UUtente ospiteWe knew the service would be good as soon as we booked, and within hours we received a welcome email, listing the ways we could contact them if we needed to.
On the pick up at the airport, they were speedy and efficient and the taxi ride only took us 20 minutes with traffic.
As we walked through the door we were blown away by the interior decoration, only then to find that hotel had been a former palace!
Historic artifacts and pictures were strewn through the hallways and the outside only matched the royal feel with perfection.
We stayed in the royal suite, with a big bed and balcony. The staff were great, the breakfast was standard for off peak times and although the location isn't in the depth of Thamel, the area most will go out for eating and drinking, it was within 30 minutes drive of most landmarks and as it was the ambassedy/ office worker area, there was a nice vibe.
There were some things that can't be controlled. The hotel did a good job of providing heat as the weather in February is still chilly.
The pollution was real. Especially as you walk nearer the streets, something to think about if you are sensitive to this. Apart from that, It was all really wonderful. Niraj Yadav the receptionist and the team, we thank you dearly.

Per questo viaggio in Nepal, ho avuto un pilota programmato prima del tempo per rendere più facile la guida lì nel buio. Paga in più se rimangono o scendono. Non c'è bisogno di lasciare la proprietà, ma bellissimi locali in entrambe le direzioni stradali. Sembra che molte persone prendano le loro moto. Ci sono anche studenti universitari e gruppi di autobus. Alcuni ostelli vacanti e meno costosi, ma questa posizione ha tutto quello che serve. Penso che sia una buona notte o due per rimanere. Sono arrivato a cena e sono rimasto due notti.Tutti i dipendenti sono meravigliosi. Binod ha detto che l'hotel può aiutare a organizzare il conducente, ma anche l'autobus arriva. Il risalto del sole dipende dalla nebbia. Bene, entrambi.

DDambarThe hotel was clean and the staffs were really polite and helpful. Food was excellent, definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking this place.
Only downside was some of the facilities were under construction, hence we couldn’t use it.

LLuce96I had an exceptional stay at Dusit Princess Hotel in Kathmandu! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home right away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern architecture with a touch of traditional Nepalese charm. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with fresh fruit and a kind hand written card.
The dining experience was outstanding, with a range of delicious options at the thai restaurant and the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, offering a great selection to start the day.
I also had the chance to unwind at the hotel’s spa and fitness center, both of which were top-notch. Really enjoyed the use the sauna and steam room. The location is ideal as well, with easy access to major attractions and shopping areas in Kathmandu.
Overall, Dusit Princess exceeded all my expectations. The service, facilities, and atmosphere were all impeccable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kathmandu!

La cena era fantastica, sia colazione che cena. Non c'è bisogno di cercare ristoranti fuori dall'hotel! E non troppo lontano dall'aeroporto.

JJana.bI recently stayed at Basera Boutique Hotel, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! This charming new hotel really captures the essence of Nepal with its lovely vibe. It’s super clean and conveniently located near all the main attractions.
One of the highlights for me was the pool—it was pristine and perfect for a refreshing dip. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast! There were so many delicious options to choose from, plus their coffee and beer on tap were a nice touch.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us book taxis and even arranged airport pickups and drop-offs for our flights from Kathmandu. They also offered great recommendations for tours and places to explore.
Our room had an amazing view of the mountains, which was just the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to return to Basera Boutique Hotel on my next trip!

UUtente ospiteIl ristorante Skyline è il migliore al sole in questo hotel. Sono dotati di un piano di vetro trasparente per guardare tutto sotto i piedi. Molti locali si vestino e vengono qui per godere la vista di un milione di dollari. Puoi anche godere di un buffet nel medesimo ristorante se ti fermi qui.
Usai la piscina e la sauna a 9 piani. Il personale è molto attento e amichevole. Mi sento come una regina!
La stanza è molto pulita e puzza di bellezza! Sono sorpreso dal sistema A.C. Credetemi che è molto raro trovare a Kathmandu!
Tutto è molto buono dall'inizio del check-in e fino alla fine. Hanno un trasporto libero di decollo all'aeroporto. Quindi consiglio vivamente di prenotare le ultime notti in Nepal e godere di una serata rilassante qui!

SShaleniWe really enjoyed our stay here. The service is top-notch. Rooms are very clean and they provide all the necessary amenities. We loved the view from our room and on a clear day, you can see the Himalayas. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff are so attentive and quick. Dinner at the restaurant was on the pricier side. We ordered a cheese pizza that tasted very bland and had to send it back. The chef added more cheese on top and reheated the pizza which made it worse. However, the waiter was very nice enough to send the pizza back again and removed it from our bill. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

EErwinBLa posizione è magnifica, proprio nel centro di Kathmandu, a piedi da Tamel. Altre interessanti segnali sono facilmente raggiungibili con i taxi ausiliari (sempre presenti al di fuori delle porte).
Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile, sincero impegno in conversazione e utile per fornire informazioni turistiche.
Le camere sono costose e decorate caldamente. L'hotel dispone di un bel giardino adatto per una passeggiata rilassante. La piscina è bello e molto pulito!
Raccomando molto questo hotel sopra altri hotel a Kathmandu. Grazie, signor Prakesh, per il servizio eccellente del ristorante.
