Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Gifu, Giappone

Adoriamo questo hotel... Mi piace molto Takayama, purtroppo ho soggiornato solo una notte come scalo. Torneremo. L'unico problema è che preferisco un piano alto... e mi è stato assegnato un secondo piano, ma dato che restiamo solo una notte... non l'ho cambiato. Torneremo. Non ho avuto tempo di provare altre strutture. Abbiamo ordinato cena e colazione con il pernottamento... la cena era eccellente. La colazione è ottima... molta scelta. Il servizio al ristorante è eccellente.

Questo hotel ha regalato alla nostra famiglia un soggiorno davvero perfetto e indimenticabile! Viaggiando con bambini, ciò che mi ha sorpreso di più è stata la gentilezza e la cordialità di tutto il personale nei confronti dei più piccoli. Ci accoglievano sempre con un sorriso e si impegnavano attivamente per far sentire i bambini a proprio agio e felici. Ciò che ci ha scaldato il cuore è stata la premura dello staff. Ogni sera, al nostro rientro in hotel o quando li incontravamo in corridoio, ci salutavano dolcemente con un ”Buonanotte”. Questo semplice saluto ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa; è stato davvero commovente. Il servizio non era quello di una fredda e impersonale reception, ma una sincera attenzione al cliente. Che si trattasse della reception, del personale delle pulizie o del ristorante, tutti hanno dimostrato un livello di servizio eccezionalmente elevato, mettendo sempre al primo posto le esigenze degli ospiti. Se dovessimo viaggiare di nuovo, sceglieremmo sicuramente questo hotel senza esitazione e lo consigliamo vivamente a qualsiasi famiglia che viaggia con bambini!

Stay was worth every penny. Hotel was located very close to train station and bus station so travelling to and out from it was convenient. Check in process was fast and easy to understand. They even had tea ready during checkin Room was decently sized and very clean. I arrived during spring and the beds were so comfortable and warm The highlight of the hotel has got to be the onsen. They have both private onsen that you can book for an hour and common onsen. If you go around midnight (the onsens are open till 1am), its completely empty and you can enjoy it all for yourself. Word of warning though, you can probably be seen if you're standing close to the edge of the public open air onsen so maybe dont do that (or do whatever floats your boat). After the onsen you can help yourself to free drinks and snacks They had beautiful sakura blossoms during that time, and a public foot bath that can be enjoyed by all. I loved my stay here and will definitely return if I have a chance.

Ottimo hotel, molto vicino alla stazione di Takayama. All'interno dell'hotel è presente una lavatrice che permette di lavare e asciugare i vestiti. L'hotel dispone di bagni pubblici e privati: i bagni pubblici sono gratuiti, mentre quelli privati ​​costano 2750 JPY. Tuttavia, il bagno privato si trova al nono piano ed è a vista, con vista su un altro hotel. Personalmente, non l'ho trovato molto riservato. La camera è spaziosa e il letto è comodo; l'unico neo è la mancanza di un dispenser d'acqua.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It's located on a mountain, and the old building evokes the atmosphere of old Japan. The rooms in the old part have a stunning view of the city—you just want to sit and relax. The service is beyond praise, the food is delicious, and the hot springs are lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Molto lontano dalla stazione JR ma camminabile e avere servizio di trasferimento di autobus di cena e colazione sono inaspettatamente grandi Entrambi godevano il Hida wagyu così tanto, molto tendente e salito l'ambiente caldo è autentico, tradizionale e familiare distretti vicini sono raggiungibili

Super conveniently located just next to Takayama Station and right beside the Nohi Bus Terminal, making it an excellent base for getting around especially by public transport to Shirakawa go or Toyama or Nagoya. Unlike many hotels in Japan with compact room sizes, this hotel offers a more spacious setup, complete with a kitchen, cooking utensils, and even a washer-dryer — perfect for longer stays or added comfort. It is also within easy walking distance to Miyagawa Morning Market and Takayama Old Town, with plenty of Hida beef restaurants nearby for a great local dining experience.

To be honest considering this has a 4 star rating I'm a bit disappointed. Generally speaking it is a nice place but there are small things that are lacking compared to other similar Onsen Hotels at the same price. For example they don't provide a basket to go to the onsen but only a cheap plastic bag. The Hotel itself is very old but well maintained and at least the general spaces use nice materials and decoration. Once you reach the room it becomes worse. The materials used in the room are very cheap (Vinyl Floor, Cheap Wallpaper that was put on very poorly). Some aspects of the room have been refurnished, like the sink but most of it seems to be original from the 60s-80s. The bathtub and Toilet are retro models. The Onsen baths are a mixed bag - the one on the third floor with Wood ceiling seems to be the newest and is the best of the three. The other two (panorama and first floor) are in dire need of refurbishing. They seem in very bad condition and extremly old. The worst part (for me) was the Breakfast. 90% of the selection was japanese Style (and even that seemed poor). Western Options were only Pancakes, French Toast (which was good at least) and a few sad pieces of low quality bread with condiments. They didn't even have a coffee machine!!! Only pre-brewed coffee that tasted like water.

Bellissimo hotel, moderno curato e molto pulito. La camera stile giapponese é veramente bellissima, i materassi sono a terra ma sono materassi “normali” non futon. Camera ampia e confortevole. Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione essendo la notte di capodanno, la cena é stata in stile giapponese con carne di manzo hida da cucinare in autonomia sulla griglia, tutto molto buono. La colazione non era a buffet ma portavano una scatola con tutto dentro, si può scegliere tra giapponese e occidentale (sinceramente preferisco la colazione a buffet in modo da scegliere cosa mangiare). Ecco forse l’unica cosa che non ho apprezzato é la colazione per il resto impeccabile. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile, come in tutto il Giappone.

Hotel is with great location, although is in the other side of the JR station. Friendly hotel staff and nice breakfast. This onsen town is pretty quiet in the evening and less crowded.
