Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Iwate, Giappone

Questo è il miglior hotel in cui sia mai stato in Giappone. Il nome Richmond garantisce tantissime cose. Ci si può contare. Anche se non si trova in una grande città come Tokyo o Osaka, se state visitando Morioka, scegliete questo hotel. Vale ogni centesimo. Il personale è molto disponibile, dedicato e affidabile in qualsiasi momento e situazione. Tutto il personale dice che il loro inglese non è buono, ma io, che ho vissuto a Londra per molti anni, direi che la loro competenza è più che discreta. Anche le donne delle pulizie sono gentili. Ho avuto qualche problema con il trasferimento dei bagagli dall'hotel all'aeroporto e stanno facendo del loro meglio per aiutarmi a risolverlo. C'è una sala d'attesa gratuita al secondo piano dalle 12:00 alle 20:00. Il forno a microonde e la macchina del ghiaccio sono al settimo piano. Anche la lavatrice a gettoni si trova al settimo piano: 500 yen per lavaggio e asciugatura. Un minimarket (Lawson) si trova al piano terra con accesso diretto dalla hall. Ho soggiornato al nono piano. La camera è spaziosa e la vista sulla stazione era favolosa. Il Wi-Fi è gratuito. E il sistema TV comunica con tutti i sistemi dell'hotel e mostra tutte le informazioni necessarie, persino il tempo rimanente della lavatrice a gettoni che hai utilizzato. Yakiniku e molti deliziosi ristoranti proprio dietro l'angolo dall'hotel. Ci tornerò sicuramente ogni volta che visiterò Morioka.

The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. Check out was simple and staff were helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning! I

The best ski in and ski out and Onsen hotel in Japan so far! We loved the hotel so much in Oct 2025 so we rebooked and came again from Dec 20-24, 2025. 1. Very convenient for ski experience. Ski in and ski out. Ski rental and ski coach school are just besides hotel. Good experience for rentals and coaches hiring. 2. Breakfast and dinner buffets are great and so yummy! The food does change every night to give you diversified variation to choose from. Very delicate food preparations by great chefs so don’t worry you will never get bored. 3. Onsen is also great great great! Great view and women and men get alternate the hot spring pool everyday. 4. First floor relaxing area is great great! You have self service bar of juice / soda / coffee and popsicles. 5. The hotel staffs are so nice and make you feel at home. Motoyo-San is extremely friendly and her English is so fluent!!! We were very lucky to have her help out during our stay. 6. 3rd floor is newly renovated so pls try this beautiful room next time! Highly recommend!!!! Great for family and couple trips!

Bell'hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Morioka. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, e anche i servizi erano piuttosto nuovi. La colazione era buona e abbiamo apprezzato le bevande gratuite offerte nella lounge.

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

This is a highly recommended and convenient hotel right in Morioka. The location is perfect: it's situated directly across from the train station, easily accessible via the underground walkway. It's also near Kaiunbashi, one of Morioka's signature spots, offering a great scenic view. For ultimate convenience, there's a 7-Eleven located right on the ground floor of the hotel. Beyond the location, the staff are very nice and incredibly helpful. The lobby provides an impressive array of amenities, more generous than many hotels I've visited. The room size is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious, meeting the excellent standards of the Daiwa Roynet brand.

The hotel is only 1 minute walk from Morioka Station. If you have a luggage there is an escalator you can use. The room was a little bit larger than the typical Japanese hotel rooms (most hotels in Japan are small) which was nice since I shared the room with 2 others and we had 3 large luggage. There is a shopping mall (Fes”an) near the hotel, has a lot of restaurants to choose from and a grocery store below. I do find the room a bit dark (needs more light) but overall the hotel is in a great location and the room is larger than most hotels in Japan, will definitely check in again if I am in Morioka.

1。酒店位置 酒店位於つなぎ温泉較入的位置 而且路途要經過斜坡和馬路 巴士班次較為疏落 非自駕人士前往會較為不便 在盛岡駅前乘坐計程車到溫泉的車資為固定5000 Yen 車程亦需要20多分鐘 2。鄰近配套 酒店位於溫泉區的較入位置 與最近的便利店步行距離超過15分鐘 附近基本沒有其他商店 進入酒店後只能待在酒店內 即使想走到附近的河邊散步 步行距離亦超過十分鐘 建議前往酒店之前先在市區購買一些日用品例如零食等等 3。酒店設施 酒店是非常傳統的溫泉旅館 建築有三層 大約有21間房間 浴池是男女分開 一個室內一個室外 但室外的露天風呂太過靠近草叢 晚上蚊蟲較多 室內浴池寬敞 而且由於入住人數不多 有機會可以獨自享用浴池 至於房間內的設施較為老舊 wi-fi速度正常但電視不能連接平板電腦或Youtube等等 房間的窗戶可以望到地下大堂旁邊的造景 如喜歡日式傳統旅館的話會能夠享受這間酒店的設施 4。酒店服務人員 酒店服務人員態度非常親切 會主動提供幫助 不過有一點我認為可改善的地方 就是晚餐和早餐的上菜速度略快

Il soffione della doccia era vecchio e la pressione dell'acqua molto debole. La pressione dell'acqua in hotel era bassa e, anche con un soffione potenziato, il getto d'acqua era debole. Anche l'asciugacapelli aveva un flusso d'aria debole, rendendo lavarsi i capelli un'esperienza spiacevole e un vero incubo. Il pavimento all'ingresso del bagno era rialzato di 20 cm, il che lo rende inadatto alle persone anziane. C'è un alto rischio di slogarsi una caviglia o di scivolare alzandosi per andare in bagno di notte. Il letto e il servizio erano buoni, ma la pressione dell'acqua rendeva la doccia troppo faticosa. Non sceglierò più questo hotel.

L'hotel e le strutture sono molto buoni, e almeno tre aree sono calde.Per la debolezza della Cina, ho preso un aereo di cinque ore, ho guidato due ore di auto, sono arrivato per il soggiorno, e sono stato trattato male da un cameriere che ha detto che la reception di un mandarino era un po'di gentilezza. Non so davvero cosa le abbia colpito, tutto il processo sembra essere un supporto, dirti quando non essere caldo, non fare questo, non parlare con te a un minuto di 400 parole, cioè inviarti a partire rapidamente, leggero e molto imbarazzante, L'inizio dell'intera rotta è stato completamente chiuso.
