Hotel a 4 stelle in Luzon Centrale, Filippine

The resort is about to be renovated weeks prior to our stay so you could really see some facilities are already damaged but it's understandable. I was a little bit disappointed in our room, there were molds everywhere. The curtain, tables and handle doors. We just don't want to ruin our mood so we just enjoyed the pool, the beach front and the food. The staff were really friendly and nice.

Hotel is 💯. The starr are very accomodating. Complete amenities, very comfortable stay, their food is also great! The room is clean and very relaxing.

Hotel with good location, newly build with spacious rooms. Great gym as well as the infinity pool at the roof deck. The staff were implacable and service minded from all over, not a negative words on the service as such. The poor part and that was really a disaster, was the breakfast, supper to be Filipino style, but this wasn’t even close. The offer was not worthy this midscale newly build hotel.

2nd time here. Good stay as usual. Bed was comfortable, AC was working perfectly. TV had lots of international channels and provided good and crisp reception. Friendy staff and clean room. Minor things though - the shower knob was leaking a bit.

Il personale era ptoflessivo e amichevole. Il cibo era delizioso, ma un po'prezioso. Il loro grande accesso alla piscina e la posizione che si è spostata per le strade camminate erano un grande plus e rendevano l'esplorazione senza problemi.

A+ sul servizio clienti, il personale era tutto molto gentile, sorridente, e alloggiabile. Le opzioni di buffet per colazione sono limitate, ma erano tutti molto buoni! E la selezione cambia ogni giorno.

Grandi servizi dalla ricezione alla sala di servizio. Grandi cibi e caffè. Grande stanza. Grandi amicizie. Assolutamente, la grande!

Room is quite dark (don’t let the pictures fool you), the desk isn’t meant for any type of work really (also because of the lighting). Breakfast wasn’t as good as 2.5 years ago, has really deteriorated since then to be honest. Bathroom shower had an odd smell when you first start to shower; overall it’s just aging and not too well kept unfortunately.

Il servizio taxi dell'hotel per l'aeroporto di Clark costa 600 pesos, il che è piuttosto costoso. Consiglio di chiamare un taxi da soli, ma fate attenzione. C'è una piscina gratuita, quindi non fa troppo freddo di notte. Dopo, basta dare il numero della vostra camera al personale alla reception. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile.
