I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to many tourist attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. A special thanks to Michael at the reception. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He took the time to explain the best and fastest ways to get to my destinations, which made my trip much easier. His excellent service really stood out. Thumbs up to Michael for his outstanding hospitality! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Bliss resort 2025年7月開始營業，雖然才開始不到一年，但是員工都很有素質，很專業，服務很熱心。飯店早餐種類雖然不多，但是味道非常好，我們吃了兩天的晚餐，也相當和口味，主廚有大飯店水準。 這是我們訂的兩個房間的villa 還有私人游泳池，房間很寬敞，兩套衛浴設備，還有一間客廳。 飯店有提供腳踏車免費租借，也有機車可以租，價錢合理。 這裡據您寧平市區有一小段距離，騎機車大約要15分鐘左右，但是叫Grab or Green SM 很方便。 飯店前台Iris 和經理很熱心回答我們的問題，也給我們去旅遊景點的建議。如果有機會再回寧平，我們還是會選擇這個飯店。

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questa casa di famiglia e mi sentivo davvero caldo e benvenuto dal momento in cui sono arrivato. La posizione potrebbe essere leggermente difficile da trovare in primo luogo, soprattutto se è la vostra prima visita alla zona, ma è davvero molto conveniente. Ci sono molte aziende che apreno la notte passata: opzioni alimentari, negozi di comodità, punti d'acquisto, luoghi di massaggio, servizi di lavanderia e posti di bevanda nelle vicinanze. Una cosa che mi era davvero apparsa, era quanto pensavano quando ho chiesto latte durante il colazione; anche se non avevano latte regolare disponibile, hanno cercato di trovare un'alternativa e mi hanno servito latte di soia. Sono davvero felice di questo gesto perché ha mostrato quanto si preoccupavano di soddisfare le esigenze dei loro ospiti e farli sentire a casa. Il colazione era uno dei punti di forza del mio soggiorno, serviva una cena di arroz noodle tradizionale vietnamita una mattina, e, onestamente, era il migliore che avevo avuto durante tutto il mio soggiorno in Vietnam. Esso ha saputo di nuovo, autentico e fatto a casa, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più speciale. **A Hidden Paradise in Ninh Bình** I honestly didn't expect to find something this peaceful. Tucked between towering limestone mountains and a quiet river, this resort feels like a true 世外桃源 — a world away from everything. The pool is one of the most beautiful I've seen: spotless, calm, and perfectly framed by palm trees and thatched-roof bungalows. Every morning I'd sit by the water with the mountains rising just behind the rooftops, and it genuinely felt like the outside world had disappeared. What made the stay truly special, though, was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and constantly going out of their way to make guests comfortable — from a relaxing complimentary foot soak by the river to little touches like fresh tea and local snacks served in traditional bowls on the bamboo table. Nothing felt rushed or transactional; every interaction felt genuine and kind. The surrounding scenery is stunning — bamboo groves, a floating pavilion over the water, and mountains wrapped in mist most mornings. Sitting there with tea and watching the light change over the hills was one of my favorite moments of the entire trip. Rooms are simple but comfortable, blending naturally into the landscape with earthy tones and thatched roofs that suit the setting perfectly. It's the kind of place where you slow down without even trying. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with genuine hospitality, clean facilities, and gorgeous natural surroundings, I can't recommend this place enough. It's a rare find — truly a paradise hidden among the mountains and water.

Pro: Esperienza tutto sommato abbastanza positiva, pulizia non eccellente (sotto i letti credo non abbiano mai pulito). Colazione semplice ma buona. Staff molto gentile, ci ha messo in una stanza più grande di quella prenotata. Abbiamo noleggiato il motorino con loro, prezzo ragionevole. Nella stanza ventilatore e condizionatore. Cons: Pulizia da migliorare per polvere e vetri. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulite, parlo della pulizia stanza. Tutte le sere abbiamo trovato almeno 2 blatte in bagno (che probabilmente uscivano da un buco dietro al lavandino), eravamo al primo piano (ma altri ragazzi che erano al 3 non hanno avuto problemi). C'erano solo due saponette e nessun bagnoschiuma. In descrizione parla di minifrigo ma in realtà nessuna stanza ce l'ha. Sul sito c'è la foto di una piscina che non appartiene alla struttura. Per il prezzo pagato è stato buono.

