Hotel a 5 stelle in Contea di Kwale, Kenya

Ho notato che molte recensioni menzionano l'hotel che non vive fino a un livello di cinque stelle. Tuttavia, nessuno sembra lamentarsi che il prezzo non corrisponda nemmeno a un livello di cinque stelle. A mio parere, questo è un ottimo hotel per il prezzo. La struttura è spaziosa, le camere sono fresche e pulite ogni giorno, e sono disponibili servizi come le mutandine e i bagni, il personale è benvenuto e il colazione offre una vasta varietà. Dalle 4 alle 5 pm, c'è un servizio di tè e pasticceria complimentare, che è un bel toccato. La spiaggia è bella, con molte camere dotate di cuscinetti morbide. Questo è certamente un posto in cui intendo tornare.

Beautiful setting, but poor value for money Nomad has a beautiful tropical environment, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself feels rather dated, while food, drinks, spa treatments and activities are all quite expensive. In my experience, especially the food quality did not really match the prices. The hotel app was also frustrating, as many activities and dining options were displayed but could not actually be booked through it. The beach is beautiful but public, with frequent approaches from beach boys, so it feels less private than I expected. My main disappointment was the front desk. Trip.com incorrectly showed a 12:00 PM check-out instead of the hotel’s 10:00 AM policy. Trip.com later admitted this was their system error, but I still found the way the front desk handled the situation rather unfriendly and dismissive. Overall, the environment is pleasant and most staff are nice, but at this price point I believe there are better options in Diani with newer facilities, better food and better overall value. For a similar price, I would choose another resort next time.

Riposato con le famiglie nei primi numeri di maggio. Questo hotel non è la prima volta. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo appropriato. L'unica cosa che è molto irritante è il perpetuo locale che cerca di vendere qualcosa per un prezzo del 100%. Decisero di andare a piedi sull'isola e si rendevano conto che erano andati senza scarpe. I ”vendenti di beni” locali ci hanno salvati con le loro scarpe, ma il prezzo di 3 persone è salito fino a 9.000 Kes, che è paragonabile al costo di un motociclista che ci porterà in un luogo dove ci sono molti pesci, stelle marine, e altri abitanti del mare.

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you). The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems. So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted. Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.
