Hotel a 4 stelle in Regione Centrale, Uganda

Ottimo hotel, centro di posizione, bellissimo ambiente, balcone, buon colazione.C'è un buon ristorante vicino, Cina e Ovest.La prossima volta che vai a Kampala, vivrà di nuovo l'hotel.

La cosa anteriore dell'hotel era molto buona e molto utile, assicurandoci che ci si trovava confortevolmente. L'ambiente era molto bello e il tempo era grande. Abbiamo avuto un bel sole dalla finestra. Hanno comunicato in tempo e ci hanno dato molto da preparare prima di andare a controllare.

Went down to the counter to extend my stay for one more day, was told that it is ok as long as I pay before 1300. when I went to pay at 1300, I was told that the hotel is full and I have to check out.When I check back at Trip.com I saw that there are other rooms avaliable but I was not even given that option. It would have been ok if I was told that it was full and I cannot extend. I am now stuck at the lobby and will have to look for another hotel.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful location in Entebbe. The setting is beautiful, with lovely views and a relaxing atmosphere — a perfect place to unwind. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Service was outstanding; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The facilities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. A great choice whether stopping over near the airport or staying longer. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

L'hotel è stato prenotato per il luogo di conferenza che stavo assistendo. Alcuni articoli, ad esempio, ferro, pannelli di ferro e pannolini, sono stati disponibili su richiesta. L'hotel ha anche fornito il trasferimento aeroportuale e taxi per andare intorno alla città di Kampala a un prezzo ragionevole. Airport taxi usd90 to&fro. The hotel is well located in Kampala Uganda, easily accessible and close to Acacia mall making it easier for meetings and convenient for accessing different amenities and services outside the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is delicious especially their samosas 😋. The night views by the pool side is also amazing. Sunset views are amazing and at no cost!!!

I asked, if it's possible, that we leaving at 12. They said, it's OK. 11.55am the phone rings and what can I say... . But the rule it, that I've to leave at 12! Very bad! It's the five'th time I'm at that hotel Today a smaller room isn't possible. If I get that room first, I never come back!!! Very bad!!! I've to call every time the reception, because the doorlocker doesn't work!

Servizio intelligente ed efficiente. Bella colazione. Problemi di utilità abituali per l'Uganda, cioè, l'ascensore è rotto, la chiave della stanza non funzionava e Internet non affidabile. Forse il manager dovrebbe investire in un paese in cui questi problemi non influiscono sulle imprese.

The place was ok, I would not say it was good or very good because of the services. They never had the required basic things in the room to refill. The water is never available on time. The bathing soap was not refilled even after ewquesting them for 3 days. The location is good, rooms are clean but the only lacking was service and basic amenities.

The staff were very helpful with anything i needed I borrowed a knife and iron at some points,they offered free transfers to and from the airport. The breakfast was a decent portion with a selection of items you can get. The room was clean and organised, all things working and good size.
