Hotel was fine. Bed was not very comfortable and pillows were pretty soft with very little firmness. Room had a full kitchen with fridge. Unfortunately, the dumpsters that were located just behind the building were emptied around 2:30am Thursday morning and were incredibly loud. I was on the 5th floor and it woke me up and felt like it lasted for 30 minutes as the trash truck picked up, emptied, and slammed them back on the ground (probably 5 dumpsters). I wouldn’t recommend staying here just for that reason. Trash can in the kitchen had trash in it when I checked in so I question overall cleanliness. Also was not a fan of the pin pad to enter the room (and building after hours). About 2 blocks from Broadway so a very walkable distance.

This hotel had everything. It was in a great location, the people were friendly, had a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby and the room was perfect. Definitely a good choice if you’re staying in this area.

Questo è un buon posto e una grande stanza. Ma non ci sono cose fornite. (ad esempio, la spazzatura, la pasta, le mutandine e il vestito). Anche io mi sento strano che non abbia una cortina di doccia nel bagno causato rende il pavimento bagnato dopo la doccia!

Prima di prenotare, mi è stato informato che il check-in era 11am e il check-out allo stesso tempo. Quando arrivai al 11, ho finito di aspettare 4 ore intere. Quindi quando prenoti 2 notti 3 giorni è davvero solo 1 24 ore intere. Il ristorante è molto sopra valutato per dire il meno. Non sarò tornato o lo consiglio a nessuno.

This place is great!! Prime location very close to Broadway. Elijah was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly as soon as we walked in the door and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Will definitely be coming back!

Second time we’ve stay here because of it’s a excellent location, staff goes above and beyond, hotel is new and rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Had a room on the 24th floor with an excellent view.

Abbiamo davvero goduto l'aspetto retro del motel! Il lobby e il ristorante sono sorprendenti! La nostra camera era molto comoda e mi piaceva il bagno e la doccia. Ci avevamo colazione nel ristorante e il nostro server, Michele, era fantastico. Era così amichevole e accogliente! Ci è piaciuto il nostro colazione, che era molto meglio dei colazioni continentali che si arrivano in altri hotel! Abbiamo controllato la piscina e il ponte della piscina circostante. Era davvero cool! Mi piaceva l'aspetto. Speriamo di tornare a una visita più lunga a volte.

RReedPDopo avermi lasciato qui, ho avuto un po' di idea di cosa aspettarmi, ma era stato un po', quindi c'erano alcune cose che mi hanno tolto la guardia. C'è solo un negativo che posso pensare, e non è un grande, ma penso sia necessario sottolineare .... 📱📱 Ci sono stati zero plug-ins USB nella stanza. Ci sono stati diversi plug-ins standard che se avessi la testa a caricare i cavi, saresti a posto, ma tra due persone abbiamo una testa a caricare, quindi ci ha preso un po' fuori di guardia. Non ci vorrebbe molto per swap un'uscita nella zona di vita.
🛏️ Il letto era comodo. Le mutandine erano comode e usavano l'alternativa a valle che era bello. Poiché qualcuno che deve costantemente controllare se gli hotel offrono mutandine e letti, è bello quando trovo che non c'è.
🚗 Se stai progettando di parcheggiare da solo, non guidare fino al fronte dell'hotel. Questa zona è utilizzata esclusivamente per parcheggio valet. Andate avanti e andate al garage sotterraneo vicino all'angolo del 4° e Demonbreun. È possibile accedere all'hotel dal garage di parcheggio.
🚽 ☎ Volevo avere una foto ma il livello di lusso negli anni '80 esiste ancora con un telefono accanto al bagno. Ahhh, più semplici tempi. 😂️

WWestCoast360They said they come to do house-keeping after every 2 days and they make the bed for you as well. When they came in on the 2nd day, they never had my bed made. It was as it was since last 2 nights for which I checked out early before my scheduled check out date which was the next day.
I had the room for 3 nights but only stayed there for 2 nights because of it.

UUtente ospiteRead Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.

UUtente ospiteMy first approach when I arrived on site wasn’t good. The staff that was helping me was a lady. I didn’t get her name but she wasn’t friendly. Her demeanor wasn’t there at all like she was rushing. No biggie. I didn’t complain. I stayed in town for 3 days. When I got to my room it was a ADA room. I didn’t ask for. I didn’t complain. Turned tv on and could not watch. I called front desk the lady gave me such a lame excuse. Maintenance came. He spoke no English. Had to translate on phone. He fixed. But it immediately went off again. I started to ask for a new room all together but decided to just write review. I feel like they save the good rooms for the airport staff like the attendants and pilots as I seen a lot of them coming and going. River view not worth it at all on my end.

Ali ordinate per cena.Arrivato su piastra piatta, contenitore laterale freddo di salsa di dipinga.Non impressionato. Nessuna offerta di ”altri”, ecc. La TV si è trasformata in sport ma nessun volume. Come se qualcuno fosse in palla da palla? La piscina interna è NUCLEATA, il piano è slick come il ponte della piscina. Non poteva goderla affatto. La piscina deve essere dichiarata NUCLEATA! Doveva interrompere il cameriere al checkout (la stava scrivendo sul suo telefono). Non ci sono domande su come si è fermata, ecc. Molto deluso, inutile dire. Non ci sarà più..

UUtente ospiteAfter a friend's birthday weekend in Nashville, I had an extra day before flying out and found a reasonable rate on a room at a Tapistry, which Hilton brand I have enjoyed. I also saw a segment on a local TV station about the location as well.
The ONLY issue I found was the layout of the room. No bar to hang hangars from the drawer, the floor length mirror was in a corner, and the brand new Keurig was blocking the TV when laying in bed (and the cord was too short too move elsewhere) - among other just-not-right items. If that could be figured out I'd come back and give the hotel 6 stars! It was clean, quiet and I had a great view of the city - thank you.

MMark DuncanQuesto è un grande hotel con belle camere pulite e comode letti. Bella TV grande nella stanza con porta HDMI accessibile per portare il tuo dispositivo. So che non prenoti un hotel per mentirti e guardare la TV, ma è bello catturare le cose dopo un lungo giorno di giornata. La posizione è eccellente, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Beale St e a 20 minuti a Sun Studios, dove la magia ha cominciato. La ricezione è stata rinnovata mentre eravamo in città non funzionali quanto doveva essere, ma il personale era terribile e incredibilmente gentile. Rocky il concierge/gestore è stato un gruppo di divertimento e ha fornito alcune informazioni grandi su cosa fare in questa grande città 👍

JJourney Miles Away 4This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!
