nonostante il meteo non fosse dei migliori durante il nostro soggiorno, il nostro soggiorno al Pistachio Hotel è stato fantastico. È abbastanza vicino alla città principale di Sapa (accesso tramite il primo piano). La reception è al sesto piano. Il personale di servizio è stato molto cordiale, anche se non abbiamo interagito molto. Abbiamo prenotato una camera superior, ma al momento del check-in ci hanno fatto l'upgrade alla camera deluxe, dotata di balcone. Peccato non aver potuto godere di alcuna vista perché c'era nebbia per tutte le nostre 2 notti. Possiamo solo immaginare la vista. Possiamo anche vedere i binari della funicolare dalla stazione di Sapa alla stazione della funivia. L'arredamento dell'hotel è molto moderno. La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa. I comfort forniti erano più che sufficienti. I letti erano comodi. Anche la colazione dell'hotel è buona. L'hotel fornisce ombrelli in caso di pioggia (soggetto a disponibilità). La piscina a sfioro sembrava fantastica se solo il meteo collaborasse! Nel complesso, altamente consigliato

Hotel altamente raccomandato a Sapa. Colazione è fantastica. Cioccolato caldo era così buono. Molto accessibile, il personale era amichevole e utile. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sapa Sinai Homestay Hotel. The view from our bungalow was simply breathtaking — waking up to the stunning mountain scenery was a highlight of our trip. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, offering a perfect blend of charm and tranquillity. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good variety of options to suit all tastes. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond — helping us book attraction tickets, recommending the best local spots to visit, and even arranging taxis for us at very reasonable prices. Her kindness and attention to detail really made us feel at home. We would absolutely love to stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting Sapa!

We had an amazing stay at Bamboo! After a disappointing experience with our previous Airbnb, we came across Bamboo’s listing and were impressed by the great deal—so we made the switch, and honestly, it was the best decision we made on this trip. The hotel is incredibly clean—you’ll feel completely comfortable walking around barefoot. When we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioning, we called the front desk and were blown away by how prompt and helpful the staff were; someone came up within a minute and resolved the issue immediately. A special shoutout to Julie, who made our stay extra memorable! She was so kind and went above and beyond, even helping us arrange a taxi to the train station. Also, don’t miss the hotel breakfast—it’s fantastic! The pho is a must-try, and the fresh fruits were so sweet and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch hospitality!

One small downside is that the hotel is on a one-way street, so vehicles might need to take a detour, but the stunning views more than make up for it. It's also a stamp point for Sapa's travel stamp collection, and you can buy the stamp book right at the hotel. Il KK Sapa Hotel è un hotel a 5 stelle situato alla fine della città di Sapa. A 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Sapa SunPlaza con molti ristoranti e negozi di souvenir. Ha una grande e splendida hall dorata con personale del servizio clienti giovane e molto disponibile e amichevole. Il 15° livello è una sala pubblica per i clienti stanchi dell'hotel che arrivano presto e non possono ancora controllarla per riposare, ricaricarsi e leggere con bagni puliti e belli e un bar. C'è una piccola biblioteca 📚 lì per leggere. Puoi fare un pisolino e sorseggiare la tua tazza di tè ☕️ ammirando la vista romantica delle montagne! La colazione a buffet dell'hotel è ottima con una varietà di cibi serviti. Ho prenotato un letto matrimoniale king size con una splendida vista sulle montagne. La camera è dotata anche di balcone dove puoi prendere il tuo caffè e bere la tua birra 🍺 mentre ammiri la vista delle montagne nebbiose 🏔️. c'è una grande vasca da bagno 🛀🏻 e una sala da spettacolo in piedi con il bagno accanto. mi sono goduto una vacanza coccolata e deliziosa festeggiando la nostra seconda luna di miele insieme 👩❤️👨💐

Hotel service was good if you don't mind the location near cemetery. Is opposite the hotel,, some room facing the cemetery. So if. You book request for mountain view than is OK. Breakfast good. Spa so so n price expensive than other place. We had our dinner at the coffee house on the day when we arrived . Food taste not too bad. Price a little high. Over all the hotel was good.

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The cozy atmosphere made our stay relaxing after long days of exploring Sapa’s beautiful landscapes. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to start the day. The staff was always attentive and ready to assist with any requests, from travel arrangements to recommendations for local sights. Overall, Fansipan Hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. We would definitely stay here again!

L'hotel è pulito e nuovo. Le camere sono spaziose rispetto a quelle che abbiamo soggiornato a Hanoi. Io sono uno che valuterà lo spazio e questo hotel si adatta ai miei criteri. Il bagno è anche grande, ha una zona doccia e un bagno, è anche ben accennato. Le strutture sono fornite e di buona qualità. L'hotel è a destra della collina. Grande vista e privacy. Molto vicino alle attrazioni ben noti chiamate il Fansipan. L'hotel ha una vasta selezione per colazione, da locale a ovest. L'hotel può essere inaccessibile a causa della sua posizione, ma si può sempre chiamare un GRAB con solo costi SGD2-5 alle attrazioni turistiche. Il personale è estremamente utile e gentile.
