Hotel prices in Hyderabad during the high season are shockingly expensive. I chose this place for its proximity to work, but at this price, the small lobby, a limited selection of soft drinks in the shop, and the busy road making it impossible to cross to the Starbucks across the street were disappointing. Still, it’s an option when other hotels are unaffordable during the high season.

I stayed here as part of a group booking with 25 + other extended family members for a birthday celebration. No doubt, the overall hospitality and service at Marriott is excellent, with our multiple service requests met, given the size of the group and many senior citizens as guests. The check-in welcome with drinks and pearl garlands were thoughtful gestures. The breakfast spread at Momo cafe is quite hearty, though the on-duty F&B manager showed some impatience with my senior citizen family members' multiple table requests. The Marriott Courtyard rooms were luxurious, well maintained, spacious and some of them had a great view of the lake. However, the Marriott Hotel and Convention centre needs a major upgrade. Especially, the private dining area space that we booked for the main event at Altitude Bar and Lounge was poorly maintained and run down with worn out furniture, missing ceiling lights, scratched wooden floors and a shabby terrace area attached to it, with exposed electrical work, bird droppings and damaged wall panels. The biggest disappointment though was the pre-booking sales experience, led by Mz. Divya and her team, and the ongoing conversation with multiple teams related to the above booked space. Starting with the room booking experience, there was not enough coordination and clear communication from the sales team related to the booking such as this being a group 'event'. Rooms were booked in Marriott Hotel and Convention Center when we wanted them at Courtyard since the former had rooms with bathtubs that posed a potential safety risk to senior citizens from slipping, and despite the team knowing this fact. Later on and after our visit tobthe hotel to tour the property, the Director of Operations, Mr Ghosh was very rude during a discussion on the run down nature of the booked event space. When we raised concerns about the infrastructure and asked for further discounts, Mr. Ghosh was happy to refund our hotel room booking advance and si6ggested we host our event elsewhere since Marriott received 'healthy business' and this wouldn't be a loss for them at all. I don't think this attitude is aligned with the overall brand image of Marriott and sends a message that Marriott only cares about money and not about respecting their guests needs and asks. This conversation could have been handled much better, given we were just 2 days away from our stay with a big group of family members, many over 70 years of age. Please train your senior management to engage more graciously with guests and bring more of brand Marriott's international standards to the overall infrastructure and people engagements for this property.

Il hotel è stato un grande soggiorno nel cuore di Hyderabad , le persone qui sono molto buoni al servizio e specialmente mallik kommer proprietario della proprietà è molto gentile e vi offre un servizio incredibile .. Grazie speciali all'hotel staff adnan bai,kapil ,swamy e tutti quelli che sono qui al vostro servizio 24*7.. è il miglior posto per stare con la famiglia e i bambini. L'hotel è situato in un luogo che ti fa sentire molto battere di Hyderabad.. per gli amanti dei cibi che amano gustare le ricette Hyderabad alcuni grandi ristoranti sono intorno che ti mantiene letteralmente pieno e felice e per i libri amanti posto è come un passo verso il cielo.. Come mercato dei libri di domenica di Hyderabad è solo pochi metri dove nei domenica si può ottenere il maggior numero di libri di qualsiasi autore a prezzi molto economici e migliori .. ci siamo goditi del soggiorno qui .. chiunque davvero voglia sentire il battito di Hyderabad dovrebbe rimanere qui ...

I stayed 3 nights in delux room and got good discount on price. Pros : the room size is good and the hotel located near a walkable distance of mall and few good restaurants. Cons: the breakfast is average. They dont clean the rooms daily and dont replish complimentary tea and cofee daily

In viaggio per lavoro, il personale, gentilissimo, mi ha messo a mio agio. Soprattutto al ristorante, dal responsabile Sig. Uday in poi si sono prodigati nel procurarmi il cibo non speziato imposto da mie recenti ulcere intestinali. L'attenzione per la sicurezza mi ha permesso di rilassarmi. Peccato che per i miei impegni non abbia potuto usufruire dei servizi di benessere come Soa, piscina e palestra.

La struttura è molto attraente, l'atmosfera è molto vicina, il personale è molto attraente. Era pulito, elegante, accogliente con un servizio eccellente dove abbiamo cenato. La cena era buona e il grande valore per soldi e servizio era attento ed efficiente. La stanza stessa era ben attrezzata e confortevole. Ero molto contento del mio soggiorno. Spero di essere di nuovo per una visita più lunga in futuro.

It was good experience staying in Lemon tree Banjara hills and Manish was very supportive and always has a welcoming smile on his face. the breakfast is also good and the the staff in citrus cafe is very good and welcoming brilliant service just love it 💗,❤️😘

Belle camere spaziose e ci siamo divertiti con la famiglia qui. I bagni erano puliti. La stanza era pulita. Il personale di manutenzione era pronta. L'hotel è sulla strada principale che il servizio di cabina è facilmente disponibile. Buffet Food era ok non così molte opzioni, ma non può lamentarsi. Il gusto era buono. Un ospedale molto buono e grande è solo addizionale se necessario in emergenza.

Hotel Ambiance was good, the hospitality was good, room was neatly cleaned and the room appearance & furniture was also good, the food at the restaurant was also good. the drop to airport was also arranged by the hotel staff. hotel staff was well trained & presented very well. It was comfortable & nice stay

Excellent Hotel Near To Hyderabd Airport. Very Good Hotel Neat and Clean Hotel Good Food and the Staff was very Friendly and it was nearest to city hospital is also near the breakfast was also good every teams was hotserve and water was complimentary

This hotel is new but there are hardly any services available in this hotel, firstly wifi doesn't work properly, few of the rooms are not even cleaned regularly. The staff doesn't even hesitate before behaving rudely with the customers. Overall the stay was not at all satisfactory. Request everyone to avoid this hotel. P. S - they provide towels on request and are not available when you enter the room.
