UUtente ospiteI was already checked out, The Front desk office called me and informed me that I forgot to pay for the food room service that we ordered which I also oversee, but my point was that I waited for how many minutes because they were already checking my accounting but still wasn't included yet when she cleared me. upon calling she instructed me to deposit via bank transfer and send the proof to their email but the email that she sent was incorrect and kept on bouncing back to me and she kept on calling and following it up if I already pay the balance, which for me its no longer my fault because she has all the time to check my transaction and return to my initial deposit.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

UUtente ospiteWe requested the changes in our booking through Ms. Katherine Perez last Saturday, 18 May 2024. We informed her that since my sister and her husband confirmed to join us , hence we requested for the revision of our reservation. We told her we saw the ad that costs P7,500 in one room and we would like to avail that promo. She assisted us for the booking and informed us that we will be paying additional amount of P3,375.00 which we agreed to pay upon check in. She only emphasized to us that we can no longer avail for the privilege discount of the seniors since we are already availing the hotel''s promo. She even sent us an email as proof of the balance amount we have to settle.
However, when we arrived at the check in counter, they are already charging us extra for the 4th person which is not what was discussed to us by Ms. Perez. In the end, we are at the losing end and just have no choice but to pay because she was not allowed by Mr. Cabajar, Assistant Front Office Manager to speak to us to give clarification about the matter.
There's no problem for us to pay the right amount as long as it is properly disclosed with us in the beginning .
It is even our wedding anniversary that we chose your hotel for us to celebrate and unwind. We didn't expect that we will be disappointed in a way. Where is the saying that I just hope no more client/patron would ever feel the same way.

SSMB-RRecentemente sono rimasto a R Bed and Breakfast in Baguio City per 2 notti, prenotare attraverso Trip.com, che è stato molto facile e conveniente. I prezzi sono molto conveniente, soprattutto considerando la sua posizione migliore vicino alle attrazioni turistiche e nella città giusta. È facile trovare, proprio lungo la strada, con un ampio parcheggio.
Quando arrivato, la stanza era incredibilmente spaziale e temperata. (Vedete cosa si basa su quelle foto postate.) Tuttavia, c’era un po’ di odore di scarico dal bagno che poteva essere migliorato. Tuttavia, la vibrazione generale si sentiva confortevole e comoda.
Le opzioni per la colazione erano limitate, ma servivano deliziose pasti di colazione Filippine, che si adattavano perfettamente al nostro soggiorno breve. Hanno preso parte con pazienza alle nostre richieste e ci hanno persino aiutato a prenotare un tour in questo settore.
R Bed and Breakfast è molto consigliabile per viaggi di famiglia, dato il suo comodità, la sua affidabilità e l'atmosfera accogliente.

PPhilip NgLa casa è molto grande e la cucina è molto grande e può cucinare il vostro pranzo se vuole. La posizione è un po' difficile da trovare e si prega di non mescolare con altre proprietà chiamate anche Prestige Vacation Apartments - con nome differenziale.
