it was mine first time there , a lot of trees ,clean place ,breakfast was included, not too much variety in the food, beach is really close, there is a swamp in the back of the hotel i noticed a little bit of trash , they should clean it rooms are average , roomy clean , we felt welcome , you also can find tours , service was nice friendly people! there is a little store near by , we had a good time anyway

I spent 4 nights in this hotel in October 2024. On the positive side: 1. The rooms are clean 2. The A/C worked well 3. The shower had HOT water and good water pressure. 4. The breakfast (included in my rate) was okay. Not great, but okay. 5. The central square where all the historic buildings are is about a 15 minute walk away. 6. Iron and Ironing board were already in the room. 7. Two bottles of drinking water provided daily. On the negative side: 1. No in-room coffee maker. 2. The small desk was good for computer work, but it would have been better if there was a power outlet within reach of it. I had to work on battery power and then move the computer to the other side of the room to charge up the battery again at one of the two power outlets in the room (next to the bed). 3. No power outlets in the bathroom. 4. No comfortable padded chair to just relax in. Sit on the edge of the bed or lay on the bed to read or relax, but a comfy chair to relax in would have been nice. Over all, not bad. It is the only hotel I've stayed at in Santa Ana, so I can't compare it to others in that city.

Good jumping off point for the Santa Ana volcano. As far as the city, the Hotel is in a strange location across from a gas station and is 5 blocks from the historic center of Santa Ana, but there isn't much to see aside from a church. Nice staff, clean room, basic accommodations. Nothing special, but was adequate for our needs.
