Hotel a 4 stelle in Warwickshire, Regno Unito

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

È un edificio impressionante, quindi ho avuto alcune aspettative. La stanza era un po 'datato nella parte più recente. Non molte attrazioni come si può aspettare da questo tipo di hotel. La zona del bar è davvero bello guardare un favoloso giardino e così il ristorante. Su quella nota, il cibo era stato lasciato in superficie. Ho ordinato un pollo di curry verde tailandese. Ero ansioso di questo, ma quando è arrivato, era una delusione totale. Il pollo era probabilmente un resto da un altro pasto, molto secco. La salsa non era come la curry verde e il riso era microonde. Le cameriere erano molto carine e scusate e la tagliano via dalla mia fattura. Dicono di avere un cuoco di agenzia! Quindi è vergognoso !!

I came to stay as I needed to attend a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park the next day morning. The B&B was on the edge of the Coleshill. It was an okay stay, and just about okay. I won't be against staying there again, but there is nothing special to lure me back either. Plus: James ware expecting me when I arrived and showed me the key and the room. He also took my order for the next morning. The room was of decent size. There are lots of lights in the room. The bed was okay. There is on site parking space. The breakfast was ready when I walked down to the dining room. Minus: At £148 a nigh this was certainly not good value for money. The facility was a bit basic, albeit adequate (tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits and hair dryer). There was one bottle for hair/body wash and there was a small soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is just about of adequate size for one person. The water temperate varied a bit while on show, but workable. Also my room was on 2nd floor, with narrow steep stairs. It was okay for me as I traveled very light. But it would be tricky for someone with big luggage or mobility restraint.

Nella campagna di Stratford, in un bellissimo edificio a raggi di legno. La stanza era buia ma spaziosa. Avevamo la stanza familiare con una doppia e due singole. È stato incluso il colazione. Non ci sono menù, ma il cameriere ha detto una combinazione di colazione inglese che era grande. Ho avuto due uova di polpa. L'unico problema era la mancanza di comunicazione sulla strada abituale per trovare l'hotel chiuso a causa di lavori stradali. Navigare un sistema di un modo in una città non familiare senza email o chiamata per farci sapere come arrivare all'hotel è stato estremamente stressante e ci mette 1.5 ore dietro il calendario di arrivo. Questo avrebbe potuto essere ordinato se l'hotel avesse contattato trip.com con la linea terrestre fornita alla prenotazione e spiegato sulle opere stradali in modo da poter essere avvertito.

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient. Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable. Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

La stanza era molto grande, proprio nel centro di Stratford e ideale per una visita al teatro. La stanza era piccola e molto di base, ma era pulita con letti confortevoli così bello per la notte. La comunicazione del personale era grande - non un parcheggio in loco, ma una chiara spiegazione di dove si trovava il parcheggio più vicino (molto vicino) e come ottenere il miglior prezzo. Molto utile personale. Non ho usato la zona del bar, quindi non posso commentare il cibo o il drink, ma è stato benvenuto e c'è stato un piacevole spazio esterno. In generale, un buon valore per il prezzo e rimarrebbe certamente lì di nuovo.

Oggi e serata fantastica all'Hotel Arden. Ho esaminato il RSC per il mio instagram e Tik Tok @theawithkelvin. Ho ricevuto un aggiornamento in una camera superiore. Ho avuto un ottimo tre corsi pre-teatro dinner nel loro ristorante. Dove hanno anche avuto diverse promozioni di vino .  Il colazione mattina era una scelta fantastica, come pure il colazione cucinata tradizionale, e il servizio Waiter, come pure un buffet continentale. Raccomanderò l'Hotel Arden se stai pianificando una visita anche a Stratford Upon Avon .

Great location and facilities. Breakfast is very good. The building is a little dated and floors and walls thin so you hear every footstep from above but apart from that it's a great place to stay.

Grande posizione, e bellissime aree ~ parcheggio è stato difficile da trovare.  La stanza era pulita e temperata, con un letto fisso, il tempo era molto caldo, e anche se c'era un fan nella stanza il calore era stimolante e così caldo!  La piscina all'interno era una buona dimensione, ma era così incredibilmente calda nell'edificio, era difficile respirare!! (Aprite le porte per lasciare un po' di ossigeno!) Il pasto era buono, come il colazione la mattina dopo.  Molto costoso per un soggiorno mediocre.  Bella stazione di servizio in tutto.

Consente di accedere facilmente; solo a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal centro principale. Vicino ai parchi e possibile camminare a Warwick lungo le sentieri Avon e canale. Fantastico colazione e camera ha tutto quello che ti serve per un breve soggiorno.
