AAristineMy elderly mum and me had a wonderful stay at Maison Glad, the hotel is a big property, there are two wings whereby my aunt and cousin stayed at another wing. We got a corner room and it was very spacious with two double beds. The toilet was equipped with standing shower and bath tub. It was a relief for us as we preferred standing shower as our legs were not that good to climb into the bath tub. The hotel breakfast is international style and there are different fruit drinks to choose. The hotel lobby has a cafe selling bakery and coffee, we spent our leisure there in afternoon too. Hotel staff are all very friendly and polite. The hotel location is very convenient diagonally across Shila duty free shop and many restaurants.

Our room offered breathtaking ocean views, and the sleek, modern design was both stylish and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing while soaking in panoramic vistas.
Dining was a delight, with diverse options and exquisite flavors. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to stunning beaches and attractions. Special shoutout to the staff, who were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, Jeju Parnas Hotel is the ultimate destination. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! 🌟

UUtente anonimoIl lobby dell'hotel era spazioso e c'è un ****** ma non siamo entrati. Molto grande letto e spazioso. Un piccolo CU situato all'hotel. Un altro GS25 magazzino di comodità vicino all'hotel. Al contrario c'è un grande emart e un altro grande supermercato. Camminare facilmente per Black Pork Street e Dongmun Traditional Market in tempo freddo. Molto vicino all'aeroporto.

UUtente ospiteMio marito e io abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti con la nostra figlia 1.5yo e abbiamo avuto un tempo sorprendente! Ci siamo stati nell'ala del bambino sul secondo piano. Mia figlia ha ricevuto il suo letto e molti regali di benvenuto. La stanza era così pulita e aveva tutte le attrezzature che avevamo bisogno. Hanno dei tocchi meravigliosi e pensativi come i bagni, i vestiti e i pantaloni, e una sedia per accedere al bagno/toiletto. La custodia della casa era molto responsiva e veloce. Ordiniamo il servizio in camera e era pronta e deliziosa.
La piscina al tetto era chiusa per la costruzione, ma la piscina del giardino era bella. La nostra camera includeva il buffet per colazione. La maggior parte delle cucine occidentali e coreane/chinesi, e la varietà non cambiava molto di giorno in giorno, ma il cibo era molto delizioso! Hanno anche un negozio di comodità in loco con un posto per la cena.
La mia unica raccomandazione è di avere un'auto mentre resta qui. Il traiettoria sulla grande collina all'hotel richiede circa 10 minuti e mentre non è terribile, è difficile dopo un lungo giorno. Non ci sono fermate di autobus sulla collina, quindi dovresti camminare per arrivare a uno. Una volta fuori dal campo ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti vicino.
In generale, abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. L'hotel è molto amico dei bambini e il personale e gli ospiti sono molto consapevoli delle sfide di viaggiare con bambini piccoli. Il personale era molto gentile e utile e una parte enorme del motivo per cui ci siamo divertiti così tanto. Se fossimo tornati a Jeju, mi piacerebbe rimanere ancora qui!

44222714L'hotel era tutto a posto. Moderno, pulito, buon servizio, ma mancava qualsiasi tipo di fascino o personalità.
La camera era spaziosa, il minibar era un bel toccamento. Se dimenticate di portare la vostra, dovete comprare una spazzola da denti.
La piscina era, ottimo, ma le guardie di vita super zelose e le loro ridicole politiche di obbligatorietà dei giacche di vita per bambini di meno di 140 cm, indipendentemente dal fatto che possano nuotare o meno, erano ridicole.
In generale, bene, ma se si cerca l'accesso al parco acquatico, resta al Shinhwa (che viene con accesso gratuito al parco acquatico).

YYanjourneyIn general, the hotel should be the best in town, but it doesn’t meet the standards of a five-star hotel.
Pros: It offers all the entertainment you need, including a large gym, a 24-hour kids' zone, and a ******. Both swimming pools are great, though it seems like a missed opportunity not to make the outdoor pool an infinity pool. There’s also a jjimjil spa and a small shopping area inside the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, though it is not located in a shopping district. However, the air conditioning was set at a temperature that was not cool enough for summer, especially given the heat alert from the government.
Cons: The service, the service, and the service. The staff definitely needs retraining. You can sense that many of them are tired of their work, evident in their attitude and lack of smiles. I understand that work can be exhausting, but in the service industry, it’s essential to show respect and professionalism. Additionally, there are holes in the linens and pillow covers, and housekeeping mixed up body wash and shampoo. Fortunately, there are still a few helpful workers, such as Jun and Selina at the front desk.
If I will visit jeju in the future, think I will pick a resort or book airbnb instead.

SSimonLa mia famiglia e io abbiamo soggiornato recentemente a Jeju Sun Hotel & ****** e abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza. L'hotel è convenientemente situato vicino all'aeroporto, solo circa un taxi 10-minute via, rendendo molto facile arrivare e uscire dall'aeroporto.
Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino, offrendo una vasta gamma di opzioni di cena.Inoltre, la principale estensione commerciale è solo circa 8-10 minuti a piedi per strada, perfetto per alcune terapie al dettaglio. C'è anche un negozio di comodità proprio al di là dell'hotel, che è incredibilmente utile per qualsiasi bisogno veloce.
Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento a due camere, ed è stato fantastico. L'appartamento aveva tutte le attrezzature necessarie, assicurando un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Anche se c'è un ****** all'hotel, non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di visitarlo.
In generale, la combinazione di posizione, attrazioni e attrazioni vicine rende Jeju Sun Hotel & ****** una grande scelta per chiunque visita Jeju.

but perhaps there were something i need to suggest to the management or governance who manage the place in reality and genuine feedback from tourist who had his first visit to JEJU island, stayed in Shinhwa resort whereas not as other resort that sititng adjacent to the coast and beaches, instead the attraction were merely basis on the facilities and assest of the hotel such as Theme park, Water world and Skypools, top 3 marketing gimmicks of Shinhwa resort...inspite of the venue is licensed with ****** business for adult who fond to it.
1: the house keeping; make up room time after 15:00 has contrary with the 11:00 check out time that has acquire guest to leave the room which was not very pleasant experience we had, walking along the corridor finding very untidy trolley and uncleaned towels lying on the floor in mess which was a very stunning views when after we walked out from the lift.
2: Lost and found procedure was either a non flexible approach, imagine i had to travel 180 minutes from AIRPORT to the hotel just to collect my lost found wallet, instead the hotel could have just call a taxi to send my wallet closeby to AIRPORT. It could had saved me 180 minutes and Korean W 35,000!

RRichardA great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it
