Hotel a 4 stelle in Madhya Pradesh, India

I made a mistake when booking the number of nights, and they didn't care, making me pay for an extra night I didn't stay. In similar situations at other hotels, they canceled the extra night without a problem, regardless of the cancellation policy. In fact, two hotels in India did this on my last trip. This is the hotel in India where I've encountered the least polite reception staff, which is particularly surprising given that India is known for its excellent customer service. Some of the reception staff should read Gandhi's message that's displayed at the entrance to the reception area...they seem to have forgotten it. Otherwise, it's a very good and beautiful hotel; the rest of the staff is fantastic, from the restaurant staff to the very friendly gardener.

Il personale è un professionista assoluto e alcuni gruppi specifici meritano un riconoscimento particolare: La squadra di ricezione: i nostri processi di check-in e check-out erano senza sosta, ci hanno accolto con sorriso radiante, hanno gestito efficacemente ogni richiesta e ci hanno fatto sentire immediatamente apprezzati come ospiti. Il servizio del ristorante: il personale del ristorante è stato un'attenzione particolare al nostro soggiorno. Il loro servizio impeccabile e la loro dedizione alla creazione di una grande esperienza di mangiare non sono andati invisibili. La nostra stanza è stata mantenuta assolutamente immacolata durante il nostro soggiorno. L'attenzione del team di custodia per i dettagli, il rispetto per il nostro spazio e la profondità sono state di prima qualità. È raro trovare un hotel dove ogni singolo dipartimento opera a un livello così elevato di ospite. Grazie all'intero team per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così comodo e memorabile. Siamo sicuri di tornare e consigliamo molto questo hotel a chiunque cerca un soggiorno senza problemi!

Così basso hotel standard . Solo una ragazza era disponibile quando ho controllato era circa 21:00 . Era tutto confuso con la prenotazione . Quando ho detto che volevo vedere entrambe le camere . Che ho prenotato . Non era sicura se qualcuno dentro o no . Non c'era differenza tra club e premio, quindi perché le tariffe sono elevate. Telecom non lavorava dovevo chiamare per un dato numero. Ho detto alla signora di mandare qualcuno che non ha chiesto nessuno. Ho dovuto fare 4 5 chiamate. Infine, il ricevitore mi ha chiamato per indicare la chiamata damam .... Per il servizio in camera.Comune *** si trova in ospite business.y non dovrebbe dare questo tipo di risposte . Il secondo giorno al colazione c'era una signora con tanta atteggiamento.Non ha mai dato la maledizione che ospite viene e non ha voluto.Solo roaming e mostrando atteggiamento, il personale del ristorante era molto gentile anche al vivo dosa contro ragazza era così buono. La cena era ok. Vorrei suggerire se davvero vuoi gestire il tuo business dovrai ottenere il tuo forte di base.Il cliente avrà così tante altre opzioni. L'hotel deve cercare il cliente in modo che il cliente non vada da nessuna parte E fidati dell'esecutivo Yogi succhi in ospitalità

L'ospitalità è buona ...Il personale è amichevole.. e le camere sono pulite e ben mantenute

Hotels are too good to stay with family. Good service by hotels management. Curious about all your concerns and issues. Good with forest and natural enviroent make a mind wow. Cleanliness with great gardens. Food and service in restaurant is too good. Great and unforgettable experience ever.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. Dining was delightful, especially the breakfast spread, though quicker service during busy hours would be appreciated. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to key attractions and convenient for exploring. Overall, a lovely stay, and i’d gladly return.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en het eten was goed (de selectie softdrinks was beperkt). De kamer ziet er mooi uit bij de eerste aanblik, maar is zeer toe aan een opknapbeurt. Vooral de badkamer was gedateerd en vies; er was ook geen warm water aanwezig. Al met al een prachtig gelegen hotel dat de hoge prijs echter niet volledig waard is vanwege het achterstallige onderhoud.

Overall impressive stay! The check was a bit weird as they take photograph and scrutinise a lot it seems. Room was spacious, reasonably priced, staff was nice. There was a mall nearby as well with many eateries around. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice hospitality offered by Fairfield Marriott Indore, a 4 star Marriott Bonvey property in the heart of the city. Location is decent and breakfast is awesome
