Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Okayama, Giappone

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

Ottimo hotel, specialmente per i viaggiatori che arrivano con treni la posizione direttamente collegata alla stazione Okayama rende tutto estremamente conveniente. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e molto comode, con un personale professionale, gentile ed efficiente. Il colazione è stato impressionante con una vasta selezione e prodotti di alta qualità. Una base perfetta per esplorare Okayama e la zona circostante.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel di cabina per due notti per visitare l'isola di Naoshima ed è stata una vera e propria esperienza. Se stai cercando un soggiorno unico e di alta qualità, lo consiglio molto. Le Highlights: • Servizio & Food: Il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente. Un enorme stand è stato il colazione, è stato eccezionalmente fresco e delizioso! • La cabina: Per un alloggio di stile ”cabina”, lo spazio si sentiva sorprendentemente spazioso. Il letto era molto comodo, e ho dormito molto bene. Rivolgendosi alla questione della sicurezza: Prima di prenotare, ero un po' esitante a causa di precedenti recensioni che menzionavano che le cabine non si chiudevano. Tuttavia, dopo essere rimasto lì, non ho trovato questo un problema in alcun modo. Non mi sentivo mai insafe e non l'ho presa dall'esperienza. Buona a sapere: L'unica cosa che devo sapere è che, poiché è una camera da letto condivisa, si può sentire un po' di rumore da altri ospiti, ma, nella mia esperienza, è stato ancora un ambiente molto piacevole e tranquillo. Francamente, non ho nulla di negativo da dire, è un luogo perfetto per i viaggiatori che vanno alle isole d'arte!

La posizione è comoda e il servizio è buono, ma non ci sono posti auto disponibili. I parcheggi nelle vicinanze sono molto costosi, il che rende antieconomico arrivare in auto.

My stay at Setouchi Keirin Hotel 10 was one of the highlights of my trip. The view of the Sea from the room was absolutely stunning—peaceful and beautiful both in the morning and at sunset. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the design felt modern and minimal. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The location is also very convenient, especially for visiting Naoshima, as it is close to Uno Port. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to and from the port, which made traveling even easier. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax and unwind. I would definitely stay here again!”

Questo è il posto migliore per vedere il ponte di Huo!La piscina all'aperto è anche bella.... Ma non c'è negozio conveniente, negozio o lavastoviglie in moneta all'interno dell'edificio.Devi guidare al negozio più vicino.Le lettere del personale sono molto buone. Ho fatto un errore durante la congelazione, ma sono grato per la sua risposta, senza espressioni infelici.

The location of the hotel is incredible! It is just beside the main station exit. The place was in pristine condition, very spacious and the staff extremely polite. The only down side is that it doesn't have a restaurant in which you could have breakfast. There are alot of great places to eat nearby but that would be a bonus.

Lovely accommodation - everything was well thought out and considered. Excellent location close to train station and Bikan Quarter. We had a wonderful time in Kurashiki. Will definitely stay here again. No washing machine / dryer - only thing that would make this accommodation even better. Thank you for having us!

La cena è molto piccola, ma il sapore è molto buono! La colazione è un po'sciocca, ma molto buona. Più importante, il riso è delizioso!Sono una donna di 50 anni, ma ho finto di nuovo. La temperatura dell'acqua calda nel serbatoio è un po'bassa, non cambia riscaldamento. Il proprietario è molto buono, voglio usare l'hotel di nuovo.

家具は古かったですが、水回り含め掃除が行き届いていて、リネンも綺麗でとても快適に過ごせました。 アメニティはカミソリ、ヘアブラシ、歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ、などの他にPOLAのスキンケアセット（化粧水、乳液、フェイシャルパック、クレンジング、洗顔料）がついていました。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープもPOLAで使用感良好でした。 また、シャワーやお風呂の蛇口の水圧がしっかりしていたのも良かったです。 難点は、お風呂のお湯と水のハンドルが別だったため幼児には調節が難しかったこと、また部屋の窓が大きく開くと注意書きがあったものの、大きく開いてしまわないような安全対策がされていなかったことです。 小さな子供を連れていたのでその点は気を遣いました。 それでも部屋から岡山の街の夜景が見渡せ、ライトアップされた岡山城が見れ、総じて良い滞在となりました。 帰省に便利なので、上記の安全面が改善するか子供が大きくなったらリピートしたいと思います。
