all'hotel dal parcheggio, mentre un altro dipendente, il signor Yamamoto, ha presentato l'hotel in dettaglio, Le strutture della stanza e il pranzo, perché la prenotazione è Trip.com, e ci sono anche 20000 yen in contanti in comune. Puoi specificare ristoranti e luoghi per l'isola di Liu Xiaogang. Il minibar nella stanza è anche gratuito.Molto buona esperienza di soggiorno, spero che la prossima volta che ti aspetta incontri un buon tempo.

My non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Fortunately the staff were exceptional, and I soon received another room. One staff told me that because the room was ”Japanese Style”, and that I had to take the bedding from the closet, move the low table and make up my own futon. I live in Japan and I know what a ”Japanese Style” room is. Ryokans of a good grade will have staff make up the futons. When a hotel is too large, the work of making up the futons for all rooms becomes onerous, however, one wonders why ”five star hotel” if one has to make up one's own futon AND receive education on what a ”Japanese Style” room entails [ I am in the hotel business]. The lobby is bleak and looks cheap. No style, no charm. The seating is ugly and cheap. There are real plants here and there but no cut flowers. Cut flowers are very expensive in Japan. Too expensive for this hotel. The final point is that I booked this specific hotel in order to take a swim. Although the weather was fine, the pool had closed the day before I arrived. The pool was still full of water, perfect and peaceful, but ”closed”. No doubt, this saves on staff and other expenses, in the same way that making up one's own futon does . . . all this is fine for a hostel, but not for a luxury hotel. I have been generous with my star-giving because I like to be kind, and because several of the staff were truly exceptional in their kindness and service, however, we hope that the management will note our comments. Please pay for more staff and please keep your pool open as long as the weather permits. Global warming means pools can stay open longer. :-)

 Ambiente tranquillo, ambiente generale  prima classe, comfortabile scrittura, stanza è molto buona, tutti gli impianti sono completi e diversi strumenti alimentari.Puoi fotografare il tramonto, il cibo BBQ è pronto a fare il neve, puoi mangiare da solo in qualsiasi momento.E un ricchio colazione. Parlare in modo attento sulla piazza, non influenzare gli ospiti della casa accanto.
