La posizione era perfetta. , il personale poteva fare con essere amichevole e sorridente. Tutte sembravano molto seri. La stanza era pulita e spaziosa. Il caffè che faceva parte dell'hotel aveva una buona scelta di snack. Caffè carino. Molto utile. Le moschee erano anche molto amichevole.Non appena uscite dall’hotel, c’erano molti posti per mangiare.

Non avevo idea o istruzioni su come utilizzare la chiave della camera per accedere al piano della camera assegnato. La porta non si chiudeva. Fate attenzione e conoscete il prezzo degli articoli sul menu per il servizio in camera prima di ordinare. Il tè del mattino ordinato dalla camera era il tè più costoso che abbiamo avuto durante il nostro viaggio.

We stayed here for two nights. While the room was a little small in size, they made up for it with brilliant decor. Very scandanavian art deco feel. We were particularly impressed with Sambal, the housekeeping staff who was very helpful. He was very courteous and prompt. It's people like him that elevate the hotel brand name. Another person is Priyanka of the front office. She was very helpful. Her genial nature and smiling face, even at midnight showed her professionalism. The food spread was very good.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel was overall very good. The service was more than excellent here. The hotel was very clean and the room was perfect. My only observation was that the price was quite high for the hotel. For the benefit of this hotel in the long run, the price could be reviewed so that more visitors could come and stay.

Apart from the clean and spacious, well lit rooms, this hotel should be preferred by the ones who always crib about the staffs of the hotel and their services, because you'll have no complaint against them. They are very polite and their hospitality is amazing. Now, about the food review; as I had opted only for the breakfast, the options at the breakfast buffet at MoMo cafe is great and the preparation is also very satisfactory. The only issue is that the location of this hotel is adjacent to Marriott Convention and on food delivery apps, the delivery executives might get confused, so please mention the correct address and guide them properly. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Hotel is located in a good location staff very attentive and very helpful to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of variety to accommodate to all taste including western food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay as it requires a bit of updating. View from our room

After entering to the hotel I have seen great plants and trees where I was travelling a long way I felt so welcoming and I experienced alot fresh air in the morning. Reception: People have done my check-in.so fast the team was so polite and very helpful all my queries were explained in a good ***ner. I heartfully want to thank front office team for their efforts. Specially - Ankit, Moumi and sarmistha. Good job keep it up 👏👏, I will recommend my colleagues, family' and friends to stay with Ella Hotels.
