⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Location is strategic, about 30 minutes driving distance to Dhaka Airport and supermarket is just beside the hotel. Room and public toilet are clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Food is clean and nice, however, may I suggest to change the breakfast menu on alternate day? So that, guest who stay for long, could enjoy different food.

The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay. The food at Priyo Nibash was another highlight. Their restaurant served delicious dishes that tasted homely and fresh. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the food was flavorful and well-prepared. I really appreciated the variety and the fast service, even during busy hours. Overall, the service at Priyo Nibash Hotel stood out the most. Every staff member—from reception to room service—was polite, attentive, and professional. They made sure guests were comfortable and satisfied at all times. Questo hotel potrebbe essere il migliore nella zona di Uttara. Il servizio va oltre le aspettative, perché si può sentire il cuore puro da sorridere. Remarcabile il signor Asif e la signora Rupa sono molto impressionanti. It's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

Questa volta sono venuto per fare il check-in e ho scelto questo hotel. La sensazione generale ha superato le aspettative ed era più nuovo degli hotel in cui avevo soggiornato prima. Dopo l'apertura della superstrada dell'aeroporto, ci vorranno solo più di 20 minuti dall'aeroporto all'hotel. Si trova nel distretto 1 di Gushan, proprio in riva al lago. La posizione è relativamente comoda. Accanto all'hotel c'è la strada principale dove si concentrano le banche. Vicino all'hotel ci sono anche molti ristoranti e caffetterie. Al primo piano dell'hotel è presente una piscina. Le camere sono relativamente spaziose, in qualche modo simili alla disposizione di un appartamento. Il personale di servizio è cordiale e attento. C'è un ristorante al primo piano. La colazione non è ricca ma è sufficiente.

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.
