Molto buon personale molto buono e veloce servizio dal personale non c'è bisogno di ricordare tutto solo una volta di loro quello che vuoi e è fatto anche se l'hotel è stato imballato tutto il tempo ma gestito molto bene con ambiente pulito e la posizione è anche molto bello proprio davanti al lago

La stanza è molto pulita e confortevole, anche il proprietario dell’hotel è molto gentile e bello, è davvero meritato di prenotare 👍

Il capo ha un buon menu coreano, amico, coreano, e il porco kimchi sta bene. Il colazione è incluso nel prezzo, e se si vuole cibo coreano, si può mangiare kimchi riso fritto. Vi è anche una licenza di tiro, quindi è possibile richiedere il tiro e anche il tiro di forca in anticipo.

had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. It’s a family-run hotel, and you can really feel the warmth and care they put into their service. The hotel has a stunning view of the mountains, which was a highlight of my stay. Waking up to such beautiful scenery was truly a treat. The breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of tasty options to start the day right. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. For anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great views, wonderful staff, and a fair price, I highly recommend this hotel.

I felt super comfortable staying here! All the people working there are really helpful, gentle and make you feel at home. The place is great! You have an amazing view on the lake and mountain and there is a beautiful area outside with a bar/restaurant where you can just chill or eat with a beautiful surroundings. Food amazing too!! I would highly recommend staying there!

The hotel was nice and clean and it was very close to Begnas Lake which is pretty good for lake visiting and fishing activities. The only thing is they didnt recognize my booking and i paid manually. Hotel should be aware about their property listed website and should accept the guest who made booking via app where their property is listed.

The room was very good, The staff and receptionist were very good in nature and provided nice Service to us. The locality of the hotel was very good. The hotel and the rooms were very hygienic. The views from the hotel room was awesome. The room was value for money.

The hotel is located on the mountaintop, about a 35–45 minute drive by taxi from Lakeside. You can also choose to take the cable car. Once you arrive, you’ll immediately feel that the journey is absolutely worth it. This is a truly beautiful and unique place to stay. The surroundings are stunning, especially on a clear day when you can enjoy breathtaking views. What impressed us the most was the service — everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with lovely decorations and a cake. It was completely unexpected and made our stay even more special and memorable. We are truly grateful for the effort and hospitality, and this will always be one of our most wonderful travel memories.

Good service (very helpful informing me about busses, schedules and prices), simple place, good location (behind the main street in Pokhara)
