AAihekafeidemamaLa posizione di Shadian è nel centro di Pattaya, il che è molto comodo. L'hotel è pulito e ordinato, con camere in stile appartamento con cucina a vista, lavatrice e forno a microonde. Al 23° e 24° piano sono presenti piscine a sfioro. E i divertimenti della piscina per bambini🛝, i miei figli si sono divertiti così tanto che non volevano più andarsene, e anche la colazione era molto ricca. I residence sotto Ascor sono davvero ottimi. Soggiornerò nuovamente in questo hotel la prossima volta🫶🏻

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The water park was a highlight — not just for kids, but for adults too! I had so much fun and really enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Gli unici aspetti che mi hanno dato fastidio sono stati la scarsa pressione dell'acqua nella doccia e la TV, che sembrava vecchia e aveva una qualità dell'immagine scadente rispetto a una TV analogica.
La posizione è ottima, con un mercato alimentare proprio accanto, un centro massaggi molto economico a pochi passi e la spiaggia e il centro di Pattaya nelle vicinanze.
Gli spazzolini da denti non sono forniti, quindi vi preghiamo di portarne uno vostro o di acquistarne uno.
Ho prolungato il mio soggiorno, ma il prezzo indicato alla reception era alto, quindi ho prenotato tramite l'app.
Tornerò sicuramente qui quando tornerò a Pattaya.

Over the past weekend, I had the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing getaway in Pattaya with a group of friends. We chose to stay at Mandarin Eastville Pattaya. Initially, I was quite hesitant to make the booking, as I had never stayed at this hotel before. Additionally, the room rates were relatively affordable, which made me wonder about the quality. However, I ultimately decided to give it a try — and I’m very glad I did.
Upon arrival, I found that guests who book a Classic room are required to check in at the white building located at the back of the property. The lobby was pleasantly surprising — it was elegant, and the subtle fragrance throughout created a relaxing atmosphere. During check-in, the staff provided clear and detailed information. I would especially like to commend Ms. Lee, who was both friendly and informative. Her warm and engaging manner helped ease the heat and made the check-in experience even more pleasant.
To my surprise, when I entered the room, I discovered that it was not the one I had originally booked — in a good way! It turned out that the hotel had generously upgraded all three of our rooms, which was truly impressive and appreciated.
The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and well air-conditioned. The bed and bedding were of high quality, comparable to those of 4- to 5-star hotels. In my opinion, this level of comfort at such a price point is exceptional. I also found the bathroom to be particularly spacious and well-designed. The swimming pool was another highlight, with separate sections for adults and children, making it ideal for both friends and families with young kids.
We had breakfast at the restaurant near the lobby. While the dining area felt a bit crowded due to the number of guests (possibly because it was a weekend), it wasn’t a major issue. The hotel ensured that the food was constantly replenished — nothing was left empty for long, which demonstrated great attention to detail.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Mandarin Eastville Pattaya. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and value for money makes this property highly recommendable. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I would not hesitate to return on my next visit to Pattaya.

UUtente ospiteI experienced the wonderful and amazing journey at Royal Cliff Beach Terrace. I was touched deeply by their genuine hospitality, delicious food, clean room, and beautiful view.
Specially, the senior deputy resident manager, CB, gave me a big surprise for my birthday since I didn't tell them when check-in! We went outside in the early morning and came back very late; however CB didn't give up to contact us for birthday greetings. Until dinner, CB found us in one of Royal Cliff restaurants and led the team to come to our table with brithday music, wishes, birthday cake, flowers, and handwritten card. Unforgettable! Even if at this moment, my moving and feeling are still boiling. Thank you so much, CB and Royal Cliff!
In addition, dining by the sea impressed us as well. It is really worthy absolutely to enjoy the private beach, dedicated service, beautiful sunset, only one table, and delicious/sufficient seafood. The service is very good as well. Manger and deputy manager (NP) welcome us in front of the lobby and recorded us by video and photo for memory.
Thank you Royal Cliff! I will go back again!

CChanEdmondNel complesso l'hotel è buono, ma ci sono molti margini di miglioramento.
La colazione è il punto forte dell'hotel, con un'ampia scelta. Tuttavia, c'è un difetto nel design della camera. Il bagno con doccia è decisamente troppo grande e spreca uno spazio che avrebbe potuto ospitare un bel divano con un tavolino decente per la comodità degli ospiti. D'altra parte, Akara non fornisce pantofole monouso agli ospiti, il che non è igienico! Come può essere definito un hotel a cinque stelle?! Ma il fatto è che le hanno e non possono dartele finché non si chiama la reception!! È davvero pessimo. Perché non le installate prima?
Inoltre, oggigiorno molti nuovi hotel puntano sull'alta tecnologia, con tutti i comandi della camera concentrati in un unico touch screen, il che è ironicamente scomodo! La presenza di pulsanti fisici appropriati per controllare qualsiasi cosa all'interno della camera è ancora fondamentale.