Mi piace questo ostello, ma c'è una cosa... le luci di notte sono troppo forti. Sarebbe bello se fossero un po' meno luminose. Il letto era pulito, la doccia e il bagno ottimi. La colazione è deliziosa, così come il caffè. Il personale è gentile e comprensivo. A Ninh Binh ci sono molte cose da fare, ammirare la natura, in particolare le montagne, fare un giro in barca con l'arte locale, visitare i templi.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience with the staff. The service was truly excellent — 100/10. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever there was an issue. One of the best things about this hotel is the view. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful, with a great natural atmosphere that makes the stay feel very relaxing. However, the hotel is still very new (it seems to have opened less than a month ago. /ฃWe stayed on June 24,2026), so guests should expect that there may still be some things that are not fully ready yet. If you prefer a smoother and more complete stay, I would recommend waiting another 2–3 months. I believe the hotel will be much more prepared by then. The hotel had a swimming pool, steam room, and sauna, but unfortunately the steam room and sauna were not ready to use yet. The hotel also offers motorbike rental, but the condition of the rental bike could be improved. The room itself was nice, but because the hotel is new and has had very few guests. There was also a new building smell (possibly paint or construction materials). There was ongoing construction nearby as well. I experienced a drainage issue during my stay, but the staff handled it very quickly and provided excellent support. Their attitude and service really made a difference. At the time of my visit, there was only one other family staying, so breakfast was served as a set menu instead of a buffet, which is understandable with fewer guests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and really appreciated the amazing staff. With some time for improvements, I think this hotel has great potential.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo bellissimo soggiorno a Hoa Lu, vicino a Ninh Binh, ed è stato perfetto. I proprietari sono così gentili e cari non parlano molto inglese, ma ti fanno sentire benvenuti con i loro cuori. È stata la migliore esperienza che abbiamo avuto in Vietnam. La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole, con un bel bagno e vista sul giardino e sulla piscina. Il cibo era sorprendente abbiamo avuto colazione, pranzo, cena e persino caffè la sera, e tutto era delizioso. Abbiamo anche noleggiato una moto dal soggiorno, che è stato molto facile. Io consiglio davvero questo posto se volete la pace, buon cibo e persone carine.

Ninh Binh Harmony Retreat, from our experience, can only equate to an oasis of calm, beauty and tranquillity. The grounds are lush and abundant with surprises at every turn. The staff are exceptional, but that is understating their level of service and commitment. They are like Family and become friends in short time. Chi, the manager, goes far above and beyond any level we have experienced in our many travels. Nothing is a problem and solutions are simple, including locating a lost bag in Saigon. The team who Chi guides throughout the day, are friendly, sociable and genuine and they cannot go far enough . They anticipate any need or want before you realise and create moments and memories that you can only wish would happen in other establishments. Chi, Hunee and Tony, along with other staff whose names we sadly did not get, are the soul and heart of Ninh Binh Harmony Retreat. Being in their presence enhanced the experience. They are a total credit to their employer and business. The Retreat is set back off a main road, down an alley full of laughing children and families. You feel completely detached from the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc town or Hoa Loa Old Town, which are must visits. There is a wonderful pool, suitable for families, an 8 ball table, karaoke, bikes and the most incredible breakfast and coffee. We travel extensively and felt a sincere and genuine personal experience that made us feel truly cared for. We cannot recommend choosing Ninh Binh Harmony Retreat highly enough.

L’hotel era molto buono in generale. Il ragazzo alla ricezione sembrava un po’ confuso durante l’iscrizione, ma poi si è completamente rimborsato negli occhi. Il resto del personale era anche molto bello. L'hotel offre biciclette gratuite, che è stato un bel bonus. C'è anche una piscina, anche se durante il giorno è stato costantemente occupato dai blogger per prendere foto. Il colazione è stato molto buono. L'hotel offre anche frutta complimentare nella stanza. La camera dispone di aria condizionata e è molto conveniente che i controlli siano situati proprio accanto al letto. Per quanto riguarda i suoi svantaggi, c'era un odore sgradevole nella stanza, e il bagno era quasi inoperato, quindi dopo ogni doccia il piano del bagno era inondato e non c'era nulla che potessi fare.
