1. The room I got was a standard room on the ground floor without windows which, in fact, the hotel should inform about on the room's description. 2. After entering the room, the tables and most of the furniture were a bit dusty, and the air condition had problems which required three staff solving it. 3. The duvet did not have a cover, so it looked a bit worn out. 4. After using the bath, water dripping from the geyser lasted for a while. 5. After complaining about the room, the manager, Suryakant Pandey, and his staff, Gauraf, showed their responsibility and promised to upgradte my room on the next day. 6.However, the day shift didn't know about it and insisted me to stay at the same room until I claimed about the prior upgrade from the night shift manager. 7. Luckily, the changed. 8. On the following day, the maid forgot to clean my room but the hotel owner was there and ready to get everything done. 9.The best thing of the hotel was the service that the night shift manager and his team helped me and understand what the customers wanted. 10.All in all, apart from the cleanness and readiness of the room, the hotel was just OK.

Il proprietario Abhinav Singh prende cura personalmente di ogni necessità dei turisti e si muove in un altro migliaio per assicurarsi che i turisti siano confortevoli e abbiano una piacevole esperienza. La proprietà è molto immacolata, e tutti i famosi luoghi di Varanasi sono vicini. Sono una viaggiatore solo femminile. Inizialmente pensavo che questo posto fosse schizzo, ma erro così. Quando mi sono fermato in questo posto, ho notato che molti turisti europei hanno scelto questo posto e questo è quando ho capito che ho scelto il posto giusto. L'ospite dell'hotel è molto amichevole. Non pensavo che avrebbero fatto la mia richiesta di un omelette vegetale, ma hanno fatto una deliziosa omelette, fresca e calda, proprio come mi piace. Il loro tetto ha la migliore vista sul sole del Taj Mahal. Ho visto anche scimmie giocare intorno. La mia stanchezza dal volo e dal viaggio all'hotel è andata via non appena sono arrivato al tetto. Hanno anche una guida turistica Taj Mahal disponibile solo 250INR. Devi prenotare il biglietto per unirsi. E'stato un'incredibile e senza saldatura per tutta la notte.Sono così felice di aver scelto questo posto.

The location of the hotel is god if you want to live near Ganga ghats and get there by walking. The room wasn't clean, in the wardrobe was a dirty sheet, one bottle with shampoo was half-used. We left hotel early in the morning (between 5-6 a.m.) to have a sunrise boat ride. There was a sleeping staff member near the reception and we didn't want to wake him up. But when we returned we was asked to say if want to go early and had to return to the hotel before 22-30. And we were extra charged for 157 rupees during checking out, even though we had prepaid the whole amount of money via trip's app. The manager said that trip.com haven't civered the whole summ and we had to pay more.

The service at Hotel Sun Grand was excellent. The staff were very attentive and made every effort to provide prompt and friendly service. Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Hotel was located far away from main road and we have walked a lot to reach out the hotel by taking guidance of local people. Toilet was very small and we could not bath properly. Only good part was the ”rooftop cafe” which provided very healthy food based on indian and international menu.
