**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.

Delusione per questo prezzo e per un hotel di 4 stelle. La stanza era a malapena accettabile, chiaramente non pulita sotto i letti, nessuno occhiali, nessun asciugamani, sapone e contenitori di shampoo quasi vuoti all'arrivo e non erano pieni nel corso del nostro soggiorno. Le tovalette erano un incubo da ottenere: a volte basta, a volte manca uno, a volte manca due. Ricevere un ferro è stato una battaglia e dimenticare il servizio di lavanderia. Le richieste non sempre erano soddisfatte con una bella risposta, ma hanno dipinto una stanza accanto a noi, senza prendere precauzioni, e hanno fatto l'odore lontano nel nostro. Il pranzo era estremamente costoso per la zona, dimenticarlo. Il colazione e la cena sono stati in ordine. La posizione era molto bella, anche se l'ambiente è un po' morto..

The staff in the restaurant were lovely and provided an excellent service. The food was tasty with a wide variety of choices, the room cleaning was also great. The only downside for me was the limited opening times of the indoor pool and gym facilities.

Ottimo hotel, proprio accanto alla spiaggia. Ma la zona non ha molto da offrire, bisogna prendere un taxi se si vuole esplorare di più Hammamet, ma i taxi sono piuttosto economici. Ma se si vuole un hotel con solo relax/intrattenimento e spiaggia, allora questo è quello che fa per voi.

L' hotel è stato molto buono , il personale è molto utile , il cambio di valuta , meglio di quanto non fossero pochi nella zona . Bere molto buono , spiriti importati , per lo più senza oneri , tutto rotondo molto buono , solo grigio , una mappa di complesso sarebbe utile , solo trovare le scivoli acqua per incidente ? .

Hotel vacanze, mangiare, vivere, giocare con i giochi può sempre sentirsi libero, molto vicino alla spiaggia, l'hotel ha strutture del paradiso acquatico, tre piscine, a volte ha performance di notte, cibo è ancora disponibile, prezzo buono.

Professionalismi, amicizia, aiuto del personale. Elegante e moderno ambiente. Molto pulito e ben curato. Molto grande struttura con molte attività. Spiaggia pochi metri. Molti divertimenti, club e negozi per shopping nella zona. Il buon colazione e una vasta scelta di cibo.

Marina Palace è un hotel molto carino, pulito e dal design bellissimo. Offre un buon servizio e hai accesso a molte strutture. L'hotel si trova vicino al centro città e ai mercati. E anche cibi molto carini
