平日も挟んで２泊３日で家族スキーに行ってきました。今後毎年行きたいと考えています。 ★良かった点 ・なによりもゲレンデ直結と他のスキー場にない豊富なコース ・スタッフがリフトの相乗りを促してくれる⇒休日でも待ち時間が苦にならない ・初日から帰りまでのリフト券付（ナイター含む）⇒コスパ最高 ・ホテルスタッフが多い＋挨拶と対応が良い⇒混んでいても何か困ったらすぐに聞ける ・予約をとれなかった朝食を昼食に振替えてくれる ★要改善点 ・受入客数とお風呂の広さはあっていない⇒各棟にお風呂があったら･･･ ・広すぎて、初めて行く人は迷子になる⇒分かりやすい案内表示を増やした方が良い 　※地震や火事でエレベータが使えなかったら、私は出口まで行ける自信がなかった ・人が多すぎて、行きたいレストランを予約できなかった

Siamo rimasti qui per 1 notte, ma purtroppo l'aria condizionata nella mia stanza è stata rotta, abbiamo informato il personale dell'hotel e invece di fissare ci hanno detto di vivere con e cercato di sbarazzarsi della questione... seriamente anche se siamo rimasti solo 1 notte non dovremmo essere trattato come questo

Visited hotel in Autumn Nov 23. Stayed 1 night. Room: Spacious, with 1 shower room, 1 dressing area with sink, 1 toilet room with another large sink, bedroom has a sitting area, full sized wardrobe, and 2 twin beds. The room was quiet throughout the night and we had a comfortable stay. One minor comment is that the mattresses on the bed felt old as they sagged in the middle, leaving you without back support. I slept well nevertheless Onsen: Not sure if spring water was used, but the onsen areas were large, with not just an indoor onsen but also an outdoor one, and jacuzzis in 2 forms (sitting and lying down). Very relaxing after a long drive. Breakfast: Quite a good spread with Japanese options, western options, and fruit, yoghurt w compote and juice / coffee/ tea stations. All in this was value for money for the price we paid

The hotel is a good choice for small group of traveller. I am impressed by the low price and excellent hygiene of this hotel. The view is panoramic to the harbor. However, the air-conditioner sometimes does not work and we have to call the front desk to turn on the cooling for the room every other day. There is no gym room or facilities in the hotel except the lower floors of the building is indeed a famous art museum and exhibition or some sort. It could be interesting to visit the museum. Hotel in Japan seldom comes with gym facilities so I am not too annoyed by that.

Seeing that it’s approaching the snow season soon, so here it comes a very belated review! Stayed here with my family at the start of the year, and we had a fabulous time here! The hotel is very close to the Echigo Yuzawa Station, but shuttle bus is still available (remember to notify them about your arrival time). There was a staff who was really good at English and has helped us a lot, love that we could choose our own yukata! Our room was really spacious and the view was just AMAZING. Our plan came with breakfast (buffet) and traditional Japanese dinner, and they were perfect! Do remember to check out their onsens as there are a lot of options, you may need a whole day just to try out all of them. They also provide ski/ snowboarding rentals as well, but we booked ours at somewhere else and they still let us to put our gears overnight so that we can go straight to the ski resort directly the next morning. Been wanting to visit Hotel Futaba again this year, but seems it has gotten quite full already, so better plan your trip ahead! とても嬉しかったね~ ありがとう！

Our experience with Hotel Angel Grandia was excellent. From the time we made a booking until we checked out. Thank you, especially to Takeuchi San who we conversed with via email months before our stay. We requested dining arrangements that were not included in the room package that we booked with Agoda and it was perfectly arranged for our 2-night stay. Communication at times took a while to get a reply but Takeuchi San made sure he followed through with answers to my questions and every detail that needed to be arranged, including the time of the dinner. The hotel rooms were perfect. It included some bunk beds and each room differed a bit, some had separators while others didn't but the bedding was complete. There's a vending and ice machine on our floor which was excellent, and a Family Mart right in the lobby, we didn't even have to go outside. And indeed, the ski resort was just outside the hotel. They offered lockers at the back entrance to keep ski equipment. We went to Gala Yuzawa on the 2nd day to snowboard, but we were able to rent ski equipment right outside the hotel which was excellent, with no lines so it saved as a lot of time, and got a discount as a hotel resident. We were basically ready to go when we arrived at Gala Yuzawa instead of queuing up in the long lines there. We also had a chance to play in the snow area behind the hotel which was very convenient. The onsen was great. I had a chance to go to both onsens, one smaller and cozier one and another bigger one, both had indoor and outdoor pools with different water temperatures. It wasn't crowded at all when I went at night. The staff was friendly, their English was not perfect but enough to communicate well with us. There was a slight problem with billing but they were able to resolve it the same day. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and the service. Having said that we had some issues with Agoda regarding the 3 kids that we got confirmation for. And some limitations of their system required us to advance some amount to the hotel, which Agoda eventually refunded to us. Agoda should improve their system as this was their issue, they should not have inconvenienced the customer in the first place. I would have booked direct with the hotel but didn't find their website that easy to understand for international guests. I would definitely return to this hotel if given the chance to visit the Yuzawa area again in the future. We definitely experienced the local hospitality here.

