PPeter LlA not bad location away from either hustle and bustle Pattaya city and bus station (Pattaya ＜＞Ekamai BTS Station for a self guided tour), walk on foot distance either way for around 20 minutes! Perhaps its roof top 7F under construction, the outdoor swimming pool is kind of lack of maintenance, still this is friendly, spacious and a reasonable price hotel for staying a couple of nights there and having some fun (nearby Pattaya Tiffany Show, massage streets and shopping center)in Pattaya.

UUtente anonimoLa posizione dell'hotel è buona e il servizio del marchio è ancora in vigore. Non è presente un garage sotterraneo, ma solo un parcheggio in superficie. La vista dal balcone della camera vista mare è molto bella. La piscina sul tetto è piuttosto unica ed è divisa in due piani. Il primo piano è una piscina angolare senza cornice. Il parco giochi della nave pirata al primo piano ha un design unico.

UUtente ospiteOur second stay in Centara Mirage and it is still a great choice for families, especially considering the water park possibilities. The first room was a little bit smelly (I'm not sure it was fresh paint), but we were lucky and got an other room which satisfied us. One minus, but still 5* star rating for us: the AC is in the lowest mode is still to loud to fall into sleep - the Fan was also to loud. So, during the night it was very warm and we sweat a lot (I felt back into my youth, when spending sommer vacation with my parents in some hotel in the 90's without AC...and yes, we all survived).

UUncle Nick NickUn hotel più grande e datato a Pattaya. Ha una piscina e tanto da dire sulla palestra. Ottima posizione, proprio di fronte a un grande centro commerciale e a diversi centri massaggi. La colazione è praticamente imperdibile, anche se è economica. Attraversando il centro commerciale si arriva alla strada costiera. Un supermercato di buone dimensioni nel seminterrato. Attenzione agli orari di vendita degli alcolici, non 24 ore su 24. Prendete l'autobus Baht per spostarvi, o per raggiungere la vicina spiaggia di Jomtien. Potete stare sul retro se ne avete il coraggio. Al mattino non c'è molta attività. La gente esce quando non fa troppo caldo di notte.

Anche se non perfetto.. le strutture e le camere, villa e servizio clienti circostanti.. tutto il personale, semplicemente sorprendente 👏 abbiamo davvero apprezzato di avere tale cura e attenzione a ogni passo del nostro soggiorno. La villa per 2 camere da letto è anche fantastica e è stato molto gentile con il gestore della reception per permetterci di vedere la villa per 3 camere da letto per il nostro prossimo soggiorno.
Una cosa piccola... il cibo nei ristoranti a metà tavola poteva fare con un po'di più opzioni e anche il colazione. Tutto era un po' troppo spezia o asiatico.
In ogni caso, saremo tornati!

Over the past weekend, I had the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing getaway in Pattaya with a group of friends. We chose to stay at Mandarin Eastville Pattaya. Initially, I was quite hesitant to make the booking, as I had never stayed at this hotel before. Additionally, the room rates were relatively affordable, which made me wonder about the quality. However, I ultimately decided to give it a try — and I’m very glad I did.
Upon arrival, I found that guests who book a Classic room are required to check in at the white building located at the back of the property. The lobby was pleasantly surprising — it was elegant, and the subtle fragrance throughout created a relaxing atmosphere. During check-in, the staff provided clear and detailed information. I would especially like to commend Ms. Lee, who was both friendly and informative. Her warm and engaging manner helped ease the heat and made the check-in experience even more pleasant.
To my surprise, when I entered the room, I discovered that it was not the one I had originally booked — in a good way! It turned out that the hotel had generously upgraded all three of our rooms, which was truly impressive and appreciated.
The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and well air-conditioned. The bed and bedding were of high quality, comparable to those of 4- to 5-star hotels. In my opinion, this level of comfort at such a price point is exceptional. I also found the bathroom to be particularly spacious and well-designed. The swimming pool was another highlight, with separate sections for adults and children, making it ideal for both friends and families with young kids.
We had breakfast at the restaurant near the lobby. While the dining area felt a bit crowded due to the number of guests (possibly because it was a weekend), it wasn’t a major issue. The hotel ensured that the food was constantly replenished — nothing was left empty for long, which demonstrated great attention to detail.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Mandarin Eastville Pattaya. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and value for money makes this property highly recommendable. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I would not hesitate to return on my next visit to Pattaya.

UUtente ospiteI experienced the wonderful and amazing journey at Royal Cliff Beach Terrace. I was touched deeply by their genuine hospitality, delicious food, clean room, and beautiful view.
Specially, the senior deputy resident manager, CB, gave me a big surprise for my birthday since I didn't tell them when check-in! We went outside in the early morning and came back very late; however CB didn't give up to contact us for birthday greetings. Until dinner, CB found us in one of Royal Cliff restaurants and led the team to come to our table with brithday music, wishes, birthday cake, flowers, and handwritten card. Unforgettable! Even if at this moment, my moving and feeling are still boiling. Thank you so much, CB and Royal Cliff!
In addition, dining by the sea impressed us as well. It is really worthy absolutely to enjoy the private beach, dedicated service, beautiful sunset, only one table, and delicious/sufficient seafood. The service is very good as well. Manger and deputy manager (NP) welcome us in front of the lobby and recorded us by video and photo for memory.
Thank you Royal Cliff! I will go back again!

CChanEdmondNel complesso l'hotel è buono, ma ci sono molti margini di miglioramento.
La colazione è il punto forte dell'hotel, con un'ampia scelta. Tuttavia, c'è un difetto nel design della camera. Il bagno con doccia è decisamente troppo grande e spreca uno spazio che avrebbe potuto ospitare un bel divano con un tavolino decente per la comodità degli ospiti. D'altra parte, Akara non fornisce pantofole monouso agli ospiti, il che non è igienico! Come può essere definito un hotel a cinque stelle?! Ma il fatto è che le hanno e non possono dartele finché non si chiama la reception!! È davvero pessimo. Perché non le installate prima?
Inoltre, oggigiorno molti nuovi hotel puntano sull'alta tecnologia, con tutti i comandi della camera concentrati in un unico touch screen, il che è ironicamente scomodo! La presenza di pulsanti fisici appropriati per controllare qualsiasi cosa all'interno della camera è ancora fondamentale.

SsarahsmithsonCape Dara Resort was a lovely experience! We spent two nights at the hotel where we had a lovely view of the beach. The staff were excellent and the pools were nice, clean, and relaxing. The amenities were good as well. If you’re looking for a beach to lounge on or swim in, this beachfront property is made of rocks, so take that into consideration! This did not bother us though, as we had the most wonderful time by the pool and enjoying the cafe. I would highly recommend it!
