Hotel a 4 stelle in Luzon Centrale, Filippine

Hotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

Vicino al centro città, c'è un'ampia varietà di negozi nelle vicinanze, tra cui diversi uffici di cambio valuta e ristoranti locali. È comodo per acquistare frutta e cenare, e vanta un menù variegato di cucina internazionale. È popolare tra i turisti europei e americani. C'è un ristorante coreano a circa 20 metri dall'ingresso principale, che personalmente ho trovato molto buono. Il servizio taxi dell'hotel per l'aeroporto di Clark costa 600 pesos, il che è piuttosto costoso. Consiglio di chiamare un taxi da soli, ma fate attenzione. C'è una piscina gratuita, quindi non fa troppo freddo di notte. Dopo, basta dare il numero della vostra camera al personale alla reception. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

Il servizio è come se non sapessero cosa faranno ... Hanno un certo tipo di problemi in tanti modi, ma hanno almeno 4 ricevimenti in avanti, ma il modo in cui hanno fatto il loro lavoro per me. Abbiamo chiamato il servizio clienti per quello che hanno fatto il bagno troppo tardi abbiamo dovuto chiamare almeno 2-3 per portarlo..

La prima visita a Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar quando avevo 15 anni, e da allora è sviluppata così tanto. La gente è molto benvenuta, e io amo assolutamente il sole qui dà una bella vibrazione vecchia Filipina. Il cibo del ristorante italiano era buono e servito rapidamente questa volta.Solo un consiglio: aiuta a seguire le vostre bevande, perché possono prendere un po' di più. La stanza è molto vecchia, ma ancora comoda 👍

My family had a decent stay in this hotel it was a sweet and simple stay and affordable price . Well definitely comeback again. And the service is so fast even though its Christmas

had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a plush bed and quiet surroundings. The staff went above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations. Breakfast was fresh and varied. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore. Overall, an excellent experience—I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Thank you!

Questo è stato il nostro hotel preferito per soggiornare in subi. Perché il nostro soggiorno recente non è così piacevole come prima. Aveva un piccolo problema con la nostra stanza, ma il desk front ( Sir JP ) era così gentile da risolvere il problema e come sempre il personale è così bello e professionale, soprattutto nel ristorante. Spero che le suite segara migliorino e ristrutturano le camere, perché necessitano di un grande aggiornamento su tutto. Tutto in questo posto sarà la nostra prima opzione a Subic.

Review of La Jolla Resort (April 17–19, 2025) ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) We stayed at La Jolla Resort during Holy Week (April 17–19, 2025), and while there were definite highlights, a few issues kept it from being a five-star experience. What we liked: - The food was excellent—everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. - The resort grounds and our room were clean and well-maintained, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. - Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. - We appreciated the Holy Week activities, which added a nice, thoughtful touch to the overall stay. What could be improved: - The shuttle service was extremely disappointing. Delays were poorly communicated and ended up making us late for an important commitment. - After check-out, we hosted some guests for lunch, but we were only allowed access to the day tour area, which felt like a downgrade—especially after being paying guests. A bit more flexibility here would’ve gone a long way. - Our bathroom had some plumbing issues, which was inconvenient and not what we expected given the overall cleanliness of the room. La Jolla definitely has its strong points—particularly the food and staff—but the logistical hiccups and lack of guest accommodation after check-out need to be addressed to deliver a truly premium experience.

Hotel bello per il prezzo, rispetto ai vicini. Solo la denuncia è che il con d'aria è molto rumoroso e deve correre a media velocità a 18 gradi per raffreddare la grande stanza, il palestra è molto piccolo, e la rampa di parcheggio è troppo forte e scaglia il bumper della vostra auto scende.
