Hotel a 5 stelle in Giava Centrale, Indonesia

Loving the facilities and varieties of free activities provided. We literally just stay in the hotel to join as much activities as we can. The kids had lots of fun at kids club, we parents joined latte art class, aerial yoga. Even grandparents enjoyed the stay, my mum & I managed to join the flower arranging class, mums finally got to have fun too 🥰

Excellent hotel. The best from the Swiss-Bel chain. One of the few hotels that serve good quality western wheat bread for breakfast. Unfortunately, only sweet stuff such as jam, chocolate paste and peanut butter is served. Good quality wheat bread should be served with cheese, slices of cold meat and boiled eggs. Sweet stuff is for white bread. There is an entrance from the hotel to the mall which is very convenient. This hotel has a great lobby, lounge and bar area with a good atmosphere. Live music performances are everyday in this area from 20.00 to 22.00. For us, 22.00 is too early. By that time we return from dining outside. Hence, we would greatly appreciate it if the music performance is until 23.00. The bathroom has a very good bathtub, excellent heated water and Pepsodent toothpaste. The bedroom has two chairs, a fridge and good quality matresses.

Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay near the world-famous Borobudur Temple. The setting feels peaceful and green, with lovely views of the surrounding nature and the temple area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a charming mix of traditional and modern touches. The pool and garden areas are perfect for relaxing after exploring the temple. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast is tasty and has a good variety of choices. It’s a great choice for a comfortable and memorable stay when visiting Borobudur.

Incredible Hotel really a destination in itself hard to describe the attention to detail that this place provides

One of the best hotels in Semarang. If you look for best service and facilities in town regardless of the price, the best options are either Tentrem or Padma. Nice breakfast. Nice place. Great pool. Connected to Mall but the mall doesn’t offer much. Not many tenants.

We had a nice experience staying at Grand Mercure Solo Baru! The location was perfect and reachable to all around the city. The room was really cozy. Cleanliness could be slightly improved as we could see signs of aging, including at the gym. But overall, we would come back!

An experience worth coming for and coming back to. The Gumaya serves as a reminder of what quality service can become when great products are handled by great people. The rooftop bar offers exquisite views, and friendly staff tend to your every need. A staple since the early 2000s for families and solo travelers alike, the Gumaya evolved into a quality offering in a sea of competition for the best 5 star in Semarang. Clean and spacious rooms with a good view either side, tasteful decor, and a comfortable overall experience. Breakfast was Lucious and plentiful, easy parking, and central location to explore Semarang plus the added taxi convenience makes it an all rounder

Il vecchio hotel, ma tutto è così grande. Passeggiare al palazzo Mangkunegaran se c'è qualche evento. 

Il rumore fuori dalla stanza è ancora molto alto se ci sono persone nell'ascensore ... il ristorante non può essere utilizzato per colazione in un solo momento se l'hotel è pieno ... forse questo è qualcosa da considerare. Inoltre, le strutture della sauna e il 30° piano sono specialmente per gli ospiti che soggiornano in camere di tipo apartamentale.

Il servizio generale era eccellente, soprattutto il signor Aviet, il direttore del servizio, e gli ho sottolineato che non c'era vista alcuna nella mia stanza; lo specchio era tintato e l'acqua di copertura era splashinga quando si girò; egli venne immediatamente nella mia stanza e mi ha dato delle opzioni per un cambiamento. Mi ha swapto la stanza nello stesso piano, con una bella vista il secondo giorno per il resto del mio soggiorno. Il colazione ogni mattina era una buona diffusione e la squadra di personale lavorava bene in armonia. In generale, buona esperienza con eccellente scrivania frontale e F&B.
