Hotel a 4 stelle in Rajasthan, India

I recently stayed at this hotel, which claims to be a 5-star property, but in my opinion, it's more of a 4-star hotel. The stay was generally good, with comfortable rooms and decent service. However, there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations. The breakfast options were limited and could be improved. Additionally, the spa was not operational during my stay, which was a disappointment. Overall, it's an average hotel that needs to work on its amenities and services to live up to its 5-star claim. We have a very large room (1 bedroom with separate living room), the design was nice. The staff in the hotel is very nice and friendly and ready to help. The lobby of the hotel is small, the restaurant is a medium size. Breakfast is ok, only Indian food, everything is quite spicy, even the eggs. There are fruits and vegetables. The coffee is bad, but the masala tea for order is nice. The location of the hotel is around 2 km from the city of the center and I don’t find it quite friendly or convenient. There are nothing useful near the hotel: no shops, no cafes or rests, to walk by foot is quite scary and inconvenient. Better use tuk-tuck or taxi.

Room facilities expected of Holiday Inn Express standards. One of the cupboard handles in my room was barely able to hold on to the cupboard door, and would fall off if not careful. Perhaps, the room maintenance could be up-kept better.Otherwise, the staff were generally polite and service oriented.

Das Hotel ist an sich ganz gut. Der Pool ist leider eher nicht sauber und dient mehr als Vogel Planschbecken. Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich. Dafür sind die Zimmer größtenteils sauber und bequem. *** könnte den Vorhang zum Bad austauschen wenn *** schon meint eine Scheibe zum Klo haben zu müssen. Aber wenn *** beim Check out Produkte aus der minibar bezahlen soll die *** garnicht genommen hatte? Und dann wird noch über den Preis verhandelt ? Ich dachte es wäre ein Hotel und kein Basar. Das wirkte leider eher so als wolle *** sich selbst noch ein Trinkgeld geben.

L'hotel è buono ma un po' troppo costoso rispetto agli altri hotel della stessa categoria in questa gamma di prezzi . Anche se il personale è utile. La diffusione del colazione è abbastanza bello. Buone opzioni non veg nel menu. Uova per ordinare disponibile. Le camere sono pulite, le lavanderie sono pulite.

Un bel hotel. La camera è un letto morbido con letti morbide, il bagno è una doccia e un bagno. E 'quita di notte. Un bel colazione, delizioso omelet e dosaggio. Ho trascorso un giorno in questo hotel come in paradiso.

Servizio molto gentile, attento alle nostre esigenze. Le strutture fantastiche. La colazione buffet vari e di qualità. Un'esperienza fantastica, un vecchio palazzo con le comodità del nostro tempo.

Good location but dining was very poor and the pool was a big disappointment. It was very dirty and we chose the hotel because it had a pool but you wouldn’t even put your toe in it
