"At first, I was wondering whether it is a right choice to book a different hotel on my 2nd visit to Wuxi however, I decided to give it a go. We are satisfied with it.
1) Our room was ready earlier than the check in time. 2) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable without any unpleasant smells. We slept like a baby LoL 3) The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The front desk always serve us a cup of hot tea whenever we are the counter 4) Free laundry service provided 5) The location is excellent - it's really near to exit 27 of Sanyang Square Station (5min walk). There are shopping malls, restaurants and bakeries nearby.
Would definitely stay again next time."

"Fantastic location a few steps from Nanchan Temple metro station and likewise for the temple itself. Rooms are clean and soundproofed, the blackout blinds are fantastic too! The ”buffet” breakfast is alright, nothing spectacular but not poor either - egg fried rice, mixed vegetables, watermelon, banana, congee, steamed buns, sliced bread, sausage, and a few other things I don't recall."

YYonathan SteinI think the hotel is ok, internet was ok and rooms ok for China, the best is the breakfast.
About no smoking rule they should be more strict instead of stimulation with ash trays and being complacent as most of hotels. It''s 2025, time to be civilized, and allowing guests to smoke in the breakfast, rooms and reception is absolutely unacceptable. I understand people in China smoke like last day of their lifes, but this it not normal for me, smoking is considered dirty, a weakness and bad habit in my country.
I recommend the hotel to be more strict on smoking rules, a problem that every accomodation has in China, also due the lack of respect for its Chinese guests, and also they could improve the laundry area, not enough for the whole hotel and not really clean.
I believe if everyone demands hotels in China to be strict about smoking 🚬 rules eventually China will evolve and adapt, then people that don't smoke wont be forced to be passive smoke and stuff health issues.

AA~qingyeÈ stato polverizzato dai dettagli intime della stagione!La stanza è dotata di quattro bagagli di stanza, la qualità dei prodotti lavanderia non stampati online, e accanto al desktop è anche pronto per la protezione delle lampade e il sedile di caricamento, che è troppo amichevole per i viaggiatori commerciali. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, a piedi cinque minuti alla stazione della metropolitana. La ricezione risponde rapidamente, anche i caricatori dimenticati possono essere prestati gratuitamente, il rapporto costo-benefici è eccezionale, fortemente raccomandato!

UUtente ospiteI wanted to stay here to have an opinion on it. Odd name first of all. The hotel had a good location. Close to lots of things. Check in wasn't that bad, but I could tell that they did not have tons of experience checking in foreigners, but they ended up doing a good job and were nice and spoke decent English. The hotel is a bit old. The elevator is not great but not bad. The room reeked of cigarettes and it hit me like a ton of bricks as soon as I went in. Not really the staffs fault as I did get a good promo deal and it did say smoking allowed, so I guess I should have known and stayed away since I hate cigarettes. The room was decent. Shower and bed etc were good. The towels smelled big time like cigarettes. I am guessing that someone had used and then they did not wash them which skeeved me out a bit, or maybe they just absorbed the tons of smoke being blown around by previous guests. This used to be a Jinjiang, I could tell because there were still logos all over. WiFi was good, breakfast was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was pretty good. I had a decent enough stay but I would not return. There are far better hotels around with a similar or even cheaper price point.

UUtente ospite酒店離三號線地鐵口十來米，前台小哥、美女都熱情，早餐非常棒！去各的景點都非常方便，如果去黿頭渚風景區，先地鐵到無錫火車站，再做1路公交車直達黿頭渚大門，裏面的觀光車、免費公交都不需要坐，直接步行差不多1000米就到櫻花谷，再去碼頭附近其他景點

It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

CCha❤️❤️❤️❤️I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

Era ancora preoccupato, e quando il piccolo negozio di risate di amico è venuto. Chi ha detto che la posizione geografica è eccellente. È molto vicina al mio intervistato. Sono pochi minuti a piedi. Sono anche venuto a trovare gli studenti che hanno frequentato questo hotel per la stessa intervista, che dimostra che tutti sono molto riconosciuti 👍🏻
L'ambiente sanitario: non è l'acquario. C'è ancora un sacco di hotel che vivo all'estero e in casa. Questo hotel può essere chiamato 400+ è anche molto tranquillo e guaio!E l'acqua minerale è anche il mio marchio preferito.

L'unica cosa arrabbiata è che non dormo bene la notte!Non importa con l'hotel!! Un uomo che non ha qualità, due al mattino, ha chiamato a voce alta alla porta del corridoio. È difficile dormire, più di sei al mattino, una donna ha chiamato un altro rapito. Se non teme di influenzare il lavoro, esce e saluta. Infatti, non ha avuto la ricchezza di ricordare la sua vita. Hai visto? Questo è il corridoio del secondo piano più dentro!!

UUtente ospiteI had a lovely stay at Magnolia hotel. They do not usually cater for foreigners. As a foreigner I was told I need to register with the local police station. Since I had no idea how to get there and the reception and I did not have a language in common, one of their lovely staff accompanied me to the police station. Upon speaking to someone there they said that I only need to register if I am staying longer than 5 days. For less there was no need. This was a good information for me and for the hotel.
Everyone was friendly, warm and kind.
The breakfast provided was plentiful and varied. Steam buns, dumplings, porrage, eggs, and much more.
My only complaint would be that cigarettes smoke with get into the room via the ventilation system. But we are in China after all and lots of people smoke :)
