On that cold and dark winter evebing, we were gracefully helped by phone by the reception lady in order to reach the hotel located within the pedestrian corner of the city. A beautiful Maison de Maître serves as the Edgar hôtel. Check-in was swift and pleasant, and we had access to an elevator for our humougous suitcases. We entered a beautifully-decorated and warm bedroom, and were nicely advised by our receptionist on which restaurant would be open for dinner (winter Sunday night). Had a resting sleep and a tasty breakfast. Only good things to say, basically. I want to emphasize here that we had a wheel chair accessible bedroom on the 1st floor (the hotel has 3), which I found interesting. The bathroom was all planned for wheel chair access. In case anyone here needs this type of facility, you can book Edgar hotel!

On this 25th and 26th of December, the owner/manager of Le Temps de Vivre welcomed us with open arms and helping hands to carry our heavy luggage. He took the time to tell us about the city, and advise us on dinner venues (on this Holiday). He also booked our 2nd dinner venue and gave us all recommendations to visit. Professional yet warm welcoming. And perfect British English accent, for those of you not French natives! The hotel itself is a beautiful old granite mansion from downtown, stuck between the historical center and the sea. Our bedroom overlooks the high and low tides, rocked by the waves and wind sound. It is extremely clean and we have ample amount of towels and robes… Recommended hotel by Winter which would obviously be great in Summer.

The sleeping area was good, the mattress was comfortable, and I slept well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they also provided a map and useful information about the Intra-Muros area. However, several other aspects need improvement. The bathroom showerhead had mold, so I did not want to use it, and although the rain shower was acceptable, the water pressure was low. On windy days in Saint-Malo, it was impossible to enjoy a comfortable hot shower. The breakfast was average, and the hygiene was only fair; I saw flies landing on the food and honey. A kettle was provided, but the one in my room was rusty, so I was not comfortable using it. Overall, I was disappointed. Considering it is a four-star hotel, I do not think it was worth the price.

Un vero e proprio affascinante e lussuoso piccolo hotel nel centro storico della città. Belle camere con enormi bagni, tra cui tubi di assorbimento. Pace Zen giardino e soggiorno. Splendido buffet di colazione pieno e pieno.bar. Buon, accogliente personale, anche. Non avrei potuto chiedere di più.

The Mercure Spa in Quiberon has real soul coastalchic design, soft blues and natural wood that make you feel instantly relaxed. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in, and the spa (Atlantic seawater treatments, pool with sea views, sauna) was pure bliss. Location is unbeatable: steps from the beach, with the wild coastal trails of the Côte Sauvage right nearby for gorgeous hikes. The restaurant served fresh, delicious local seafood, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. A perfect spot to unwind in Brittany 🤍

Hotel Bello e pulito ma ridicolo prezzi per l'uso di strutture o mangiare all'interno dell'hotel. Posizione conveniente. Parcheggio non era disponibile per noi, anche se era disponibile attraverso l'hotel (ma inconvenientemente completamente prenotato)- hotel avrebbe potuto offrire rimborso. Pote di caffè in una posizione scomoda della stanza e non pulita. La temperatura non può essere regolata a partire da 18 in basso- solo più caldo. La piscina e il bagno disappunto non sono stati inclusi nel prezzo molto alto della camera.

Questa volta ci siamo fermati in una stanza a quattro persone. Anche se ha un letto da divano doppio, la stanza si sente molto spaziosa e aperta. La cucina è ben attrezzata, e c'è una tavola rotonda dove possiamo godere di colazione nella stanza. Il servizio di fronte è eccellente e tutta la famiglia, i due bambini, si è davvero divertita.

La cucina era dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari. È stato fornito anche il detergente per lavastoviglie. Possiamo stare in una camera calda con riscaldamento nella stanza. La stanza aveva una vista sull'oceano e era molto confortevole e spaziosa. Mi piaceva anche la piscina. Il colazione era semplice cibo occidentale, ma lo yogurt locale e un sacco di pane erano serviti. La prossima volta sarei felice di preparare il colazione in cucina.
