La mia esperienza all'Hotel The Lisboa L'Occitane è stata fantastica! L'atmosfera in stile portoghese retrò è davvero coinvolgente, e le aree comuni sono progettate con gusto, perfette per scattare foto in ogni angolo. La camera era pulita e ordinata, spaziosa, con biancheria da letto confortevole e tutte le infrastrutture necessarie. L'hotel è collegato a un centro commerciale con diversi ristoranti, ed è comodo per gli spostamenti; ci vogliono solo pochi minuti di taxi per raggiungere il Cotai Arena del Venetian. Il personale è stato cortese e il check-in efficiente. È anche molto vicino al confine di Hengqin, il che è comodissimo per tornare indietro dopo un concerto. L'unico piccolo neo è che i negozi del centro commerciale chiudono piuttosto presto. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, ed è un'ottima scelta per chi viene a Macao per assistere a spettacoli. Lo terrò sicuramente in considerazione per il mio prossimo soggiorno.

Entrando in questo hotel, puoi sentire le vibrazioni esaltanti e i servizi meravigliosi!! A volte la sistemazione in hotel a Macao è molto costosa e ho scoperto che questo posto ne vale la pena! Mi sono divertito molto e tutto è andato bene durante il mio soggiorno qui.. La stanza è grande, pulita e molto rilassante... La piscina è così bella, antistress!! Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. Il cibo è così delizioso!! Grazie Casa Real...

Lisboeta Macau The hotel located near the east asian games dome which is our destination during our Macau trip, and the hotel also just next to a shopping mall and near Grand Lisboa Palace ****** and also close with the Macau Airport. If you want to use the LRT you'll need to walk a little bit and the LRT will take you to other attraction places. There's also a lot of shuttle here to other destination you'll just check the schedule with the security or hotel staff. It's not difficult to find something to eat and there is convenience stores nearby open until midnight. The breakfast also nice with plenty of dishes served in the morning.The service is fast during check in, they opened several check in counter to accomodate us, the luggage storage and concierge serve us very well, their english also very good. The room is large and nice, with large bathroom, nice view from the window especially at night with the sparkling city view, there's vending machine in the alleys so we can purchase drinks and free ice machine.

Hotel molto carino con camere grandi e spaziose in ogni stanza, soprattutto nel bagno; ho prenotato una camera normale con un letto grande; poi, aggiungendo solo 100 HKD, si può gustare una colazione a buffet; il personale è cordiale e cortese; lo consiglio vivamente anche perché se si arriva in traghetto, si può camminare solo 15 minuti o prendere l'autobus 3A;

Il cameriere della hall aveva un pessimo atteggiamento, non capiva cosa stessi dicendo? Una semplice risposta al mio problema non funziona? Stai ancora discutendo con me, che tipo di servizio è questo? Non è forse il cliente che parla meglio? Per fortuna c'era un cameriere Suki ad aiutarlo fuori dall'assedio, non permettendogli di rendere il mio gruppo sempre più aggressivo, non prende la bocca di cavallo, domande e risposte non riescono a comunicare affatto, per favore bannate il cameriere dal servire il riso!

L'hotel gode di una posizione comoda, vicino alla stazione degli autobus, a ristoranti e zone commerciali. Il personale è cordiale, professionale e disponibile. La camera è pulita, spaziosa, confortevole e ben ristrutturata, garantendo un soggiorno piacevole.

L'hotel ha inviato via e-mail le istruzioni per il trasporto in autobus, che sono facili da capire. Oltre all'autobus, hanno anche un parcheggio. L'hotel si trova nella parte sud di Macao, in un ambiente tranquillo e con una vista superba sulla spiaggia. La stanza era un po' vecchia e umida, ma i servizi erano ok. Era strano che non ci fosse la tenda della doccia nella nostra stanza (che era presente in altre recensioni). L'acqua schizzava dappertutto sul pavimento del water, non importa quanto fossimo attenti. Attenzione, la stanza al 1/F ha un balcone molto piccolo. Immagino che le 2/F siano meglio. Il ristorante è accogliente e carino. Abbiamo cenato con dei cocktail. Prezzo equo per il cibo portoghese. La colazione a buffet era buona, con abbastanza scelta. Abbiamo apprezzato di più l'ambiente. A soli 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il Lord Stow's Bakery and Cafe. Ottime crostate portoghesi!

Bel posto per il mio soggiorno a Macao.Andare a Macao da Hong Kong per traghetto. Il check-in e il check-out erano facili e rapidi. Vicino a un'albergo disponibile per esplorare e potrete camminare per le strade dove ci sono famosi torte e biscotti per comprare casa per la famiglia e gli amici.

Ristrutturazione recente, nessun problema. Il servizio è stato ottimo. Ci hanno offerto cocktail sul tetto, la vista notturna era fantastica e la brezza serale era perfetta, non faceva caldo. Nel mini-bar della camera c'erano bevande e alcolici. Dietro l'hotel c'è un centro di ristorazione di un mercato alimentare dove si possono trovare cose a prezzi convenienti, me l'hanno detto anche i residenti locali che era comodo mangiare lì. L'insonorizzazione era un po' debole, si potevano sentire le porte che si aprivano e chiudevano nella stanza accanto o rumori forti. Inoltre, l'aria condizionata in camera era piuttosto rumorosa, si sentiva anche alla velocità più bassa. Potrebbe influenzare chi ha il sonno leggero.