My family and travelled to Niigata at the end of April 2023 and had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Okura Niigata. Prior to the trip, I had reached out to them via email to inquire about coordinating a van + driver for us (6 of us) so that we could go visit some sake breweries and to make dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. The concierge team was amazing and booked a large van (jumbo taxi) and driver for the day. they also ensured that the van could accommodate a folding wheelchair for one group member that needed it. The van and driver arrived on time and was quite reasonably priced. Great experience that was made possible by the hotel team! Upon return to the hotel, we realized we had left some items on the van - the hotel called the taxi company and coordinated the return of our items. Beyond these experiences, the hotel itself is a bit older but rooms are comfortable and fairly spacious for a hotel room in Japan. Location is great and the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we had on this trip. If I should ever travel back to Niigata, I will most definitely be staying here. The hotel and team won my business by going above and beyond...even for Japan standards of customer service! Domo arigatogozaima****a!!!

Even though this hotel was getting old but we very likes their service. Their cleaning service were very satisfied and we feel warming that the cleaner helped to replace my non dried clothes on the hotel towels. This action really bravo!

Location is excellent, about 1 minutes walk to the train station, or to the main street, both of which have lots of restaurants. The staff are very helpful, although only 1 lady could speak reasonable English. The rooms are very spacious, and comfortable, although the bathroom is on the old side. Those who used the onsen really loved it, although you have to pay an onsen tax, even if you don't use it. Breakfast is on the expensive side, and even little kids have to pay. However, free coffee/tea and soup are provided in the lounge area. There are lot of lockers, but only 2 washers/dryers. The dryer function is not effective, even after 60 mins of drying, so I ended up hanging the clothes in the room to dry instead.

Sono andato a sciare a Tanzania per circa quindici anni, dove c'era un hotel comune, ma c'era una porta davanti alla stazione, e voglio vivere con la mia famiglia, perché voglio vivere in un grande hotel.E'antico, ma e'piu' normale di quanto mi aspettassi. Il bagno del primo giorno della reception è molto amichevole (o ^ o) la donna di San Luo è anche gratuito, molto delizioso!Questa stanza è grande, può ospitare tre persone!Ci sono poche strutture e il vestito è normale.C'è un accessorio nella stanza.Il grande bagno pubblico è situato al primo e al terzo piano, mio marito ama entrare nel bagno di sauna. La colazione non è un buffet, ma una deliziosa cucina, come la soppa di tofu e riso di riso.Sono andato a cena lì, perché c'è un famoso negozio vicino alla stazione.Pensavo che se fossi in auto privata, non dovrebbe essere davanti alla stazione. Comfortable stay. Staff was polite and attentive, as IHG Diamond member I choose breakfast and the breakfast was having good spread and delicious (they rotate the menus for rice, soup so no boring at all during breakfast). Room was good and comfortable, even the bathroom was new. Will be back for sure. Thank you

L'hotel è situato nel quartiere residenziale, un po'di distanza dalla città.Devo andare a fare un passo nel negozio.Il fiume Liu sembra bello e molto buono.Molte persone correno e camminano lungo il fiume. Questo è un fiume molto acquatico, quindi sembra molto tranquillo, ma la superficie è molto alta, quindi l'ho guardato, pensando che se la quantità di acqua aumenta un po', potrebbe essere inondata.La stanza è usata da soli da due persone.La dimensione della stanza è scritta come 18㎡, ma sembra essere corretta. L'hotel stesso è un edificio piuttosto vecchio, e la sensazione che l'aula dà alla gente è piuttosto vecchia.L'apparecchiatura è anche molto vecchia.La stanza è molto pulita, ma quando guardavo la finestra, era ancora molto vecchia, quindi è deludente. Quando aprite la finestra della stanza, le pareti di un altro edificio dell'hotel si diffondono.La stanza è la stanza 614.Il fiume Creek si diffonde nell'altro edificio, quindi la vista dovrebbe essere buona, ma è l'edificio della sala di conferenza? Guardando dalla finestra, la stanza di mais si sta diffondendo, quindi sembra una sala da festa.Ti organizzero'un matrimonio.Puoi vedere il fiume Creek e il ponte di Custodia dal serpente, ma non ci sono molte strade auto. Alcuni vivono nella stanza accanto, sembra che ci siano molti altri ospiti, ma è bello non sentire nessuna voce.L'infrastruttura come l'isolamento sono molto piena.

Svegliamo molto in Kiev, mi sento bene, ma sono andato di nuovo nella più grande piscina pubblica all'interno con Samue, che indossava un cappuccio.La sala è molto fredda, forse perché il ventilatore ha impedito l'ascensore, e Samney penetrante ha reso il mio corpo freddo al centro. Spero che ci sia spazio per cambiare vestiti vicino a Kiev, ma solo bagno privato pagato.Anche se è un grande bagno pubblico, il bagno interno non sembra caldo.Ci sono bagni da sauna, ma non c'è freddo.
