Le camere rinnovate sono molto belle, con legno al naturale dai toni caldi e alpini! Colazione strepitosa!! Dalla frutta ai formaggi, al salmone! Area benessere molto bella, ma non ha la piscina, soltanto un idromassaggio. Personale molto gentile ed ospitale. Soggiorno perfetto!

La camera bellissima, elegante e il servizio in camera top La cucina ottima, noi abbiamo cenato al ristorante con cucina italiana. La spa bellissima , assolutamente da vivere. Io amo passeggiare nei corridoi dell’hotel , eleganti e affascinanti. Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Alpengold. Le camere sono molto attraenti progettate e dotate di materiali di alta qualità. Che piacere rimanere lì. Tuttavia, ciò che ha reso speciale questo soggiorno è stato il super amichevole personale. Dall'arrivo alla partenza ci siamo sentiti caldamente benvenuti e personalmente guardati. Il personale è sempre gentile e utile. Possiamo solo consigliare caldamente l'Hotel Alpengold e sicuramente ritornerà.

New, modern and comfortable hotel that respects its history but is fully rooted in the present with a trendy buzzy vibe. The common areas have the feeling of a living room and not a museum like many other luxury hotels in town. Rooms are large and comfortable with excellent storage space, staff is very friendly and helpful especially Simon Wiel, and food and drink are well curated. Honestly the only thing missing is an outdoor heated rooftop pool (can you imagine, with that view!?), but in all reality, I was very impressed and enjoyed my time thoroughly.

The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is truly a masterpiece of hospitality and luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how incredibly warm and welcoming the entire staff was. Every interaction, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, was filled with genuine care and professionalism. The hotel manager was absolutely outstanding, personally ensuring that our stay exceeded every expectation and making us feel like truly valued guests. The restaurant staff were equally remarkable – every waiter went above and beyond, combining impeccable service with friendly smiles that made every meal feel like a special occasion. The rooms were breathtaking – spacious, beautifully designed, and outfitted with every comfort imaginable. They were the perfect sanctuary after long, activity-filled days. Speaking of activities, the private ski lift reserved exclusively for hotel guests was a standout feature. It whisked us up to an incredible ski and sledding area with panoramic views, complete with a fun bar and delicious restaurants at the top. This convenience and exclusivity made our ski experience absolutely seamless and unforgettable. The dining at Tschuggen Grand was a feast for the senses. Every meal was a testament to culinary artistry, and the attentive restaurant team made each experience feel personalized and indulgent. Whether it was a perfectly cooked dish or a thoughtful wine pairing, they ensured we felt cared for with every bite. We were also blown away by the array of activities offered by the hotel. From an invigorating snow hike to a serene snow yoga session, a cold water plunge in a pristine mountain lake, and dynamic workout classes, every experience was made unforgettable by Nikolaos, our incredible guide and instructor. His energy, expertise, and passion for what he does brought each activity to life, leaving us inspired and energized. The spa was simply stunning – a haven of modern design and tranquility. Every moment spent there was rejuvenating, and it’s easily one of the most beautiful spas we’ve ever experienced. Every detail of our stay was meticulously thought out, and the exceptional staff elevated it to a whole new level. It was fantastic holidays ! Everything was perfect, from the check in until the check out. They are extremely serious with Covid situation. Respectful of the swiss law. I felt safe and enjoyed myself so much! The restaurants are delicious and have great atmosphere ! Andrea and all the staff, all of them are so professional and kind. Sabine in the morning is wonderful person. The reception staff is so helpful, all of them! The ski school has been amazing, Claudi is so warm and kind, thanks to her. Léa, Gregory and Marko are excellent ski instructor. The Corvatch ski rentals are just exceptional. So quick and helpful, The rooms were so clean and tidy all the time, nothing was missing. Room service , house keeping and the Valet parking made all the difference. Once again everything was perfect ! Thank you again!

Un hotel del 1912, dove storia , tradizione ed eleganza si fondono in un mix perfetto , creando un’atmosfera meravigliosa , come sospesi nel tempo . Un magnifico edificio dallo stile eclettico , che si affaccia su un piccolo lago incastonato tra i monti innevati di Suvretta , ospita 198 camere , tutte ampie, lussuose e ammodernate nei bagni e nei servizi ; luce ovunque , anche nelle tante finestre di ogni camera , che rende anche quelle posteriori - non affacciate sul lago, ma sui bei monti retrostanti - assolutamente bellissime . Grande e lussuosa hall, con camini e spettacolare vista lago , annesso fumoir e sontuoso ristorante , con boiserie intagliata e colonne di legno finissime , con trionfo di intagli e capitelli . Servizio eccezionale , premuroso ma discreto , in ogni punto dell’hotel . Magnifica colazione , sia per qualità e quantità del cibo , sia per la sala , che in parte si estende , confinandoci, a quella del ristorante descritto . Bellissima la piscina coperta che si estende oltre il corpo dell’hotel , verso l’esterno , protetta da grande è spettacolare vetrata : così sembra di nuotare tra le nevi … Forse non del tutto in linea con l’eleganza assoluta dell’hotel la spa : ampia , curata , pulitissima , non presenta dettagli sorprendenti come tutto il resto , con piastrelle e dettagli non del livello degli altri sontuosi spazi . Ottimo anche il secondo ristorante , e gli spazi esterni . Ottimi i prodotti da bagno ( Asprey), le spugne in bagno e le lenzuola , e relativo servizio serale in stanza . Tocco finale , il trolley tipo anni 20 che porta in stazione , e l’efficiente navetta che collega Suvretta a saint moritz ogni mezz’ora . Luogo meraviglioso , a cominciare dalla reception e dalla Concierge, che si distingue per cortesia , efficienza e discrezione . Tutto stupendo !
