We drove 1.5 hours from Hakata to this hotel, quick far away. The osen hotel is pretty large and have public and private osen bath to choose from. Originally we booked the room with hot spring both but have been checked into a different room with a separate bath tub only. The hotel insisted this is the same room type and need to charge additional charge to upgrade to the better room that can have a separate hot spring bath. I called Trip.com and they admitted that there is some confusion on the room type and has agreed to pay for the extra charge to upgrade to the better room. So finally we paid the upgrade charge and moved to the better room with the hot spring bath. So overall it was still a very good experience. E'molto dolce da mangiare per due pranzi di mattina e sera quando si raccomanda di portare il pranzo. Ogni camera ha un personale di servizio indipendente. Il soggiorno è un'autonomia e una stanza all'angolo del secondo piano di の. Il cameriere è stimato a 70+ signora Fujin, esperto e molto liscio.(un po'strano, lasciare che gli anziani vengano a servire). La stanza è molto pulita, che questa stanza è un po' fredda, l'aria condizionata non è molto potente, ma appena fredda, andare al casinò per fare una tavola. Il casinò è stato scelto per tre. Non c'è nessun altro, solo se stesso, gli altri non si disturberanno, è fantastico! E'una completa esperienza di servizio giapponese.Costo, ma vale la pena.

還是先説優點：酒店從外部看，維護得還是不錯的，工作人員在我們進出的時候都會點頭致意，非常有禮貌，所處位置的風景非常好，窗外的河和對面的樹簡直讓人心曠神怡，離熱氣球博物館走路就到，門口就有公交站，佐賀不大，搭乘公交四處晃悠就完全足夠了。周圍沒有什麼便利店，需要走一段路。佐賀確實很鄉下，但就是這份質樸的感覺讓我在這裏呆得很舒服，從酒店搭乘公交車可以去到巴士中心，那裡可以搭乘所有的交通線路，稍微有一點不太舒適的可能就是被套很滑，睡覺的時候褥子會從被套裏掉出來，枕頭衹有軟硬之分，但沒有高低之分，睡起來脖子不太舒服，其他真的都很好，冰箱裏還有冰杯，可以自己做冰美式，下次去，還要住在這裏，很喜歡。

Ma il traffico è piuttosto inconveniente. Anche se c'è un autobus al centro della città, solo un autobus per un'ora.

L'hotel è molto vecchio, ma le camere e le strutture sono molto pulite e spaziose. La struttura più piacevole di questo hotel è il bagno pubblico, che era molto pulito e spazioso, e poche persone. Ci sono diversi ristoranti intorno all'hotel, penso che la posizione dell'hotel fosse perfetta per muoversi.

È stato un ostello pulito e servito. Sentirsi che il ryokan tradizionale e l'hotel sono solo mischiati con buoni punti? Grandi servizi e grandi strutture.

Location is really good. Walkable to several places like the public bath, free foot bath, Lawsons etc. Room is big for 3 pax. The size is good. The room is pretty dated though and some parts are not cleaned and old and the worst thing is there's a smell in the room even though we stayed there 3 nights. We had to air the room each time we came back and luckily I had a room mist which I had to use quite often. The Onsen is good. Love the facilities and products given for guests to use.

La stanza era così pulita e temperata, quindi mi sentivo come se mi riposassi confortevolmente durante il mio soggiorno. ㅎㅎ Non ci sono molti negozi di comodità intorno, quindi se si va a mangiare tardi alla notte, consiglio di comprarla in anticipo sul viaggio. ㅎㅎ ~ Personale amichevole La qualità del guidato e Kaiseki è la migliore.

This is a sauna resort, where you could have access to the sauna and then have some food at the lounge after a whole day's work. The rooms are traditional Japanese-style beds and design, with a little balcony looking at the ocean view. For the breakfast buffet, I am extremely satisfied, where the cleanliness and hygiene are very good, and the food taste is also delicious. It is an international style buffet, having different kinds of food from different countries, but the resort still insisted on keeping the Japanese corner, in which it is my very first time to try out such a high-quality Japanese standard breakfast in my whole lifetime, and I would say it is really amazing and worth coming again!!

Questo hotel è estremamente buono. In primo luogo, il personale è molto carino e può parlare inglese. In secondo luogo, la stanza è grande e molto bello. Infine, ma non meno importante, il colazione è eccellente. Sicuramente tornerà.
