UUtente ospiteRispetto a tutti gli hotel lasciate che io resti in questo viaggio, Questo hotel è il migliore. Anche confrontare lo stesso livello hotel Grand Hyatt Jeju, Parnas Hotel Jeju è ancora il migliore. In particolare, il servizio, hanno una chiara introduzione sull'hotel quando si entra, anche se siete un straniero, cercano ancora di farvi capire il meglio. E ogni personale che in hotel è amichevole. Il migliore modo per restare qui è quando si desidera una vacanza rilassante. L'unico problema è che ci sarà ancora un po' di rumore nelle camere, il suono non è il migliore.

È davvero fastidioso, anche se non ci sono servizi aggiuntivi, perché devo pagare di nuovo. negli altri alberghi non è così

UUtente ospiteIl nostro secondo soggiorno e io vorrei tornare di nuovo È essenzialmente un hotel per luna di miele/bambino.Molte coppie giovani e famiglie con bambini al di sotto di 10. Molto tranquillo e tranquillo. Piscina pulita, bella, riscaldata. La colazione potrebbe essere meglio, abbiamo scelto, ma è ancora conveniente. La sauna è assolutamente meravigliosa, ho guarito davvero il mio corpo e l'anima. Per quanto riguarda il tipo di camera, l'anno scorso abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza standard di vista. Devi sapere che non c'è vista. Era una stanza di pavimento con tutte le conseguenze. Non abbiamo usato il balcone. Quest'anno abbiamo scelto la vista del giardino, ma siamo stati aggiornati in una vista del poolside. La vista sulla piscina ha fatto il soggiorno onestamente. Scegli la vista sulla piscina o almeno la vista del giardino se puoi. Cerca di stare lontano dalla vista standard. C'è anche questa suite di colline, probabilmente cercheremo di prenotare una stanza lì l'anno prossimo, ma non abbiamo potuto capire come usare il bagno. Non era chiaro se l'edificio avesse un bagno o un passaggio o un passaggio, o dovesse camminare lungo la strada verso l'edificio principale. La spiaggia è a 5 minuti di auto e a circa 30 piedi. Ci sono lezioni di surf e noleggio di surf, si può noleggiare una sedia, un ombrello, un letto solare e un tubo. TTenzinGreat experience overall, as you would expect from a decent hotel. The staff speaks English, but only enough to help you with hotel related things. I think this place is more for Koreans traveling within Korea because there was no going above and beyond. Like nothing tourist related questions/assistance. Maybe it was the language or the culture or maybe I’m just used to something else. But clean, and professional service.

YYanjourneyIn general, the hotel should be the best in town, but it doesn’t meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Pros: It offers all the entertainment you need, including a large gym, a 24-hour kids' zone, and a ******. Both swimming pools are great, though it seems like a missed opportunity not to make the outdoor pool an infinity pool. There’s also a jjimjil spa and a small shopping area inside the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, though it is not located in a shopping district. However, the air conditioning was set at a temperature that was not cool enough for summer, especially given the heat alert from the government. Cons: The service, the service, and the service. The staff definitely needs retraining. You can sense that many of them are tired of their work, evident in their attitude and lack of smiles. I understand that work can be exhausting, but in the service industry, it’s essential to show respect and professionalism. Additionally, there are holes in the linens and pillow covers, and housekeeping mixed up body wash and shampoo. Fortunately, there are still a few helpful workers, such as Jun and Selina at the front desk. If I will visit jeju in the future, think I will pick a resort or book airbnb instead.

SSimonMy family and I recently stayed at Jeju Sun Hotel & ****** and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just about a 10-minute taxi ride away, making it very easy to get to and from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, providing a great variety of dining options. Additionally, the main shopping stretch is only about an 8-10 minute walk down the road, perfect for some retail therapy. There's also a convenience store just opposite the hotel, which is incredibly handy for any quick needs. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was fantastic. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Although there is a ****** at the hotel, we didn't have the chance to visit it. Overall, the combination of location, amenities, and nearby attractions makes Jeju Sun Hotel & ****** a great choice for anyone visiting Jeju.

CChua（zhihao）Shinhwa Hotel and Resort is located conveniently to Shinhwa Water Park, the largest water park in Jeju. Relax in style while enjoying the gorgeous view at the Sky Pool. The resort features a total of 308 rooms including the 27㎡ Superior rooms, the 38㎡ Deluxe rooms, and the spacious 54㎡ Junior Suites overlooking the breath-taking Jeju horizon. Check-In/Out Check-In 3:00 PM l Check-Out 12:00 PM…. but perhaps there were something i need to suggest to the management or governance who manage the place in reality and genuine feedback from tourist who had his first visit to JEJU island, stayed in Shinhwa resort whereas not as other resort that sititng adjacent to the coast and beaches, instead the attraction were merely basis on the facilities and assest of the hotel such as Theme park, Water world and Skypools, top 3 marketing gimmicks of Shinhwa resort...inspite of the venue is licensed with ****** business for adult who fond to it. 1: the house keeping; make up room time after 15:00 has contrary with the 11:00 check out time that has acquire guest to leave the room which was not very pleasant experience we had, walking along the corridor finding very untidy trolley and uncleaned towels lying on the floor in mess which was a very stunning views when after we walked out from the lift. 2: Lost and found procedure was either a non flexible approach, imagine i had to travel 180 minutes from AIRPORT to the hotel just to collect my lost found wallet, instead the hotel could have just call a taxi to send my wallet closeby to AIRPORT. It could had saved me 180 minutes and Korean W 35,000! Any thought?

RRichardA great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it
