A basic, clean, bright, and reasonably-priced hotel that's perfectly located for someone overnighting between international / domestic flights like me. Brilliant staff - friendly, approachable, and, more importantly, focused on solutions. They put to shame the attitude and behaviour of many much more expensive New Zealand hotels.

Stayed at Lylo for 3-4 days and it's probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. You check in on a device however there is a receptionist near in case you need anything. Il design è fantastico, così come le camere/spazi di lavoro comuni, è molto nuovo e ristrutturato al momento, quindi sembra davvero fantastico. Ci sono WiFi gratuita, una cucina comune e bagni su ogni piano. Il ristorante e il bar, si ottiene una carta per un drink gratuito! Ho soggiornato in una camera privata e in bagno condiviso, il pavimento era super pulito e tranquillo. La stanza stessa era bella e tedesca, ci mancavamo alcune cose come un bicchiere di rubino (non sapevamo che le camere venivano con uno finché non vedevamo qualcun altro sul nostro piano con uno). Penso che sarebbe stato bello se la stanza fosse venuta con una TV o una cassaforte, ma la stanza era grande per il prezzo così non si può lamentare troppo :) posizione è centrale e facile accesso a tutto all'interno della città.

I had king size bed room by myself, the room very clean and the service very nice also helped me to print out my documents. Plus have nice breakfast. The location was very convenient next city tower and close to most of the restaurants and shopping centers. Just 10 minutes I walked to the cruise. It was really great! I will order again next time!

L'hotel è in una posizione centrale, ma la piastra calda non funziona e anche se non ci sono cuochi o bolle ect solo una tazza e una spugna nella stanza. Il wifi è davvero spotto e continua a cadere. La stanza era molto pulita.

All you need after a long day’s travelling. Quiet clean and relaxing. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, my room was super spacious and had good black out curtains witch was a must after travelling from the uk suffering with jet lag! Would recommend to anyone travelling to nz

We stayed one night earlier this week because we had to get an early morning flight from Auckland Airport. It was a cheap rate that was about right for the basic facilities but we wished we had spent more and stayed elsewhere. We had a very disturbed night due to noisy guests slamming doors, speaking and laughing loudly in the early hours of the morning. One woman conducted a speaker phone conversation right outside our door at 3 a.m. and the building has very thin walls and an echo effect. The room facilities were clean, no complaints there, but the place looks more attractive from the outside than it is as a guest. It is old, shabby and in need of an upgrade on basic bathroom facilities. There is no dining room or breakfast on offer so we had to leave the motel at 5.30 a.m. and drive to the airport for anything to eat or drink. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all. It is just a clean room and bed for a night and if that is all you want, it isn’t too bad. However, with a little thought and some financial outlay it could be so much better. We would not stay there again but there were lots of guests the night we stayed so perhaps we should not be too harsh. NOT for us though.

E' del tutto deluso che ci siamo fermati qui per due notti. Questa struttura è anche denominata ”Aeroporto di Auckland Kiwi Hotel” e ”Aeroporto di Auckland Kiwi Backpackers”, i Backpackers sono ora trasformati in ”Apartments di studio di primo grado”. Quando arrivammo alla ricezione, la signora ha detto che aveva debitato la carta solo per la prima notte, dovevamo pagare per la seconda notte quando usciamo. Il nostro 'Primer Studio Apartment' era chiaramente una ex bagagliaio, La nostra vista sul prato era di 2 mt di erba immognata che guardava direttamente nelle stanze di fronte a noi. La stanza era abbastanza pulita ma estremamente sotto attrezzata. Avevamo prenotato per 3 persone, avevamo 2 tovaglie, 2 vestiti di faccia, nessun tovagliolo, Dopo la terza richiesta di questi articoli abbiamo finalmente ricevuto due vestiti di faccia da usare come tovagliolo e dischi, ehw! La cucina aveva 1 forno, 1 limone di tè, 3 coltelli e grandi limoni, 1 vetro, Nessuno occhiali di vino. Coppe e piastre strane di diverse dimensioni. C'era una microonde e piastre calde, ma non c'erano altri utensili, oltre a quelli menzionati. Nessuna tavola di ghiaccio. Nessun coathanger. La luce del bagno fluttuava costantemente, c'era rubinetto sotto i letti, e dopo un'ulteriore ispezione, l'allarme antincendio non conteneva una batteria. (illegale) Quando si è verificato, si diceva che il nostro conto era stato risolto. L'ispezione del conto bancario ha dimostrato che la nostra 2a notte è stata detratta due ore dopo che abbiamo controllato e un extra $4.50 è stato preso. Chiesto sulla finestra di chat (come abbiamo prenotato il nostro soggiorno perché nessuno ha mai risposto al telefono) e è stato rie-mail, dichiarando che questo costo aggiuntivo era dovuto a Visa. Non rimarrei qui.

Second stay in 3 months. Service was great at reception and the restaurant. Food was exceptional. My room had everything I needed - comfy bed, good shower, clean and spacious. I was well rested for early morning flight and caught the free shuttle. Thank you for a great stay.

Very clean. Loved how big the bathroom is, and the bed was super comfortable! Price was decent, considering how last minute we booked and how close to everything the hotel was situated. Parking was a little tight but just grateful they had parking! All in all, it was a great stay for us. Wish we stayed long enough to try out the breakfast and bar, but there’s always next time! Would definitely book there again!
