I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Una parola: perfetto! Senza dubbio, il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato senza spendere un sacco di soldi. Aveva una bella stanza a canto con carichi di luce, le strutture erano eccellenti: comodo letto, grande bagno con buona pressione idrica, kit di acqua (vedi foto), grande TV (che, a differenza di molti hotel, era facile da operare), conmutatori di luce sensati, Molti impianti di alimentazione, Inc USB su ogni lato del letto per il pagamento telefonico, vestiti morbidi, eccellente produttore di caffè a pistone, frigorifero, sicurezza in camera, ecc. Sinceramente non potevo sbagliare nulla. Il personale era molto buono. Bar e ristorante erano anche molto buoni. Vorrei solo avere più di due notti lì.

Excellent stay. I just wish there was some complimentary coffee for guests downstairs. The line to get coffee at the coffee shop down there takes too long.

Per la prima volta in questo hotel, molto bene. Buona posizione, buona camera, doccia separata e armadio, caffè in camera. Non c'è parcheggio, ma c'è un servizio di valet. Se si porta la macchina si può parcheggiare nel prossimo blocco a Jefferson st, comodo e ragionevole prezzo. Mantenimento delle case e aspettare una risposta piuttosto lenta per i servizi. Globalmente felice con il soggiorno

La posizione è buona, nel centro della città, il grado di salute è buono L'hotel è antiquato, il bagno è molto piccolo Il parcheggio costa $22 al giorno Il servizio è molto generale, volete usare un robot per descrivere due uomini sulla reception. Ho comprato una stanza con colazione doppia, ma la reception ha dato 20 dollari al giorno per ogni stanza (non per ogni persona). Devo cenare a la carta al ristorante accanto. Devo comprare 20 yuan per due tazze di caffè e un sandwich d'uovo. Vuoi mangiare un po'di caffè e un po'di sandwich d'uovo. Non prenotare la stanza con la colazione!

酒店位置真好！給我們的房間可以看到海，設施也不錯，洗澡水很熱，房間大小合適，就是十一期間加上週五，價格真的貴啊！ 服務很好，我們到的比較早，幫我們早安排入住了，週五還有免費啤酒時間，去嚐了一下，各種怪味兒啤酒🍻，一言難盡。同時前台還有免費的餅乾🍪，美國的餅乾太甜了！

I arrived to quite late to my booking. The front desk staff was courteous and even offered me a cookie when I checked in. My room was clean and orderly. There were a few stains in the carpet, but nothing too bad. The shower was amazing and had two shower head. There were plenty of outlets through out the room for all of my devices including next to the beds. The room also had a little couch coffee table, microwave, and mini fridge which was super nice. They did charge for the bottled water in the room though. I paid extra when I booked my room to have breakfast included, the breakfast was great. Bacon, Sausage, Potatoes, Eggs, and Waffles. They also had bagels and some items in the salad bar area but I didnt mess with any of that. Overall it was a pleasant stay. My only complaint would be related to the parking. There wasnt very many parking spots to begin with and the spots were super small. It made getting in and out of my car very difficult when parked. The hotel was super easy to find and was right off of I-5. However, I will warn you that the entrance is tucked around on the backside.

Location is fine, but there are a lot of homeless people near hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really really good. The bad thing is that there is no free parking (they offer $59 valet parking which is super expensive). If you’re lucky you will find some free overnight parking spots near hotel (it’s free from 7pm to 8am). So I would recommend this hotel if you’re traveling without car.

Questo hotel è in posizione perfetta. Molto vicino ai buoni ristoranti (Indian & Italian), a piedi. Vicino anche a Target e CVS. L'hotel è in generale ben mantenuto, moderno e pulito. Inoltre, il letto è estremamente confortevole e ben pensato layout di camera. Ho apprezzato il mini frigo, la scheda di ferro e lo stato dell'arte di ferro. Questi piccoli dettagli mi hanno reso molto piacevole l'esperienza. Anche la palestra era molto pulita. Molto consigliato questo hotel!
