New hotel but many rooms for improvement. Pillow case is stained upon check-in. Door lock malfunction on second day and they took quite a long time to fix it, with my room left opened. There’s loud drilling on the second floor due to renovation still ongoing. My baby sneezed many times at the lobby. There’s no hair conditioner. Phone also cannot work to call other rooms, reception and housekeeping. Bathrobe is smelly. Room facing a construction site. Unfortunately both side of the hotel rooms facing construction. Site. Location is quiet though which is good for sleep. Room level is by card access only so better to get same level if you book a few rooms. Car park security guards to ensure safety. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of food. Porridge is good and noodle soup. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Montigo Nongsa Resort is a must go for a relaxing retreat in Batam to rest and recharge from the daily rush of City life. Just by simply being there, immersed in the beauty of white washed villas by the sea, you will feel like you're in Greece. Soaking in the scenic view all around you everywhere you go and vibes of a slower pace of life, all the stress slips away. In the resort, commuting is done using a buggy, or you can have a delightful walk discovering paths and scenic places not covered by the buggy. The villa is my beautiful cozy home for the retreat with its own Infinity pool giving me all time access to the magnificent sea view, sunset and cloudy skies overhead. I can lounge on the poolside bench for a sunbath watching the ferries and sea activities or admire the broad expanse of the dark cloudy skies overhead with planes flying above at night truly quietens one's spirit down in an amazing life by the sea. Adding sparks and highlights to the already perfect life here in Montigo Resort is the abundance of daily breakfast at Tadd's Restaurant. The staff here (including Sara and another gentleman staff whom I didn't ask for the name) are amazingly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience for you. If you have booked recreation activities in advance, you would be pleasantly delighted that staff from the Recreation Club would be there at Tadd's before you come for breakfast to meet you and assure they will bring you to the Recreation activity after breakfast! Wow! What a seamless experience to make you feel so welcome and well taken care of! Thanks to Chyntia, Coco, Yoga, Wahid and Bruhan from the Recreation Club. Chyntia has thoughtfully planned the sequence of the activities when I booked several activities over a few days without fixed dates and time to allow easier booking depending on tidal conditions and other guests' bookings. You can try your hands at the Airsoft Gun. Coco from Recreation Club will guide you on the shooting techniques. As a first timer with Airsoft guns, I'm certainly pleased to have hit 2 targets using 30 pellets. Next is the kayaking. Yoga from Recreation Club will brief you on using the paddle and take photos and videos for you from the shore. Just paddle out to the peaceful sea and take in the entire landscape of Montigo Resort from the kayak. I'm also amazed at the opportunity to see a tiny flat crab clutching onto a floating cardboard raising one leg at me at sea! Another exciting adventure is the ATV! Wahid from the Recreation Club will help you get familiar to the ATV in no time and guide you on a tour to the dirt track and the nearby farm in the ATV if you choose the one hour session! Along the way, he will help take photos and videos to capture your memorable ATV journey. Lastly, you can opt for a 2 hour bike tour to 2 kampungs! Guided by Bruhan from Recreation Club, you will see the captivating rustic local life scenes, the nature and beach along the way. You will also see the mangrove village where paintball activity takes place. Bruhan will also take photos and videos for you when we pause for breaks. Thankfully, Bruhan brought along a bottle of mineral water for me for regular hydration during the tour! It totally skipped my mind to consider bringing water along! To ease the muscle soreness, end the day with a blissful soak in the Infinity pool or warm bathtub with an essential oil bath bomb. Breathe in the aromatic scent and relax. So much wonderful memories and delightful experiences at Montigo Nongsa Resort leaves me looking forward to more!

