Hotel a 3 stelle in Sumatra Settentrionale, Indonesia

Very nice hotel. Rooftop pool with superb view of the Medan City. In a nice area with plenty of popular restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast have a good variety of local dishes to try. Just the waiting time for checkin and checkout is a little bit long. But undoubtedly will stay here again.

In die Jahre gekommenes, grundsätzlich schönes Hotel. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es. Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios. Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen. Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

Il servizio del personale era molto decente, ma la stanza era molto mancante. Il letto era immerso in .... c'era un odore nel corridoio. Il condizionamento dell'aria ha fatto un sacco di rumore. Le camere non fumatori sono disponibili, ma molti ospiti non hanno le regole e se siete sfortunati come me, sono stato assegnato una stanza accanto a un fumatore molto pesante, il fumo dalla sua stanza entrava nella mia attraverso le lacune della porta di partizione.

Posizione perfetta, vicino a numerosi negozi e ristoranti. Se viaggiate, da questo hotel potrete raggiungere facilmente la stazione ferroviaria.

Recentemente sono rimasto a Belinn Medan, con una piacevole esperienza generale, l'hotel si trova a buon punto nel cuore di Medan, rendendo facile accedere alle aree commerciali, ai ristoranti e alle attrazioni locali. La camera era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta, con tutte le attrezzature di base fornite, il letto era a posto, e la custodia di casa faceva un buon lavoro per assicurare che tutto fosse pronto per tutta la mia permanenza. Il personale era amichevole, gentile e sempre disposto ad assistere con qualsiasi richiesta, il che rendeva l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. La colazione è stata molto buona, offrendo una varietà di piatti locali e internazionali, e la zona di pranzo è stata pulita e ben organizzata. Uno dei punti per migliorare sarebbe la connessione Wi-Fi, che potrebbe essere un po' instabile a volte, e la dimensione della camera potrebbe sentirsi leggermente compatta per soggiorni più lunghi, ma è ancora sufficiente per viaggi brevi. In generale, Swiss-Belinn Medan offre un buon valore per i soldi, soprattutto per gli affari o per i soggiorni di tempo libero breve.

In addition, the facilities and in-room amenities appear somewhat dated and would benefit from renovation and modernization. The breakfast selection is also rather limited and lacks variety, especially for guests staying multiple days. In conclusion, the hotel provides acceptable comfort and service for business trips, but it may not be the most suitable option for travelers seeking a relaxing holiday or leisure-focused stay. It serves its purpose well for short work-related visits, but there is room for improvement in terms of facilities, location, and dining options.

The hotel is old, things are run down there’s free Wi-Fi, but I never see it working breakfast. Caters only locals almost nothing available for Westerners overall it’s not a bad stay, but for my next trip, this would not be my first choice. If I have to I will stay again. Also, there are cheaper options about the same quality. The hotel stuff is nice though helpful

We arrived after 3:30 PM but only managed to check in around 5:00 PM, which was quite disappointing after a long journey. Upon entering the room, the staff were still sweeping and mopping the floor, indicating that the room was not properly prepared prior to our arrival. This gave a poor first impression and did not meet our expectations for a smooth check-in experience. The view of Lake Toba is beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, the private beach was very dirty and poorly maintained, which was quite disappointing. With such a great natural setting, better upkeep of the beach would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Although the breakfast spread initially appeared to offer a wide variety, the actual options were quite limited. During peak holiday periods, the food was not sufficiently replenished, making it difficult to accommodate the large number of guests. This resulted in a less satisfying dining experience than expected.

Location is good, surrounding with local restaurants and mini mart for basic necessity. Swimming pools located at the back, facing the lake. Depends on the room located, mostly needs to go down or up, therefore it's not suitable for people has limitation to climb the stairs. Rooms is also basic, Breakfast is basic local food.

Pariban hotel was a very nice place to stay near Berastagi. The surrounding area is beautiful at the base of Mt Sibayak. There are numerous hot springs nearby but Pariban also has a private hot spring pool for guests which is great. The amenities were okay, however we had to ask for a bathmat and toilet paper. Also the toilet cistern was leaking. Overall, we would definitely stay here again however just be aware it is quite a way from the town of Berastagi and not ideal if you are wanting to do a sunrise hike of Mt Sibayak. It's important to know that since it is quite far from Berastagi itself, if you book a private driver you may be charged extra to get here.
