I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The gentlemen working valet were outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They managed my needs seamlessly while also handling several demanding guests with grace and efficiency. Their level of customer service was truly impressive, and each of them has a bright future in hospitality. The room was meticulously clean and exceptionally well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. One unexpected highlight was the water. As someone who frequently visits Nashville, I've often had issues with the local water. Whatever treatment is used typically irritates my skin and can even make me feel unwell, to the point that I usually use bottled water just to brush my teeth. To my surprise, the water at this hotel was wonderful. I experienced none of the usual issues and was able to use it without any discomfort. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville, TN.

A wonderful hotel, very well appointed and thoughtfully designed rooms, lovely public areas with understated elegance. Warm and gracious though not overbearing service. Excellent food, from breakfast to room service. A lovely spa and quite capable, considerate masseuse. Lovely views over the river and walking distance from attractions downtown, and an easy 15 minute ride from Vanderbilt, or about 20 minutes to the airport. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I loved that they had car service for travel within 3 miles. The bartender in the lobby was great! He made great recommendations for dinner locations. Definitely will return.

Grande hotel, vista al cottage direttamente a Memphis, camere super pulite e grandi, abbiamo avuto una camera con balcone e vista nel negozio. Un uomo si trova sul balcone in sedia a rotelle e guarda le persone al negozio. Super bel personale, avrebbe voluto passare una notte in piu', ma Memphis non ha molto da fare, solo Elvis, Beale Street e Peabody Hotel con le anatre.

Signore e signori, se state cercando un hotel ideale a Nashville, siete all'indirizzo. Ho avuto un sacco di tempo, ma qui c'è un vero livello! Da camere confortevoli a colazione magnifica. Il servizio di lavanderia è costoso, ma tutto è perfettamente pulito e pulito. Il Museo Johnny Cash, il Museo Cantri, l'Arena Hockey Pretors e la strada principale della città sono disponibili in una sala fitness per i simulatori di potenza, ma i cardi sono diversi. In generale, se a Nashville è solo in questo hotel!