L'esperienza generale è buona con personale amichevole e un ambiente piacevole. Servizio: l'hotel raggiunto a 2, è stato detto che la stanza è in pulizia. Atteso fino alle 3:30, poi è stato informato solo 1 stanza è pronta. L'altra stanza ha ancora bisogno 5-10 minutes.o Pulizia: non molto pulita, la coperta trovata di tintura e capelli. Il tappeto da bagno non può spruzzare completamente. La buona cosa è che il personale del desk front rapidamente organizzato per la riparazione e il cambiamento. Mangiare: il colazione ha una vasta gamma di scelte, il gusto è normale, ma tutti i succhi di frutta e bevande benvenute sono freschi e bello. Situazione: 10 minuti di auto da terminale di ferry, ma l'hotel non si trova a piedi da nessun centro commerciale.

Il più bello hotel che abbia mai visto è stato a più di 20 hotel nel corso della mia vita. Questo posto ti permette di rimettere in piedi il tuo stile di vita occupato.Amo le piscine multiple per i bambini per esplorare e il club dei bambini per divertire i bambini. Le camere sono splendide e pulite. Il personale è anche molto cortese, attento e duro. Tutti camminano in giro con un sorriso. Le biciclette sono accoltellate intorno alla proprietà che ti permette di prendere e andare (il luogo è piuttosto grande, quindi una bicicletta aiuta davvero molto!). L'accesso Wi-Fi è anche fantastico, ovunque andiamo, abbiamo accesso Wi-Fi (meglio del nostro esim!) Suppongo che l'unico che viene lasciato in basso sia le pillole che sembrano abituare troppo morbide e la scelta alimentare è piuttosto limitata e non il miglior gusto, anche esse sono piuttosto costose. Ma le camere, il personale e le strutture dell'hotel sono sufficienti per distrarci da questa piccola negatività negligente. Suggerimento: Accedi come membro per ottenere il 20% di tutti i cibi e le bevande!

Overall it is good The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities so far are so good the room space is wide too. Maybe due to the festive season . Breakfast was king queued but luckily it extended the hour for guests. But hope the breakfast option can have different daily. Location is a bit out from the town need, but they do provide shuttle service to the centre. The hotel also provides a big slice of cake and room decoration to surprise us for the birthday celebration 🎉

We booked 4 rainforest sea view villas from Singapore. The rooms are in the traditional Balinese villa resort style. They are spacious, beautiful, clean, and equipped with complete toiletries. There are also two pairs of Japanese slippers for showering or going to the beach, and two pairs of cloth shoes for wearing in the room. The hygiene is good, and they clean twice a day. There are three-hole British sockets on both sides of the long table in the room, and there is no need for Indonesian plugs at all, which is very convenient to use. The balcony also has a large jacuzzi.The room is very quiet, and you can hear birds singing in the early morning. All the staff can speak English, and they are all very kind and polite, and their service attitude are also great. The breakfast is also good, and there are many food choices. Whether you go to eat or go back to the room, you can call the hotel's free buggy. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We will continue to stay in the same BanyanTree when I come to Bintan Island again.

Il problema più grave è il Monopoly, gestito dal proprietario, anche se la scusa è tutt'altro che ragionevole (resort privati). - Nessun accesso al servizio taxi pubblico, diciamo Grab. Di nuovo, il motivo per cui lo abbiamo detto è che il Nirwana Resort è privato. - A causa del Monopoly, ci sono pochi ristoranti con opzioni: quello per la colazione (livello 1), quello sopra il buffet (livello 2) e il ristorante Kelong con vista mare. - Il risultato migliore del Monopoly è il prezzo piuttosto alto per il cibo... Mi aspetto di pranzare al ristorante Kelong e alla fine di tornare dopo aver controllato i prezzi sul menu. In realtà, durante l'ora di pranzo, non c'è nessuno che cena, tranne uno o due ospiti che si godono la splendida vista sul mare... peccato!!! Il punto positivo va ad alcune attività o intrattenimenti in hotel, come il nuoto nella piscina all'aperto. Sands and Bowling ecc... La mia proposta per la direzione è di aprire il servizio agli ospiti del loro hotel, in modo che ci siano più opzioni, anche se non tornerò mai più in un hotel a Bintan... Sono già stato a Batam e l'esperienza è migliore... Spero che questo aiuti gli ospiti in futuro e che ricordi gentilmente alla direzione di trovare il modo di offrire un'esperienza migliore. La villa era bella, anche meglio delle foto, ma la pulizia era leggermente mancata, avevamo sabbia sul piano del bagno, anche se non andavamo alla spiaggia. Il servizio era piuttosto buono, veloce e veloce per rispondere alle domande, il personale era anche molto amichevole. Tre cose che potrebbero essere migliorate sono la gestione dei voli, l'ambiente (temperatura, umidità) del loro ristorante, nonché la selezione del colazione. Quando abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante c'era una miriade di voli che volavano intorno a noi e al nostro ristorante, che era certamente meno interessante. Il ristorante era anche caldo e umido. Infine, la selezione del colazione era subpar al meglio, il sapore saggio era medio. In generale, perfetto per restare, pensavo di tornare alla villa, ma non avrei mai visto niente di simile a cibo e ristorante. Nota laterale: se hai paura di bug, il bagno è un enorme sottostante a questa villa come il suo concetto aperto, il che significa che i bug sarebbero presenti nel bagno (c'era un piccolo verme sul carta da bagno).

