Hotel a 2 stelle in Colorado, Stati Uniti d'America

在酒店前台辦理入住手續就等了好久，前台工作人員顯然不熟悉業務，要讓我刷房費，事實上我已經在攜程把所有的房費都交清了！然後又説要我250刀作為按金，其他相同的酒店都要20刀！我覺得也是因為他明顯不熟悉業務造成的！ 房間總體還行，但是設備有幾項都有問題：有一個床頭燈不亮、書桌上的接線板管用、衞生間沒有浴液、也沒有香皂！ 早餐有點簡單，唯一值得點讚的是鮮榨橙汁還不錯！ 總體的入住體驗一般般很一般

酒店房間乾淨，舒適。早晨起晚了，錯過早餐，酒店工作人員特意拿來水果。下次還會選擇入住。

1. Price was very affordable. I wasn’t expecting too much, but it went well above my expectations for this price. Yes, it’s an old hotel so the furniture seems a bit old with scratches and dents, but the room was kept clean overall. It did have a distinct smell that bothered me when I entered the room, but after a few minutes I got used to it. If you’re hesitating because the price is too cheap, I honestly think it’s only because of its age. 2. Location was not far from the COS airport. Local buses were during ozone season, but if you want to go far you would need to get an uber. The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful, but I did hear sirens going off three times during my two nights of stay. 3. The building is a condominium with a few rooms they rent out as hotel rooms. Its residents were primarily retired people who were friendly and chill. 4. The guy at the reception was super friendly. We chatted about our times in the army. I noticed a lot of retired service members in the building throughout my stay which made me feel very safe. 5. Breakfast was not a buffet, but was made freshly per order. Eggs, pancakes, and potatoes were served for free, and I was able to add two strips of bacon for a dollar fifty. Tina, the waitress, was very nice, and Jimmy, the cook, was also friendly. Food was delicious. Jimmy was so excited for me to try his “space cake”, which was also amazing. The outdoor seating has a great view of the mountains, so I recommend sitting outside.

Cosa mi piace: (1) Il tè/caffè disponibile 24 ore, il colazione è semplice ma abbastanza scelte, uova, salsaglie, waffles, pane, farina di avena, succhi, caffè, frutta del tè (2) Il personale è professionale, spiega le cose bene. (3) I mobili sono leggermente più nuovi di quelli dell'altro Hampton che io rimango. Quali miglioramenti si possono apportare: (1) Ho aspettato all'isola 3 (Porta 512) dalle 745 alle 830 e ho chiamato due volte per assicurare il servizio di navetta. Ho visto altri shuttle alberghieri già caduto 4-5 volte in quella min e ho anche visto gli altri shuttle alberghieri, come Cambria caduto entro 30 minuti. Quando sono arrivato a Hampton, era già 850pm e ho anche capito che il ristorante vicino è chiuso. Capisco che potrebbe essere fuori dalla loro orario di servizio normale, ma mi chiedo se possano fare un servizio di joint venture con altre marche alberghiere in modo che i clienti possano essere raccolti prima. (2) Mi è stato offerto la stanza alla fine del corridoio, ma c'è un rumore d'acqua forte proveniente dalle tubature quando qualcuno usava il bagno vicino alla porta o al piano di sopra. Poiché ero così stanco dopo i voli lunghi e brevi e non dormivo per 30 ore, andai a dormire la notte come al solito, ma sono abbastanza sicuro che mi disturberebbe quando il giorno sono più sensibile al suono. Non l'ho riportato perché era solo un breve soggiorno. In generale, darei una 4 stelle come l'atteggiamento del personale (controllo, check-out e pulizia da parte della signora) e il loro servizio merita un grande rispetto, standard fino a par colazione e camera pulita.

Location within walking distance to several food establishments and a department store. Location is off I-25 on the north side and away from downtown, quiet and restful. The room lacked a microwave and coffeemaker but overall experience was very good.

This was 1 of the nicest stays we have had this trip. Checking in was very quick and warm. We were welcomed as a pet owner which is very important as some places say pet friendly but treat you like they rather you didn’t have a pet. Why do they say pet friendly? This place was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back. The motel is very near the downtown area. This place was excellent.

Ho prenotato questo hotel e non potevo arrivare, ho parlato per cancellare e anche se dice che parlano spagnolo nessuno mi ha potuto rispondere nella mia lingua, ho fatto il tentativo parlando un po 'di inglese che voleva cancellare la prenotazione o cambiarla nel suo stesso hotel di Gallup, è stato Impossibile comunicare e mi hanno colpito, ho fatto il processo di cancellazione per Trip e non ho avuto risposta, ho dovuto fare un'altra prenotazione a Gallup

- Verde all'estremo... Questo hotel dovrebbe avere 5 stelle, poiché hanno un ottimo colazione, la struttura è ristrutturata e in buona forma, il parcheggio è gratuito e le aree comuni sono ben mantenute. Il mio problema principale è la loro pratica ”verde”, che è stata portata a un livello estrema: come hotel ”verde”, le luci nella stanza sono state completamente chiuse dopo 30 minuti di movimento in camera. Lavorando al mio ufficio, ho chiuso le luci 5 volte mentre cercavo di lavorare al mio ufficio (molto fastidioso). In secondo luogo, tutte le uscite sono state messe in orologi verdi, quindi sono chiuse dopo 30 minuti. Ciò significa che il loro orologio di allarme non funziona perché riprende a 12 AM ogni 30 minuti ......lol .....Perché è anche nella stanza? Essere verde è una cosa, penneggiare è un'altra. Se volessero davvero salvare l'ambiente, non avrebbero un tubo e una piscina calda (credi o no, riscaldare questi cani 24-7 costa molto più che chiudere le luci e le uscite LED ad alta efficienza del visitatore. Avrà cinque stelle.

Per restare qui è un prezzo ragionevole per visitare Boulder.Abbiamo chiesto di pulire la nostra stanza durante la nostra partenza, ma la pulizia non è stata completata perché meno personale è pulito. Mio marito ha cambiato le foglie e gli asciugamani da solo dopo aver smesso di pulire il personale.La colazione non è di buona qualità, ma è un stile normale americano. (Succhi, tostapane, pasta di ovo, mele, uova scrambled e waffles, ecc.) La struttura non è nuova ma la stanza rinnovata è stata all'interno per diventare pulita abbastanza bene.
