Questo motel è un po'superaspettato, la stanza è molto spaziosa, ma senza una sedia, dobbiamo stare in piedi per cena.L'atteggiamento del servizio della ricetta è buono. Quando diciamo di voler rimanere per una notte, è stato detto che la stanza era piena. Fornisce una semplice colazione, ma deve portare indietro la cena, perché non c'è tavolo da pranzo.In generale, è soddisfacente.

Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, il personale è molto cordiale, ci sono molti ristoranti nei dintorni, il trasporto è comodo, la distanza dall'aeroporto e dalla cascata è relativamente breve e il centro congressi è a pochi minuti di distanza

È stato un grande soggiorno, la posizione dell'hotel è grande, vicino alle cadute. La stanza era grande e sembrava recentemente ristrutturata, quindi tutto pulito e bello. Ci sono molti ristoranti e arcade di gioco nell'edificio. Non potevo chiedere di più

Il colazione dell'hotel è OK, il servizio è anche molto caldo. Quando il colazione il cameriere ci ha visto portare i bambini, ha anche dato un pacchetto di piccoli pasti al bambino.Ma l'ospite della stanza ha la sensazione di essere messo dentro. Non so se sia chiuso solo una porta, e poi l'inizio è stato chiuso. Fortunatamente, è autunno, la temperatura non è troppo alta, se suona così tutta l'estate, si stima un po'difficile.

Grande posto per andare molto pulito in tutte e tre le camere ero in!! L'ac non lavorava nelle prime due, ma la camera finale era fantastica e aveva un jacuzzi!! Grande colazione!! Dato che due carte 10$ ogni per due giorni verso il costo del colazione, grande succo di caffè occhio di mela grande personale!! Beware of this hotel! They will charged you the damaged deposit usd70 above (not credit card preauthorisation) and told you that they will refund upon check out time. After weeks you check your credit card statement the refund still not get in. You have to spent above one months to argue with them. Ask them to proved the bank receipt they just sent you their OWN payment receipt with own writing refund. They said don't find the bank receipt anymore. This the fraud payment case exactly!

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è ottima, nella parte alta di Manhattan. Quando esci, gira a sinistra e raggiungerai Central Park in meno di 5 minuti. Gira a destra e raggiungerai Broadway a Times Square in 8 minuti.

UUtente anonimoManaged to arrive early and allowed early check-in at 1pm plus instead of 4pm. The caucasian woman stationed at the check-in counter was not the most friendly person. I passed her my credit card and was waiting for her to instruct me to sign for receipt. After a long pause, i realized i have to do something with the machine, and asked her where do i click for the machine. She did not respond kindly. I understand not every American has travelled widely and tends to provide poorer quality services as compared internationally. Hereby pointing this out, as a matter of fact, the hotel need to understand not every country use the same brand of credit card machine/POS as the Americans. The hotel staff should not expect foreign guests to know how the machine or hotel works. Also, there is no instruction on the machine ‘Please sign here’. The staff should at least provide a verbal instruction for signature on the machine. If the staff cannot be bothered with providing verbal instructions, please paste a visual aid on the machine at the minimum. Thankfully, the asian guy during check out was much friendlier and tried to start a conversation, but i was having a cold so i tried to minimise interaction. The interiors were old fashioned like in 90s. Fortunately, the room was clean and lit with multiple lamps around the room. As with most reviews, I was charged twice on my credit card on first day and last day each. Asking for a refund through my card service now as unauthorised charge was made on the last day and it wasn’t even on the receipt/expense report. I would gladly just pay for everything on my Day one, instead of going through such trouble. No receipt for deposit or cancellation, unlike other hotels i have been to. Service and amenities are average. No slippers available in the room. Locker for valuables provided. Own coffee machine provided in-room, but don’t set high expectations as it’s not Nespresso. There is no in-room dining menu for reference, even if i want to get. 30$USD destination fee per night is compulsory but exchangeable for 2hr bike rental in central park for two pax or food in the hotel. It feels like the hotel wants to charge you extra but don’t want to provide the service paid. I didn’t bother to purchase food from hotel as the reviews were average. Recommend to visit Los Tacos No. 1 & Broad Nosh Bagels a few blocks away for breakfast and lunch. The best point and only positive point is the hotel location. Just behind MoMA and near proximity landmarks such as Rockefeller Centre, and two streets away from 5th Avenue and Central Park. Only stayed here for convenience as a friend was also staying in the same hotel for business needs.

KKitrynThis hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

AAcaciaHIt was a night stay before my flight and the front desk people are telling pretty nice!
My room it seems to be bigger but divided by a white door to make more room, I can hear the people next door very clear and the divide door can actually be opened…..
The shower water was finicky and I couldn’t figure out how to use it but the front desk said you need to open both the faucet and the shower faucet to get hot water!
It was a nice room overall, overlooking the airport!

UUtente ospiteLa posizione era superba, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana principale. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile. Devono verificare che siate ospiti prima di poter entrare in hotel, probabilmente perché l'ascensore non consente l'accesso esclusivo ai piani agli ospiti: non è necessaria una tessera per salire. Addebitano una commissione di 39,99 dollari per la destinazione e danno un valore di mercato di 15 dollari per acquistare cibo ogni giorno (acqua da 500 ml a 7,50 dollari, bagel semplice a 5 dollari, bagel prosciutto e formaggio a 18 dollari...). Addebitano 4 dollari a bagaglio per il deposito bagagli dopo il check-out. A parte questi ”piccoli” supplementi, tutto il resto è buono.

UUtente ospiteThis is your no frills place for a place to lay your head. It was relatively clean, had all the necessary amenities, adequate breakfast, housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again. It gets the job done a peaceful rest without breaking the bank. The room had a slight odor not sure what it was but maybe they should do a deep clean to all the rooms and bathrooms. It could be just the one I was in. The toilet seat wasn’t cleaned that well but I survived.