25/5 It was last minute plan to bintan island and we booked at bonvoy natra bintan. A few days before our trip i did text thru WhatsApp Natra customer service about our arrival it was fast response and yeah they do provide service pickup shuttle from the terminal bintan telani ferry to their hotel just provide them our ticket transaction and they do standby someone who gonna pickup during the day itself. Our ferry terminal to their hotel hotel it took about 5-10 mins ish journey once we reach the hotel our plan to just park our luggage while exploring other place. But surprisingly we are able to do a check in by 11.40 ish . The front desk really did her great( i couldn’t remember her name start from (Letter M i guess) she really passionate with her job after she explained to us about the facilities how and where once all done they send the bellboy to guide us to our room since it just so near the front desk so we just walk to the room. The room that we choose are Pool View King Tent With Sofa Bed And Whirlpool the room can fit up to 4 pax can req either king or twin bed along with pull out sofa bed. Oh btw this place has a big lagoon that under 3rd parties which is all the water sports activities are not inc in of our hotel facilities but they do have packages with or just 1 water sports itself and for hotel guess have 20% off which is for me affordable which is we do cable ski and lagoon kayak during sunset it was so nice and not so humid btw here the sunset is around 5-6pm ish . The hotel does provide shuttle to lagoon beach with the timing provide and need to register in advance at the front desk the shuttle is twice a day or you may book grab its available in bintan island. The resort itself got do package like common that we heard only non breakfast and breakfast. But here they do have breakfast + dinner (BBQ) or breakfast + lunch + dinner (BBQ) that could share up to 3pax for small eaters but we decided to just have our dinner at the patio restaurant & bar the food is on the standard. the portions and the food quality make the restaurant is worth to try with peaceful surroundings and amazing waiters are so polite and keep attending to anyone in the restaurant to make sure that we satisfy with the service. so far the that made us so amazed here is a scattering of stars in the sky which is hard to get in my place and feel so appreciated to the universe and so calm sometimes after run from the city bustle. And while seeing the scattering of stars we able to do a breeze walk about 1.99km even the darkness of the moon illuminates the path and every 5-10 mins that a security keep rounding the place which is make us feel so safe to be surrounded. One the next day for breakfast we went out for breakfast that a few varieties from asian, western and got their local which is Indonesian and i would like to compliment one of your services staff at the restaurant if im not wrong his name is (YOGI) from the time we check in until every time when we pass by the restaurant he will keep greeting not only us but those who’s pass by at the restaurant either to the lagoon or back to the room. And during check out in the afternoon we decided to do extend our check out since our return ferry is around 5 ish ++ pm and front desk told us that we able to extend until our ferry depart with price discounted price (1 Million IDR) and for us is so affordable price and they arranged shuttle to the ferry terminal. So far natra has left me a great experience as i can say if you looking to avoid from the city bustle you may choose Bintan rather then Batam ❤️
