JJay BrazThe place is gorgeous, I had a room very clean and tidy, and the services for housekeeping are great. The place is amazing also for couples , breakfast was good, they need to do something with the Flys 🪰, but not a big deal. I been by myself. It's about 14km to the Kwai Bridge (Center), from there you can take the train or have a tour from the resort. If you wanna to have a taxi from the resort to the center in the evening, it's a bit hard to take, I recomend to ask for a motorcycle.

OOum HirunLocates along to River Kwai Yai and very good environment. It will be convenient if you take your own transportation. Room is clean but the air conditioner is toooo noisy and unable to sleep. Housekeeping staff should inform to Engineer to come and fix. You can hear the noisy voice from A/C louder than other things. TV remote control’s batteries should be changed ASAP, couldn’t change channels or volume adjustment. Warm water doesn’t work, please go and check. We did go to dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. We ordered Thai Omelet with Pork (Kai Condo) which was too oily and greasy. Yum Woonsen is not tasty, only spicy taste but doesn’t have other tastes at all. Pork belly and fried rice with pork were yummy. Limited choice of breakfast items. Overall I satisfied to stay here.

UUtente ospiteWe have stayed at several U Hotel branches, and this one truly stands out for its exceptional service. The staff warmly welcomed us and were very friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They were proactive in accommodating additional requests, and even the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to assist us, there was a small gap under the door where mosquitoes could enter the room, but the maid quickly addressed it by placing a cloth to seal it. We were genuinely impressed by their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience. The only area for improvement would be the warm water system, as it didn’t function consistently. Apart from that, everything else was excellent

蕭蕭裕台The resort is quite nice on its water activities and the views in the dam area,. The room is well-designed as condo style, clean and cozy. However, the flies issue ruined almost the experience during the stay. Especially when dine in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. That is the first time to see tons of flies hunting around the dishes they provided. The staff used lots of flies paste but still failed to make this problem any better. Therefore, The food quality and the cleanliness is the major issue for this stay consideration. My intensive phobia turned up when seeing the piles of the flies on the plates and pastes… But, The other aspects are quite nice.

PPithita M.The comfort of the mattress cannot be described. 2 pillows which is what I needed and most hotels of the same class only provide 1. The blanket and pillowcase are very soft and smooth. I slept comfortably like in a five-star hotel. The breakfast is delicious and there are many choices. The atmosphere is good, the staffs are very good, I am also very impressed. I would like the hotel to improve the shower head. It should be changed to a soft one that doesn't hurt because the water flows very strongly.

HHippy travelerHo letto molte recensioni su questo hotel e penso che alcuni sono ingiusti, in generale l'hotel è un po' stanco ma non al punto che avrebbe fatto una vacanza, e anche se molto grande complesso, era molto bello, piscina era molto pulita, Nessun bar piscina, ma telefono e menù erano disponibili e il personale portava da bere cibo, siamo stati nella suite reale per tre notti questa suite era così grande spazio, due camere da letto separate con camere da vestire e suite, Due saloni e aree da pranzo uno su ogni piano, insieme a una piccola cucina, e 5 balconi, l'appartamento poteva essere accessibile su entrambi i piani con una passeggiata coperta, la vista del fiume era bella.
Il terreno dell'hotel è enorme. Ci è un buggy che vi porterà all'ingresso del terreno e è solo 100 mt a piedi per il ponte, ci è un piccolo mercato e ristoranti

ZZinntWe stay for 3days 2night . On first day , we enjoy raft which arrange by hotel need to pay 100 bhat each if more than 4 ppl and above more cheaper if more people. Hotel kitchen and nearby restaurants are closed at 6pm due to low traveller on weekdays . There don’t have money exchange so better do exchange at town are. The breakfast is American breakfast come with set but hotel arrange buffet style if more people. We order lunch and dinner from hotel before 6pm . Price are reasonable with large portion. We take grab app book taxi to go Erawan waterfall . The place 15-20 min far from hotel. Overall , we so much enjoyed incredible with view. Staff are so friendly she explain us in details. We will definitely come back again .

UUtente ospite全体的に施設はよく整備されていて、部屋もきれいでシャワーの温度も快適でした。
夕食はブッフェ形式でしたが、2日続けてだったので少し飽きました。ただ、周辺にはレストランなどないので、ホテルで食事が完結できるのは良かったです。
こちらのホテルで一番感動したのは、笑顔が素敵なスタッフさん達です。
皆さんフレンドリーに接してくれ、子供の体調不良など色々トラブルがあったのですが、すごく親切に対応してくれて大変助かりました。

UUtente ospiteThis was fabulous! Located in a lush green surrounding, it was an amazing place to scape. They had a pool that overlooked a lovely lake and the view of the surrounding mountains was fantastic- stunning and serene. The kids did ziplining and the course was right on the hotel grounds. We did a day trip from here to Erawan National Park. Highly recommend this place!

UUtente ospiteHotel fantastico. E' in una posizione remota, quindi consiglio di avere la vostra auto per arrivare e per esplorare la zona se è quello che stai cercando.
La stanza era estremamente pulita e confortevole. Il personale dell'hotel era davvero utile e ospitante per gli ospiti vegetariani come me. Ci hanno anche portati in un negozio di caffè vicino (U Terrace, che io consiglio fortemente) in auto.
Il cibo è delizioso e comprende sia il colazione che la cena.
La piscina è grande e offre una struttura gratuita.
