UUtente ospiteI’d looked at previous reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect, however we were really pleased with our stay. Location excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms, although bathroom a little tired, everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable and bedding nice quality. Nice touches included toiletries (espa) , kettle and coffee maker. We opted for the breakfast deal. Quality and selection of food both excellent. Would definitely book again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Nottingham, and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Maria, who instantly made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor.
Maria's exceptional customer service skills stood out throughout my entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and provide assistance whenever required, leaving a lasting impression on me.
The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The amenities offered were of top-notch quality, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the rejuvenating spa facilities.
One of the highlights of Crowne Plaza Nottingham was its prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided convenient access to various attractions, shopping centers, and dining establishments. Whether I wanted to explore the cultural landmarks or indulge in some retail therapy, everything was within easy reach.

IIrwinGreat place to stay in Nottingham - the staff is really good, and it is conveniently located near the downtown, so close to public transport and Albert Hall/Nottingham Playhouse (if that is of interest - tons of good pubs nearby if your interests differ). The availability of laundry facilities is a real plus.

L'unica cosa che posso difettare è le viste dalle nostre finestre, che erano solo tubi e una terribile quantità di poo uccello. E anche il rumore dei pavimenti che richiedono sostituzioni o riparazioni

NNever SleepsSi tratta di un hotel della catena che fornisce servizi e strutture standard. La stanza è pulita, grande e silenziosa. Il bagno è pulito ma un po' vecchiotto. La colazione è impressionante. Tutto il personale è giovane, disponibile e cordiale. La posizione è buona, a 10-12 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Nottingham. Il prezzo è buono C'è un bar al piano terra se hai problemi di sonno.
Alla reception è stato allestito un bar con acqua rinfrescante che è impressionante.
Il check-in si effettua tutti i giorni alle 15:00, sarebbe meglio se fosse possibile anticiparlo.

UUtente ospite非常乾淨，非常温馨房東老太太一直等我們到很晚，還擔心下雨，我們路上會不會方便。整個房間有暖氣有冰箱，可以從開關面板看出是新裝修的。關鍵是暖氣片都是乾乾淨淨的！！可以看得出房東的用心！！早餐的食物也好吃，熱騰騰的，比前面幾天在英國別的酒店的都好吃，是他們自己煮的！強烈推薦這家温馨的餐廳！！
The place is very clean and cozy. The elderly landlady waited for us until very late and was concerned about the rain, worrying if we would have any trouble on the way. The entire room has heating and a refrigerator, and you can tell from the switch panels that it has been recently renovated. The key point is that the radiators are spotlessly clean!! You can really see the care the landlady has put into it!! The breakfast was also delicious, served hot, and better than what we had at other hotels in the UK in the previous days. It was homemade! I highly recommend this warm and welcoming place!!

SSiu WaiSiamo rimasti lì per 8 notti. Siamo arrivati domenica. La prima notte c'è un problema con il riscaldamento da doccia, nessun acqua calda per fare il bagno. Anche se era tardi la notte, ancora in grado di trovare il personale da venire a controllare. Purtroppo il riscaldamento non può essere fissato. Il secondo giorno hanno cambiato la stanza per noi, ma hanno un altro problema sul letto di divano. Lady di ricezione è molto gentile e utile, ci aiuta a riparare il letto di divano.
In generale, i mobili e gli accessori sono un po' vecchi, ma il personale è molto utile e amichevole.
L'appartamento è vicino al centro della città e il parcheggio interno è disponibile.

UUtente ospiteBooked this hotel as we was going to the take that concert at city ground, it's very close to the city center with all the pubs and clubs in walking distance and even closer to Nottingham castle and ye old trip to Jerusalem bar which is a must visit very quirky. The staff are very friendly and polite and the hotel is very clean with all the amenities you would need for a break away. The hotel is in walking distance to the station but also has parking outside the hotel but is limited but the us a multi storey next door. We will definitely be using this hotel again next time we visit
