We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. The rooftop bar was cool and beautiful, the price is super reasonable - seemed to be short staffed though. The organization of the place wasn't great at all and the guy at the entrance checking ID wasn't nice, he looks like he doesn't want to be there. But overall, the hotel, the bar and most of the staff were really nice and welcoming :)))
I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel.
We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms.
I want to be very clear about the nature of these items:
The box was full and intact
It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature
The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room
These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies
Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that:
The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and
No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept.
At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications.
These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.
over charge for requesting early check-in and offered upgrade which was not satisfactory. Was not welcoming; .no service available. Said free coffee! went there twice, both times was not available. There was one person in the lobby to assist customers. Did not have a great experience as had before.
It was perfect location me and my daughter had a nice new years there the pool was clean and kids friendly across the street from the mall and lost of eatery’s we will be staying there again

Molto buono
UUtente ospiteBeautiful hotel in the middle of downtown Portland with the unhoused living along the streets. Downtown has sadly lost its beauty it once had.
Nnicole.wants.adventureI arrived to quite late to my booking. The front desk staff was courteous and even offered me a cookie when I checked in. My room was clean and orderly. There were a few stains in the carpet, but nothing too bad. The shower was amazing and had two shower head. There were plenty of outlets through out the room for all of my devices including next to the beds. The room also had a little couch coffee table, microwave, and mini fridge which was super nice. They did charge for the bottled water in the room though. I paid extra when I booked my room to have breakfast included, the breakfast was great. Bacon, Sausage, Potatoes, Eggs, and Waffles. They also had bagels and some items in the salad bar area but I didnt mess with any of that. Overall it was a pleasant stay. My only complaint would be related to the parking. There wasnt very many parking spots to begin with and the spots were super small. It made getting in and out of my car very difficult when parked. The hotel was super easy to find and was right off of I-5. However, I will warn you that the entrance is tucked around on the backside.

UUtente ospiteHotel was a smaller limited service boutique hotel. Locating was great for our needs (Trailblazers game) as we we're only a few minutes away from the Moda Center. The hotel is a minimalists dream. The room come across a a college dorm room, but is clean and uncluttered. It had a restaurant bar in the lobby with a Korean inspired menu. The bar draws locals from the area and had a really good vibe. Parking is $50 per night, but there options such as street parking with totals about $20 a day (Strange street parking rates...well strange to me at least 🤣) or parking garages near by for about half the cost of the hotel parking. The room rate was an awesome plus and the location made it a no brainer for us.

UUtente ospiteUna parola: perfetto!
UUtente ospiteSolid base right next to Lloyd Center mall, Regal cinemas and a nice park. This is an older Hilton, but very clean and professionally run. A few streaming options on the TV: Netflix, Pluto TV, Apple, Disney, Tubi and YouTube. No Amazon Prime for some reason. You can also change inputs from remote which is key, some chains don’t let you. Small gym on second floor, bar, coffee kiosk and even a pretty decent room service menu. Staff seemed exhausted but still polite and super professional. With some of the best rates in town I give it 5/5 and will definitely be back. Balcony rooms worth the extra $ for sure.
