Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte, ma ci siamo davvero goditi l'esperienza. Grazie al sistema di riscaldamento centralizzato, la nostra stanza era estremamente calda e raggiunto 29 gradi Celsius anche con la finestra aperta. E in 10 minuti qualcuno è arrivato con un grande fan. Ci ha aiutato a rimettere in piedi e a regolare la temperatura, e rapidamente è diventato abbastanza comodo per tornare a dormire. Grazie per l'aiuto veloce!

The hotel is conveniently located to our relatives. It’s extremely clean and well equipped with the technology! I enjoy to open the curtains with a finger point touch. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno. L'hotel è convenientemente situato proprio vicino alla spiaggia e alle aree commerciali. Ci sono molti ristoranti e diversi negozi di comodità a piedi. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite.Abbiamo provato due dei ristoranti all'interno dell'hotel uno che offre una grande quantità di cibo cinese e l'altro buffet di cibo marino, entrambi eccellenti. Se rientraremo a Qinghuangdao in futuro, saremo certamente di nuovo a scegliere Shangri-La.

La mia camera iniziale sembrava non essere incorretta, e immediatamente mi hanno aggiornato. Poi ho perso i miei AirPods (per la seconda volta che sono rimasto in questo hotel) entrambi una bella signora chiamata Cathy mi ha assicurato di ritrovarli, anche contattando la compagnia ferroviaria e di uscire dal treno. Il miglior posto per rimanere quando visitare Tangshan e il prezzo è grande

Ottimo soggiorno di una notte a Chengde. Ottimo servizio, parcheggio gratuito, personale cordiale e disponibile. Camera molto pulita, luminosa e con una magnifica vista sul fiume. Bagno con vasca/doccia, toilette e zona trucco. Colazione con un'ampia scelta di piatti cinesi. Solo alcune cose relative alla colazione internazionale. L'hotel non è situato direttamente vicino a molti negozi e ristoranti. Abbiamo preso un taxi per raggiungere i ristoranti e i luoghi panoramici consigliati.

Nel luglio di quest'anno è stato aggiunto un servizio di trasferimento gratuito durante il soggiorno. Durante il soggiorno, il direttore Liu ha aspettato alla stazione per più di 20 minuti ed è andato a prenderlo personalmente. Questa è la sesta volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. Il servizio è buono come sempre. È vicino al Lanting Garden e puoi anche mangiare carne di manzo, gamberetti, uova, tigre fritta e tofu vecchio. Anche i ristoranti circostanti sono molto ricchi, lo shopping è conveniente e la chiamata dei taxi è conveniente. Durante il soggiorno sono state fornite anche bevande gratuite.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.
We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you.
Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise.
As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay.
Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service.
The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that.
We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe.
Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

UUtente ospiteCome sempre, la stanza è pulita e pulita e confortevole. Il parco e il prato speciali di Aka sono i miei preferiti. Ho preso il Festival del cartone. Sono in piedi sul balcone per vedere grandi venti che galleggiano sul lato della spiaggia, riflettendo la luce d'onda del mare. Il senso di comodità delle vacanze fluisce leggermente con il vento del mare. Molti hotel vacanze hanno aggiunto temporaneamente il ristorante per il colazione e lode!Se dovete fare un suggerimento, è meglio avere un cassaforte blu!

RRichterA true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

Era comodo salire al piano superiore. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, pulita e ordinata, dotata di tutti i comfort e molto calda. La ragazza alla reception è carina e il servizio è molto buono. Vengono preparati limonata e longan, datteri rossi e tè alle bacche di goji. I dipendenti sono tutti molto entusiasti. Mi piace molto la colazione. Ne esistono di molti tipi. Mi piace bere una ciotola di zuppa di montone da sola, con qualche peperone. Ci sono stili occidentali e cinesi, tradizionali ed emergenti, nonché piatti speciali.

MMIKE74Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.
