Vietnam: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Lam Dong

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

Ho un soggiorno fantastico e buona esperienza durante il soggiorno. L'hotel è lo stesso che mostrato in foto sembra elegante e antico, ma la condizione è buona. Il servizio dal personale è fantastico, siamo ben serviti dal personale poliziotto che è sempre pronto ad aiutare. Prima del soggiorno, ho avvicinato il personale per la decorazione della stanza per la mia proposta al mio partner, il personale è responsabile e il risultato è soddisfatto. Una buona varietà di cibo per colazione e tempo di tè, anche, le esperienze globali sono fantastiche

The hotel is good with sumptuous breakfast spread and walking distance to the night market. Nearby have some eatery place. There was one vegetarian eatery just 5 mins walk from the hotel offered super yummy alium free vegetarian food at night and lunch menu with alliums only. There was some ants found around the toilet and TV console area. But its not a big issue as we do not eat inside the room.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

C'era un hiccup al check-in. Gli hotel non potevano localizzare il nostro numero di prenotazione da Trip.com ma è stato risolto dopo un po' di aspettare. Le camere erano pulite e il colazione era buona. Per favore, evite le folle locali nel loro periodo di viaggio di picco, perché potrebbe sembrare molto raffinato e rumoroso.In generale, questo non è un cattivo hotel. Grazie

La posizione è sicuramente più vicina alla natura. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita. Il personale è bello e utile. Nota che ci sono una varietà limitata di cibo per colazione nei giorni di settimana che è comprensibile.

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

La posizione era spot  Grandi viste sull'oceano e la spiaggia accesso vista magica  La camera era bella con aria condizionata era un po' ordinaria ma la ricezione era pronta a renderla più comoda offrendo un'altra stanza che è sempre un plus  La colazione era semplice ma disponibile per $3  In generale, un soggiorno molto bello in un ambiente molto pulito  Rimarremmo qui Raccomanderò la posizione 5 stelle per un semplice $33  Io sono confrontato con altri hotel, prenderò questo sopra il serveral nello stesso striscio assolutamente vale la pena $ come se avessimo la nostra spiaggia molto privata

L'hotel è molto bello! La roba è così piena e bella! Siamo davvero molto grati alle persone che lavorano là! Le camere sono esattamente le stesse che sulle foto, non molto grandi ma bellissime con tutte le cose necessarie Uno meno è cibo, perché è abbastanza buono se si ferma per diversi giorni come 3-5 giorni, ma ci fermiamo per due settimane e finiamo con un po bo (che peraltro è SUPER GOOD) o due uova con pane, alternando ogni giorno e una salata. Perché gli altri due sandwich sono molto semplici e non vorresti mangiarli più di due volte, e i piatti di pesce non sono adatto a tutti. Ma è più che il manager dell'hotel decide quali piatti dovrebbero essere sul menu.Sarebbe bello se le uova scramble non fossero semplicemente pulite, ma almeno come quelle che offrono il domenica. Il secondo meno è il rumore - viviamo in un angolo e abbiamo sentito tutti la mattina, i bambini urlando nella piscina alle 7:00, la strada, e persone che entravano appena nel territorio e parlavano perché la nostra stanza è essenzialmente nella zona di ingresso. Potrebbe essere grande almeno vicino alla porta della notte e aggiungere regola con lettere grandi vicino alla piscina per rimanere tranquillo almeno fino alle 8:00, non tutti vogliono svegliarsi presto in vacanza
