Hotel a 4 stelle in Divisione di Dacca, Bangladesh

A couple of times I stayed at other hotels in Dhaka and this is one of the hotel that is well recommended. The environment at the lobby is so classic and high end and the staff is so polite and so well spoken in English. They provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport and location is near to airport too. The room is sooo spacious and super clean so as the toilet! The bed was comfortable too. That makes this place indeed well maintained. And never forget their food served at the cafe was good! The only problem are the honk noises from outside. But this is bearable for me. Just that the toilet door has loud cracky noise when trying to close it. But it’s ok. And the most important thing is their WiFi was so slow but ended up they resolved it with another set of router put into my room. Amazing job and I would give this place overall superb!

My family and I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The rooms were clean, comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff stood out the most - friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help without hovering. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was fresh and well organized, with enough variety to keep everyone happy - especially the Bengali dishes, which reminded me of my home-cooked food. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was prompt, smooth, and handled with a warm, cordial attitude. The location was convenient, close to key spots. Overall, it felt like great value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel is very flexible who give me late check out to catch my evening flight. I chose this hotel because it is near airport. Recently, Bangladesh is having protest so it is important for visitors to stay at a safe place and close to airport. This hotel is a good choice for us!

La posizione era buona per gli affari, ma il traffico di Dacca è il traffico di Dacca, quindi era una seccatura viaggiare ovunque tranne che in centro. Il personale era eccezionale. Niente era di troppo disturbo. Tutto era pulito e la nostra camera veniva pulita ogni giorno. L'unico problema che ho avuto è stato che il letto era troppo duro e non ho dormito bene la prima notte. L'ho detto alla donna delle pulizie e subito ha portato un materasso più morbido e 2 trapunte. Dopo questo, ho dormito bene. Sono un occidentale e sono abituato ai letti morbidi, il mio compagno di viaggio è bengalese e il letto andava bene per lei. Quindi questo non sarà un problema se sei abituato ai letti duri. Appena ho esposto il mio problema lo hanno risolto immediatamente. Così buona ospitalità. La piscina sul tetto era rinfrescante e pulita. La palestra era molto ben attrezzata, migliore di alcune palestre in cui sono stato.

Lovely hotel, good breakfast, reasonable value for the money paid, Close to Airport in Uttara Sector 1, awesome part of Dhaka. Uber anywhere you like easily. And the staff are really good. Room was so clean and everything worked! I'm a Dhaka regular will rebook again Thanks

Very clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay. Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down. Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough.

Il posto è stato molto sicuro, l'ambiente domestico, il cibo è stato stupendo. In generale l'ospitalità è stata fantastica. Soprattutto Shaurov e Saiful sono stati così buoni e guardano molto professionisti. Molto raccomandato.
