Hotel a 4 stelle in Occitania, Francia

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein coeur du centre ville de Montpellier et proche de la gare. L'accueil était professionnel et agréable. La chambre était bien équipée.

The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones son correctas, aunque las fotos del buscador y el precio te hacen pensar en un hotel de una categoría superior. Las almohadas necesitan cambiarse. Y el desayuno, muy variado, pero muy justito de calidad en embutidos y quesos. La estancia, en su conjunto, y toda vez que para nosotros era para una noche de paso, la calificamos como positiva.

Très bonne situation géographique, personnel accueillant. Chambre un peut trop chaude difficilement refroidisable et matelas pour ma part trop dur.

Molto accogliente, confortevole e bello, con una vista sul fiume dalla mia stanza. Il personale è stato eccezionale, molto cordiale e disponibile, ho chiesto uno scotch verso mezzanotte da usare per i bagagli, il personale ha fatto di tutto per accontentarmi. È anche bello dire che sono rimasto sorpreso quando due adorabili membri del personale mi hanno detto al momento del check-in che la mia prenotazione includeva la colazione, ho pensato che avessero semplicemente fatto un errore e quindi ho chiarito che non avevo incluso la colazione perché avrei trascorso la maggior parte del tempo fuori e avevo un volo in anticipo per Parigi, ma hanno insistito e hanno esagerato dicendo ”possono prepararmi un panino o una colazione leggera con frutta”, un servizio fantastico e superbo, davvero. Ottima posizione, vicino alla cattedrale, ai negozi e ai ristoranti. Tutto era perfetto, ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglierei.

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel aan de receptie laat te wensen over. Ze laten gasten wachten en negeren ze, terwijl ze niks zitten te doen. Barpersoneel was daarentegen zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was in vergelijking met een paar jaar geleden sober.

Dieci minuti di uscita sono spiaggia pubblica.L'ambiente dell'hotel è chiuso e il parcheggio non deve preoccuparsi.La colazione non è molto ricca, alcuni polli sono ricci, ma non ci sono altri caffè e panino intorno, e il cibo può mangiare in hotel. Il panorama circostante è bello, ma non vicino a tutti i tipi di supermercati.L'unica cosa che può essere migliorata è che la sorella che pulisce la stanza non è molto utile. Di solito si dimentica di aggiungere acqua potabile alla stanza e andare al ristorante da sola.

I stayed here for a total of 3 nights and 4 days. The staff were very friendly, the location was the best, the facilities were good, and the price was not expensive. In particular, it is a 10-minute walk from the train station, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and Narbonne's representative cathedral and historic site are close. The cooking facilities, toilets and laundry facilities are well established. In particular, I want to give a lot of praise in that there is no place that is broken. Considering that this residence is a three-star residence, it is almost perfect.
