Hotel a 4 stelle in Berkshire, Regno Unito

E'mezzanotte che sono arrivati all'hotel.E' arrivato il nome dell'hotel in navigazione e Hilton non sono in grado di farlo.Non oso entrare per mezza giornata.Le strutture e le camere dell'hotel sono buone, non c'è problema. Sembra che questo sia un hotel di cooperazione per il gas britannico, che è pieno di auto della compagnia di gas britannica nel parcheggio.

Hotel assolutamente brillante, personale fantastico che non poteva più fare per i visitatori, camere pulite e aree comuni pulite, molte attività per occupare i bambini durante il soggiorno e molte refresci durante il giorno, tra cui buon colazione e cena opzioni. Abbiamo usato la piscina due volte al giorno durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo visitato l'arcade e le tracce esterne parco/natura e la sezione esterna di giochi e nessuno dei miei figli voleva tornare a casa. Io consiglio al 100% questo hotel a tutti e sicuramente visiterò di nuovo!

Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order.Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel per una breve fuga al Castello di Windsor con due amici. La posizione non era centrale, ma non era difficile da raggiungere, abbiamo camminato circa 30 minuti per arrivare all'hotel e altri 30 minuti per il Castello, che era una zona davvero carina. La camera in sé era DAVVERO bella, letti grandi e comodi, bella TV (anche se abbiamo dimenticato il firestick e non credo fosse una smart TV), tè/caffè e bollitore a disposizione, il bagno era pulito anche se un po' difficile da usare con l'acqua calda. Nel complesso, l'hotel ci è piaciuto molto, a parte il fatto che i figli del nostro vicino facevano molto rumore ed era davvero difficile dormire, forse perché le nostre camere avevano una porta comunicante (che era chiusa a chiave), ma sentivamo i genitori parlare verso mezzanotte e i bambini si sono svegliati urlando alle 5 del mattino!! Quindi non siamo riusciti a dormire bene la notte. Penso che se avessimo avuto una camera diversa senza porte comunicanti, sarebbe stato perfetto. Il personale è stato gentile, anche se quando gliel'abbiamo detto il giorno dopo, ci ha detto che ci avrebbero cambiato la stanza, ma che era inutile cambiare stanza alle 5 del mattino, visto che dovevamo partire alle 10. Inoltre, avevo dimenticato lo spazzolino da denti e mi hanno dato un grazioso kit per l'igiene dentale con spazzolino e dentifricio! Consiglio di soggiornare qui, ma chiedete se la vostra camera ha porte comunicanti, perché potreste volerlo evitare.

Adequate hotel for the price. Mattress and pillow were slightly uncomfortable. Due to the hotel being a wedding venue, I was kept up at night due to the wedding music from below.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

Recentemente sono rimasto al Holiday Inn Reading-South M4, Jct.11 per una notte e ho avuto una molto positiva esperienza complessiva. La posizione è conveniente, soprattutto per coloro che viaggiano attraverso il M4, e le strutture dell'hotel sono state moderne, pulite e ben mantenute. Tutto, dall'iscrizione alla camera, mi ha soddisfatto le aspettative, rendendo un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. I’d rate my experience a 9/10 the only thing that would have made it a perfect 10 would be the inclusion of free parking. Besides that, I had a great stay and would happy consider returning in the future.

L'hotel è molto vicino al mercato slancio, anche è a 5 km dal mercato ventoso sono andato a piedi, se si gode di vista naturale e fiumi ci sono molti posti da godere, le camere dell'hotel sono pulite e forniscono tutto ciò che gli hotel dovrebbero essere privati, Ma dovrebbero mettere una finestra di isolamento per tenere il rumore fuori da udienza, e dovrebbero anche abbassare il pavimento dei bagni per evitare che l'acqua si spolveri nella stanza al momento della doccia. Nonostante la sala di miglioramento che ho menzionato prima, mi sono divertito con loro e li visiterò di nuovo.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso all'Hotel Sir Christopher Wren Recentemente siamo rimasti nella sezione della casa Windsor dell’hotel e siamo stati molto impressionati. La pulizia è apparsa immediatamente tutto dal letto al bagno era senza spot, facendola sentire come una casa vera lontana da casa. È raro sentirsi così comodo utilizzando le strutture alberghiere senza esitazione, ma questa stanza è stata davvero impeccabile. La posizione è ideale proprio vicino al fiume e a una passeggiata semplice della Stazione Windsor & Eton Riverside, della Costa Brasserie e delle tour della barca. Windsor Castle è solo un piacevole 15-minute camminare lontano, rendendolo perfetto per la vista. Il servizio è stato eccellente per tutta la nostra permanenza, dal caldo benvenuto alla ricezione al personale di pulizia utile e amichevole, ogni interazione si è sentita veramente cura e professionale. Il nostro soggiorno includeva colazione, che era un generoso buffet britannico con una vasta gamma di opzioni calde e fredde, tra cui pasticceria, frutta fresca e altro ancora. Ci sono state molte scelte di bere con riempimenti disponibili, e il caffè era bello un modo per iniziare il giorno. In conclusione, si raccomanda molto l'Hotel Sir Christopher Wren, che ci ha fatto molto piacere e che in futuro si ritroveremo.

Il servizio presso il personale è stato eccellente. sistemi grandi. Abbiamo avuto un buon colazione. Cibo sul sito un po' costoso pensavo che avessimo preso le lezioni pensando che fosse più caro. Chips £5.50 10ins pizza £14.95 personalmente penso un po' aperta. Bere £7.50 potrebbe essere circa £5.90 solo la mia opinione.E chip alimentari potrebbe essere circa £3.50 e pizza circa £9.50. Credo che i giovani mangino invece di ordinare la consegna di cibo.La famiglia Rhodes.
