Hotel a 4 stelle in Telangana, India

作為一個經常出差的人士來説，選擇酒店對我非常重要。我很少做出評價，但是對這家酒店我必須要做出評價： 首先在預訂酒店的時候，我要求房間需要安靜的房間，但是等我入住之後，我發現我的房間是面對着城際鐵路，並且運行到12點，房間非常嘈雜。電話前台之後要求更換房間，他們説需要20分鐘的時間，但是我等了20分鐘之後他們依舊沒有到達。在我再次電話他們要求必須立刻馬上更換的時候，他們3分鐘就可以做出解決，這個證明他們沒有真正的在乎客户的感受。 其次在到達新的房間之後，房間的枱燈是壞的，我再次等待了30分鐘來更換枱燈。 最後，點餐的時候，點了個素菜，第一次服務員忘記點，在第二次點了之後催了他們三次，在等待一個半小時之後，素菜終於上來了，可是我已經早就吃完了。酒店工作人員表示很抱歉可以免單，但是我沒有要求免單，衹是需要退掉這個菜而已。第二天的早晨，廚師長在餐廳等我，表示非常抱歉，送出一份小小禮物。我對此很感謝，但是這依舊錶示這家酒店的上餐服務非常的慢，這嚴重影響了客人的時間。 希望酒店可以做出改進！

Il personale è gentile , al check in wrong room / già assegnato ad altri ospiti allo stesso camera assegnata ma più tardi hanno corretto & durante il checkout gentilemente detto scusa per l'inconveniente.. questo è grande 👍

The hotel is mall oppositl. At check out, suman handled it quite carelessly when she mentioned that we have not paid for the room and they will charge the card. I had booked thru trip.com and paid and have a receipt. The card she mentioned was not even ours. After much findings, we realised its a card by trip.com and not ours. There was no need to mention as we had already paid to trip.com. We were waiting to get into our vehicle to the airport and caused unnecessary stress. I thought the service at reception could have been better. The service at the cafe was wonderful for breakfast.

La ricezione era irritante, ho esteso la mia prenotazione e ho mostrato la ricezione, ma non è stata correttamente aggiornata nel sistema dell'hotel. Nonostante questo sia un problema interno, la ricezione ha continuato a chiamare la stanza a 9-10pm, che ha disturbato il sonno di mia zia e mia zia. Questo è stato ritenuto poco professionale.

Non è lontano dall'aeroporto, ma non sono andato da Uber o da taxi perché il mio amico indiano mi ha guidato. L'hotel era pulito e la stanza era spaziosa. Era un po' rumorosa perché c'era un'estensione stradale a due lani davanti all'hotel, ma sarebbe meglio usarla quando la strada si estende dopo la costruzione.

Dall'altra parte dell'edificio del parco tecnologico, il traffico è un po'di distanza dall'aeroporto, l'ambiente circostante è comune, le strutture interne sono state aperte per un po'di tempo relativamente vecchie, il servizio non è buono.

Questo hotel è stato costruito di recente vicino all'aeroporto internazionale di Hyderabad - che mi è stato molto conveniente. Ho avuto riunioni d'affari a Shamshabad, quindi ho risparmiato molto tempo per viaggiare di mattina e di sera. Il ristorante dell'hotel offre un buon cibo.

Hotel is located in a good location staff very attentive and very helpful to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of variety to accommodate to all taste including western food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay as it requires a bit of updating. View from our room

Best service, best food and staff is very humble. Specifically dining area staff members are very professional, proactive, supportive and humble. In my last visit with my family, Mr. Biranjit Singha a young boy shown best hospitality. Really, it’s my favorite place to stay in Hyderabad with family.
