Hotel a 3 stelle in Carinzia, Austria

This very nice spacious flat is located on beautiful Villach main square with many coffee shops, restaurants and stores. The only problem is that there is no close by parking, so to off-load our car, we had to temporarily park on Freihausgasse and walked twice from our car to this flat, which is some 200m one way. Then we had to move car to large overnight parking which cost 1.80 euro/hr.

Il processo di noleggio dell'auto era regolare e il personale era di solito utile. Il veicolo era pulito, ma ci sono stati alcuni scratch non menzionati in anticipo. Il pick-up durò più di quanto previsto, e la comunicazione poteva essere migliorata. In generale, l'esperienza è stata decente per il prezzo, anche se si può certamente prevedere un miglior servizio al cliente e un migliore rendimento.

Consigliato sotto ogni aspetto. Siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti. Molto pulito, personale cordiale, competente e accomodante. Sempre felice.

Buchung läuft eigentlich relativ einfach.  Man muss allerdings seinen Ausweis komplett abfotografieren für den online Check in.  Wann bekommt dann einen Tür Code für den Haupteingang und für das Zimmer.  Diesen habe ich am Anreisetag um 13:00 Uhr schon bekommen, da das Zimmer schon früher fertig war.  Es liegt unweit vom Hauptbahnhof. Also wer öffentlich anreist, hat bei dieser Unterkunft nichts falsch gemacht.  Es gibt  in der Nähe Kurzparkzone. Diese sind auf 3 Stunden beschränkt.  Außer von Samstag auf Sonntag.  Zimmer war sauber, und es gibt eine gute Klimaanlage. Late Checkout ist nicht möglich. Es gibt nichts, Negatives zu bemängeln.  Wer kochen will, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche.

Appartamento molto confortevole. Accedi e esci solo online. Bello luogo per soggiornare. È disponibile un forno e può cucinare.

La mia principale denuncia è che lei ha bisogno di accedere per autostrada e di pagare o ricevere un'ammenda e questo non è chiaramente indicato dall'hotel.

Het hotel is oud, maar wordt opgefleurd door alle brocante en herkenbare oude zaken, zoals een treincoupe en een telefooncel. De kamer was netjes schoon en netjes en onderhouden . Mijn negatieve punt betreft de WIFI waar streaming programma's continue moesten bufferen of gewoon stopten

The hotel was close to the ski lift, the room was very small and the breakfast was okay
