Останавливались на одну ночь, проездом. Что касается расположения - удобно для тех, кто проездом - съехал с трассы и сразу отель, не нужно по городу ехать, а потом обратно. Промзона рядом не причиняет неудобств. Сетевой отель подразумевает некий стандарт качества обслуживания - приветливый персонал, владеющий английским языком, нормальный номер с удобствами, приличный завтрак (шведский стол). В моём случае удачный вариант, номера чистые, ремонт свежий.

Hem konumu hem çalışanların yaklaşımı hem de genel temizlik ve hizmet kalitesi açısından beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Samsun’a tekrar geldiğimizde nerede kalacağımızı düşünmemize gerek kalmayacak. Öncelikle personelden özellikle bahsetmek istiyorum. Giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren güler yüzlü, saygılı ve yardımsever bir yaklaşımla karşılandık. Bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda ilgilendiler ve kendimizi misafir gibi hissettirdiler. Bence bir otelin kalitesini sadece odalar veya bina değil, çalışanların misafire olan yaklaşımı da belirliyor. Bu konuda Neba Royal Hotel gerçekten başarılı. Odamız temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Genel kullanım alanlarında da temizliğe önem verildiği belli oluyordu. Konumu ise Samsun’u gezmek isteyenler için oldukça avantajlı. Şehir merkezinde birçok yere rahatlıkla ulaşılabiliyor. Özellikle kısa süreli şehir ziyaretlerinde merkezi konum gerçekten büyük kolaylık sağlıyor. Kahvaltı ve genel hizmetlerden de memnun kaldık. Fiyat-performans açısından değerlendirdiğimde gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Buradaki bazı kötü yorumları okuduğumda açıkçası şaşırdım ve pek anlayamadım. Elbette herkesin beklentisi ve yaşadığı deneyim farklı olabilir; buna saygı duyuyorum. Ancak bizim yaşadığımız deneyimle bazı yorumları bağdaştırmak gerçekten zor. Bazen yorumları okurken insanların bir şehir otelinden beklentilerinin ne olduğunu merak ediyorum. Hatta Samsun’da gerçekten kötü bir otele denk gelmemiş olanların biraz da buna şükretmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum. 😊 Çünkü Neba Royal Hotel’e “kötü” denilecekse, gerçekten kötü bir otelde konaklamanın nasıl bir şey olduğunu görmemiş olmak gerekir. ”Tecrübesini yaptik ”burada temizlik, ilgi, konum ve konfor açısından ciddi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Tabii ki hiçbir otel kusursuz olmak zorunda değil ve küçük eksiklikler her yerde olabilir. Ancak bir oteli değerlendirirken genel deneyime, fiyatına, konumuna, temizliğine ve personelin yaklaşımına birlikte bakmak gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bizim değerlendirmemizde Neba Royal Hotel bu kriterlerin tamamında başarılıydı. Özellikle Samsun merkezde temiz, rahat, merkezi ve çalışanlarının ilgili olduğu bir otel arayanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Biz ailece çok memnun kaldık ve tekrar Samsun’a geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz otellerin başında kesinlikle Neba Royal Hotel olacak. Emeği geçen tüm personele teşekkür ederiz. Отель неплохой за свою цену, в целом было чисто и уютно. Хорошее месторасположение, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Купила не месте завтрак за 400 лир, обычный завтрак в таких гостиницах. Из минусов-сильная слышимость соседей

Asyalı kadın masörlerden masajı mutlaka tavsiye ediyorum. Maalesef termal suyu 20 derece civarı bir ılıklıkta. Otel ana yoldan 5 dk uzaklıkta olduğu için toplu taşıma ile gelenler için alıp bırakma servisi yapmalı. Çay saatindeki kek çeşitleri azaltılıp kurabiye yapılabilir

Qualcosa diceva che il parcheggio è sotterraneo - nessuno di esso.La macchina è fuori dall'hotel se c'è un posto.La colazione è buona.

نظيف وموقعه قريب من البحر لكن البلكونة فيها مفتاح ولكن لايقفل وعندما اخبرتهم قالوا ان جميع الغرف هكذا لاتغلق بلكوناتها وامام البلكونة يوجد عمارة فيها عمال ولضعف الامان لعدم امكانية اغلاق البلكونة بالمفتاح تركت السكن واستاجرت في مكان اخر لانه رفض اصلاح مفتاح باب البلكونة او ارجاع المبلغ
