Hotel a 5 stelle in Provincia di Lima, Perù

From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again.

Nel vecchio edificio dell'antica città di Lima, lo scenario circostante è molto bello, e accanto c'è un piccolo parco e una galleria d'arte. Dall'altra parte c'è un quartiere dello shopping e anche mangiare è molto conveniente. Anche se ci sono alcuni reperti all'interno. Il servizio è accettabile, ma la maggior parte dei dipendenti dell'hotel parla solo spagnolo. Se hai bisogno di aiuto, devi chiedere aiuto ai pochi dipendenti che parlano inglese.

Totally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls. Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage. And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅

This hotel was very comfortable and felt 5 star with lovely staff. I will re visit here. Ps A bonus was a beauty pageant was being held here or all the candidates were staying at the hotel!

Il rumore è scarso e la camera adiacente può essere sentita.La cosa più importante è che quando ho preparato la prenotazione di altri hotel di Hilton per due giorni, ho scoperto che l'hotel non mi ha dato un punteggio.Gli ho mostrato il conto del membro d'oro e ho fornito un messaggio di conto.

Hotel decente. Camere da letto sono decorate in modo vecchio ma pulito. Servizio è grande. Un po 'più economico con servizio in camera di quanto mi aspettavo, ma il cibo era grande e veloce. Qualcosa di cui avevo bisogno dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio. La palestra era a posto, aveva abbastanza macchine e non era troppo occupata.

This hotel is not a new hotel but it has undergone a complete facelift so it feels like a completely new hotel. The decor is very nice. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are big and are completely renovated too.
