Una delle più sorprendenti esperienze di ristorazione che abbia mai avuto.Abbiamo prenotato la mini-suite e la camera era sorprendente con una vista stupenda sulla piscina e sul Grand World lontano. Le camere stesse erano grandi. La colazione era fantastica. Devo anche ricordare quanto sia stato sorprendente la piscina - la miglior piscina di resort che abbia mai avuto.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc. The location is excellent—just a short walk to nearby shops, with a 24-hour market right behind the hotel serving excellent fresh coconut. The hotel is close to Vinpearl Safari, VinWonders, and Grand World, and offers a free shuttle to these attractions as well as to a private beach club. There are plenty of facilities for young children, including a swimming pool with water slides, a cinema, and a kids’ club (note: the water slide is only operational from 3 pm to 5 pm). The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection, though it can get very busy and crowded. Our room was a nice size, with a balcony equipped with chairs and a table—perfect for enjoying the view of Grand World. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

It’s was best choice to stay at Venice hotel coz we get to see fireworks every night from the hotel window! It’s got a shuttle service to the night market to and fro. Service was fantastic by the hotel staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the shuttle. Definitely will come here!

Excellent location on the river and walkable to everything in town. The hotel has an old world charm to it. All its staff from reception to dining to bellboy were extremely alert and on the ball. The general manager made his rounds during breakfast to make sure guests were happy. Reception took care of our tours and onwards transportation. Thank you !

⭐ Mixed Feelings: A Great Experience… and a Bit of a Nightmare 😅 Let me share my honest experience staying here – it was a mix of amazing moments and frustrating issues. ⸻ ✅ The Good Stuff: • The room was beautiful, cozy, and comfortable – I honestly didn’t feel like leaving! • I had a perfect view of the nightly fireworks, which felt magical. Seriously, 10/10 for the vibe. • The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and small requests feel pleasant. • The entire place has huge potential, especially if you’re into photography – aesthetic corners everywhere! ⸻ ❌ The Not-So-Great: • Sadly, some facilities were poorly maintained – especially the pool area. It really needs attention if they want guests to enjoy it fully. • Cleanliness was almost okay, but not quite up to expectation. • The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, and the floor kept getting flooded due to a blocked drain. Quite uncomfortable. • The water kettle didn’t work, which was disappointing when I just wanted a warm drink after a long day. ⸻ 📝 Final Thoughts: This place has great potential, but it really needs serious upgrades to match the expectations of travellers. After a tiring day out, guests want comfort, convenience, and smooth facilities — not small frustrations. If improvements are made (especially in maintenance and cleanliness), I would definitely consider coming back. There’s something special about this place… just hoping it can truly shine like it deserves to.

Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno al JM Boutique. Bello e vicino alla spiaggia, personale fantastico e un cane amichevole hanno reso il nostro soggiorno fantastico, soprattutto per il prezzo. Il JM Boutique ha un ottimo ristorante e una spa proprio in fondo alla strada, dove offrono uno sconto del 30% per tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel e uno sconto del 10% al ristorante. Offrono kayak gratuiti (che non abbiamo usato perché c'era troppo vento) e biciclette gratuite, ben tenute e in buone condizioni. L'hotel si vanta di essere ecosostenibile 😊 La spiaggia qui è fantastica e torneremmo volentieri al JM Boutique.

Apartment is well located and clean. The swimming pool area is incredible and the view of the room is amazing. The breakfast place is a bit far from the apartment and the service is not so good, not many options as well and it only opens at 8 am. There is no cleaning service in the apartment and you are expected to clean it before you leave (otherwise you will pay a small fee) even though no supplies are provided for that (only for the dishes).

The hospitality service by mr jaeden very superb. You will feel very welcoming to this hotel. Very helpful. He very do our request for the birthday. He do it very good job as a hospitality services.

Very nice welcome by Hong at the airport. Great service from him. Room is comfy, beds are good as well. Room is a bit dark since the garden is covered with palm trees. Disappointing that: - they charge 10,000vnd for a tea bag…. - the sea isn’t accessible after 6:30pm. - there is something itchy in the water that isn’t comfy (was not anywhere else). - the area has lots of mosquitoes, beetles and other insects which is a bit bothering when you wanna rest at the beach. - the beach is not really at sea level since it’s been heightened over the water level. Overall it’s a bit disappointing vs the price paid, but it’s not a bad place to stay at.

La camera è molto spaziosa e luminosa, con un'atmosfera che ricorda una villa di campagna. Il giardino è ben curato e, cosa non da poco, non abbiamo trovato zanzare. Di notte si sentivano le rane, ma il sonno è stato comunque riposante. È un'ottima scelta per una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Hanno anche delle schede informative per il check-in in cinese, molto utili. È comodo anche spostarsi in taxi. Lo consiglierei per una notte, prima di spostarsi in un resort sul mare.
