Hotel a 4 stelle in Berkshire, Regno Unito

We stayed here because it had a pool and we enjoy a swim and breakfast was part of the deal. Even though we forgot to mention mobility issues the staff changed our room without an issue. The hotel was cool and so was the room, and that was without using the air conditioning. There is no lift so bear that in mind. The breakfast had a good mix of cooked English and you can have your eggs cooked as you want them. I asked for a decaf flat white and one was made for me. A bigger mug too, the usual ones are a bit small. There is fruit, plain yogurt, ham and cheese slices and olives so something for everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful and went to get more pastries for us when they had run out. If a coach tour is in then make sure you don't arrive too late, as a lot will be gone. The food wasn't greasy and we enjoyed the variety. We used the pool and there are men's and women's changing but no disabled facilities or family changing areas. Be aware of that although there is one larger changing room most of the space and showers are open. You will need a pound coin if you want to lock your locker, but we mainly swan in the morning and there were only one or two others in the pool. It's a spa pool so not too deep. There is a gym room too, but I didn't use that. The usual work out equipment was on display. You can also book spa treatments but those are extra. Pool and gym free to guests. We would gave tried an evening meal but there was a hotel power cut and so we left early. We would definitely use this hotel again, we slept well and the bed is comfy with usb charging sockets and proper reading lights near the bed. The bistro-like round table and two chairs were much appreciated. Parking us £5 a day, which us cheaper than some hotels. There is also a hairdryer and iron in the room and the TV has modern with Freeview channels available. The bar area has comfortable seating and was showing the matches as well as the news in the morning. No subtitles though, which would have helped. As I said the only criticism was that our sink was cracked, and didn't hold water well and there is a bath shower, rather than a walk in shower unit.

L'hotel era estremamente occupato all'arrivo e anche al partenza. Non posso non servire, anche se più personale avrebbe aiutato la squadra in servizio. Così breve alla reception e al bar. Ma anche sotto estrema pressione la squadra era eccellente! Emily, nel ristorante, si è lasciata senza chiedere.Mio nipote non ha mangiato bene. Tutti erano sorprendenti di aver fatto riferimento ai nomi. Festa fantastica.Torniamo!

Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order.Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel per una breve fuga al Castello di Windsor con due amici. La posizione non era centrale, ma non era difficile da raggiungere, abbiamo camminato circa 30 minuti per arrivare all'hotel e altri 30 minuti per il Castello, che era una zona davvero carina. La camera in sé era DAVVERO bella, letti grandi e comodi, bella TV (anche se abbiamo dimenticato il firestick e non credo fosse una smart TV), tè/caffè e bollitore a disposizione, il bagno era pulito anche se un po' difficile da usare con l'acqua calda. Nel complesso, l'hotel ci è piaciuto molto, a parte il fatto che i figli del nostro vicino facevano molto rumore ed era davvero difficile dormire, forse perché le nostre camere avevano una porta comunicante (che era chiusa a chiave), ma sentivamo i genitori parlare verso mezzanotte e i bambini si sono svegliati urlando alle 5 del mattino!! Quindi non siamo riusciti a dormire bene la notte. Penso che se avessimo avuto una camera diversa senza porte comunicanti, sarebbe stato perfetto. Il personale è stato gentile, anche se quando gliel'abbiamo detto il giorno dopo, ci ha detto che ci avrebbero cambiato la stanza, ma che era inutile cambiare stanza alle 5 del mattino, visto che dovevamo partire alle 10. Inoltre, avevo dimenticato lo spazzolino da denti e mi hanno dato un grazioso kit per l'igiene dentale con spazzolino e dentifricio! Consiglio di soggiornare qui, ma chiedete se la vostra camera ha porte comunicanti, perché potreste volerlo evitare.

La prima receptionista che abbiamo affrontato era molto gentile, ma poi ha dovuto chiedere aiuto a un collega con il nostro check-in e era estremamente brutta. Dopo aver prenotato una sala di gestione, ci è stato detto che non abbiamo accesso alla sala di gestione, perché non aveva prenotato direttamente. Carico di rubino.Andato in camera nostra, chiamato velocemente Hilton Customer Care e hanno confermato che abbiamo accesso al salone esecutivo, così tornato alla ricezione. L'hotel è molto confortevole, grandi camere spaziose, letti piacevoli, bagni con doccia e bagno. L'acqua non era gratuita nemmeno nelle camere esecutive che era un po' di shock (£2.50 una bottiglia). La sala executiva era bella, ma il servizio era molto ridotto dall'ultima volta che ero qui qualche anno fa. Frigo vuoto la maggior parte del giorno, snack non si è alzato. coppe sporche ovunque, ecc. Le snack sera erano buone, ma ancora una volta, ridotte rispetto a quello che avevano offerto. Gli spiriti e il prosecco erano comunque un bel toccamento. La colazione è servita nel ristorante per gli ospiti della sala dirigenziale. È una scelta molto bella, soprattutto buffet ma uova e omelete cucinate per ordinare. Bello caffè. Il personale è molto amichevole e accogliente (a parte il ricevitore del primo giorno), abbiamo avuto 3 notti qui e ci è piaciuto. C'è un autobus da terminal 5 alla porta dell'hotel che è £ 6.80 per persona o si può prendere il numero di autobus 5 che si ferma sulla strada fuori dall'hotel per £ 1.50. Se soggiorni più di una notte, ci sono autobus a Windsor, legoland, Slough e honslow (per il tubo a Londra centrale).

I really enjoyed my stay. I arrived quite late after a long and exhausting day, but the receptionist, who I believe was called Anna-Marie, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She genuinely went the extra mile to assist me, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean, the service was efficient, and overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The trip went very well. I enjoyed every bit of my Stay. It was very close to immunities and local conveniences without the need to go very far with equal access routes to work and to conveniences will definitely be coming again. Thank you Copthorne keep up the good work.

Buona casa, molto pulita, quest con un regalo per bambini, campo da gioco vicino a ogni casa, la colazione è ok, ma dovresti prenotare tempo di colazione in anticipo, è strano. L'accesso precoce alla parte è davvero una cosa di valore. L'iscrizione era molto lenta (

Le camere sono decente e pulite, per quanto stuffate di **** attraverso il terzo piano e minimizzano il personale con auto check-in che è buono che si può solo controllare e uscire rapidamente, ma senza un desktop di servizio rende difficile chiedere di giornata di fitness e piscina.
