Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. The breakfast every morning was a good spread and the staff team worked well in harmony. Overall, good experience with excellent both front desk and F&B. We

Alila is a nice hotel , but being a city hotel lacks the personal touch . A personal request made at the time of booking from my husband was ignored, which was disappointing. Aside from waiting 1 hour for our luggage to be delivered to the room and the front desk not responding to an enquiry to pay a room upgrade. The hairdryer is so sad for 5star hotel, i hope you change it. It’s works but it very difficult to use, even when you put up the hairdryer is off, so basically you only can dry the front hair. Modern hotel should have modern amenities as well. Too tired to raise a complaint so i just leave it there. everything was ok. Breakfast is good 👍 Most of the staff is friendly. Is not bad but not that good .

Away from the hustle and bustle of yogya. Being in the city can be overwhelming, hence this location is just right, surrounded by nature - birds, clouds and an amazing view. The location is super interesting because the car has to go through so many winds through the village. If U take a morning jeep tour, the jeep will fetch U from the villa with the car top exposed and you can feel the wind in your hair, absorbing the peace from th village and fresh air. They also have a massage, quite expensive but worth it at 450,000 idr per hour. The geckos can be loud at night but that's nature. They have an amazing pool that oversees borobodur and Yogyakarta. The villa door has some ants but I think it's because of the wood? The junior room suite villa roof feels a bit hollow because we can hear the birds jumping and squawking on top of it in the early evening. Food is not fantastic, especially their breakfast. But since they locally produce long beans, try their long beans. It's crunchy and fresh. Their grilled ayam chicken rice is good too. Their sambal, however, is a must try. Fresh, spicy, tangy! At night, you can hear adzan, which is call for prayer, across the whole of Yogyakarta. An amazing and holy experience.

Di recente ho trascorso un soggiorno delizioso all'Hotel Tentrem di Semarang e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. Fin dal nostro arrivo, il personale ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti e la sua attenzione ha davvero arricchito la nostra esperienza. La pulizia delle camere e dei bagni era impeccabile, il che è sempre una priorità assoluta per me quando viaggio. I servizi dell'hotel, inclusa la palestra, erano eccellenti e ci fornivano tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Uno dei punti forti per me è stata la deliziosa colazione. La varietà era fantastica e la qualità del cibo eccezionale. Voglio anche fare un ringraziamento speciale a Ibuk Elfi per la sua calorosa ospitalità durante la colazione. Il suo atteggiamento allegro ha reso le nostre mattine ancora più piacevoli. Da amante del caffè, sono rimasto particolarmente colpito dalle capacità di Mas Arafi, il barista. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il cappuccino, il mocaccino e il caffellatte che ha preparato; ogni tazza era una vera delizia. La sua conoscenza del caffè traspare davvero in ogni sorso. Our family had a wonderful staycation at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an executive room, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, nice and cool, and clean with a 50 inch Smart TV—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was great, and our kid had an amazing time playing, especially with the new playground. It’s a fantastic place for families, with plenty of space for little ones to have fun. Since it was fasting time, the hotel went the extra mile by sending breakfast to our room, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a comfortable and family-friendly staycation.
