We had such a lovely stay at Samosir villa resort that we extended with 2 more days. The place has a amazing location. Great staff and a very good restaurant. I would definatly recommend staying Here.

We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

I recently stayed at the Samosir Cottage on Samosir Island from November 29 to December 1, 2024. The room was spacious, a significant plus. However, the toilet area required attention, with ants present, as mentioned in previous reviews. While this was acceptable for me, it's an area for improvement. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service from the receptionist. They clearly explained options and kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. Their helpfulness and professionalism made a significant difference in our stay. We booked two deluxe rooms, but the first room had a smoke smell, prompting us to request a change or upgrade. Overall, while there's room for improvement in bathroom maintenance and mattress covers, the Samosir Cottage's spacious rooms and excellent service make it a solid choice for those visiting Samosir Island. L'hotel è comodo. Personale pulito, amichevole, e cibo enk2. È una buona cosa da nuotare perché la piscina è ancora riparata.

Good: - Firm and big mattress - Friendly staff - No sound of a mosque to keep you awake at night - Very nice shower Could be better: - Sound insulation in general; I would have liked it if during the night the hotel would turn off the music that is played in the hallway all day. I'm a very light sleeper so I require my earbuds every night. It's easy to hear the sounds coming from the neighboring rooms as well.

Hotel is well located with a fantastic view of the lake. Service is excellent. Special mention to Ms Elsa P. She is very attentive and went out of her way to ensure we can get to the resort safely and that our needs are well taken care of. 5 stars to Elsa.

Positivi: Sono rimasto per tre notti e sono tornato all'hotel a diverse ore, a piedi e in un veicolo. Bravo alla sicurezza che sono sempre in guardia e ci sono un paio di loro. L'hotel offre prezzi molto attraenti. Il personale di servizio è eccellente in poche occasioni che ho fatto domande. La custodia è eccellente, anche i miei vestiti sono quasi piegati e bloccati.Ricordate di puntarli. Lo spazio è grande. Il supporto per i bagagli è molto utile. Cons Forse è ora di rinnovare i bagni.

The service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

Amo questo hotel così tanto e il buffet non è male. Torneremo di nuovo. Vorrei che forniscano i pacchetti turistici intorno. Tutti i membri del personale così amichevole. Mantenetelo al buon lavoro. Tutto il meglio per l'hotel Niagara. Anche noi ame la nostra stanza.

Basic room but clean ( not comfy though). Strategic location within walking distance to Plaza Medan Fair and Damri bus station to/fro Kuala Namu Airport. Kakiku massage just steps away. Breakfast is simple but adequate.
