UUtente ospiteWe just came back from our 4 nights stay. The Inn looked clean and offered a good breakfast, although in a different building. That is pretty much it.
Our stay was not the most pleasant though. We booked a room for 3 people (we were traveling with our teenage kid) and at the time of booking I specified that I needed a room large enough for three people and an additional bed for our son. I called the Inn twice in the week prior to our arrival to make sure we had the room we needed and to let them know that we were arriving late in the evening. We arrived on Thursday night at 9 pm to find out that the room we were given was incredibly small and there was no place for an additional bed. The receptionist, a foreign student, called the manager who told her to add a cot to the already small room. We asked for another room and we were offered a room on the third story that was identical to the one we were given but with an awful smell and we declined it. The receptionist told us to either take the room we were assigned or leave. Little caveat, we had already prepaid a non refundable rate and at this time of the year there are no rooms available on Old Orchard Beach without a reservation. The receptionist did not seem to understand the conundrum of the prepaid non refundable stay and did not want to call the manager a second time to try to help us out. We did not want to lose the money we had already disbursed for our vacation so we had no choice but to take the room we were given, move the furniture around to fit a cot bed between our bed and a bureau (which then we could not use because his bed was right against the drawers). Every night we had to move all the luggage against the door to have enough space for the three of us to get to the tiniest bathroom you can think of (a closet repurposed as a bathroom). I do not understand why they accepted the reservation and ended up messing up with our vacation. They could have rejected the reservation saying that they did not have a room for us and I would have booked a room somewhere else. This small room could have worked for a couple but did not work for a family. The room service is offered every other day which meant leaving wet towels from 3 people's showers on the bathroom for an entire day. On one day, I asked for a garbage bag and put the wet towels outside the floor for someone to pick up. Same for the garbage. They sat there in the hallway until the next day. How do they expect people to shower every day, without a change of towels, especially after spending a day at the beach? There are a lot of things that could have been done better. We have been at OOB several times and other motels offer a much better service. I think there is a lot of potential but they need better management.
Will not stay there again.

La porta tra la stanza accanto non si chiuderebbe porta tre persone a chiudere
La TV diretta solo funzionava a volte mantenuto riavvio poi alla fine nessun segnale doveva ottenere un altro remoto dal desktop anteriore ancora non funzionava rinunciato
Non ci sono lingue per il buffet quando hanno detto al dipartimento frontale, hanno detto che gli abbiamo mostrato che dove non c'è nessuno per i due riscaldatori e lui passa al pane e dice sì qui è uno Quando gli diciamo che è insalutare finalmente ammetterà che hanno rotto un giorno o e non li hanno sostituiti.
Il bagno pubblico sul primo piano alle 6:30 è la stanza degli uomini non aveva carta da bagno né asciugamani e la stanza delle signore era chiusa con nessuno che lo usava. Sembra che si sentisse dove aspettando solo per il custode per farlo ma ricordate che il colazione continentale era servito
Il personale del desk front dove dismissibile e per controllare il segno ha detto di mettere le carte chiave sul conto dove già mezzo dozzino abbastanza lecca e poco professionale quando richiesto per il ricevimento ha detto che non possono stampare uno perché prenotato attraverso un terzo ma ha fatto non offrire gli altri modi che poteva darmi una ricevuta, riprintere i check-in e marcare pagato o dare me un conto itemizzato per il soggiorno il cameriere del desk front was either unknown or lazy

UUtente anonimoL'hotel è situato sul bellissimo lato del mare, con un porto privato e una strada di mare, la colazione è molto deliziosa, il panorama del ristorante è anche molto buono, il parcheggio è conveniente, il letto è molto grande, molto adatto per le vacanze dei familiari e dei loro amici?

__fengsuixindong_La camera da letto doppia è stata prenota per una suite doppia. È molto grande. Passare una strada è l'hotel vacanze (prezioso), dove c'è erba da vedere il sole.Guida per pochi minuti al Parco Nazionale di Acadia, c'è bella vista e cibo delizioso.

EEmily Rose LThis hotel was overbooked so they moved us to the Marriott Residence instead, so this review is for this property.
The bedding and bed were very comfortable- high off the floor for kids but perfect for tall people like me. I liked the white linens and the pillow top mattress.
The shower was great and the toiletries were adequate. There were tons of towels and washcloths. I did not use the kitchenette but it seemed well appointed for quick needs- a full sized refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee and tea choices, dish towel, etc.
The sitting area and desk were nice touches- the furniture was a bit dated looking but clean and unmarked by stains or heavy wear.
The hotel was very quiet but included fifth floor parking in the nearby garage and proximity to lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping. Great location!

We celebrated my son's birthday and the added freebies (free breakfast, birthday card, late checkout and candies surprise) are indeed very much appreciated! Thank you so much Westin Team for the effort! Of course, this is a Westin brand so everything is perfect!

If I could suggest anything, it would be that they would explain when asked about being pet friendly that they don’t allow pets to stay in the room while you’re not there and charge a $250 fine if you leave the room. We were confused because in other hotels that we stayed, we were allowed to leave the dogs. This makes it rather difficult when you arrive at the location and you’re an hour and a half away from your house that you have to now find a dog sitter or a dog daycare while you go out of your hotel room to me it defeats the purpose because I know I would’ve left them with the dog sitter at home either that or they clarify their stance on such issues like “do you have a dog here well as long as he stays quiet, it’s OK“ something to that effect.

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Ellsworth/Bar Harbor! The hotel was spotless, our room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to start the day, and the location was perfect for exploring Ellsworth, Acadia National Park, and Bar Harbor. It was nice to come back each evening to a clean, relaxing room after a day of sightseeing.
We especially appreciated the friendly service and how well the property was maintained. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay while visiting the Downeast Maine area, we highly recommend the Hampton Inn Ellsworth/Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay here again!

UUtente ospiteDecente colazione. Camera confortevole, doccia eccellente, microonde, caffè, pannello di ferro e ferro, mini frigorifero funzionale. Non c'è sicurezza che possa trovare. La mia stanza alla fine nord dell'edificio era molto rumorosa tutta la notte a pochi cento metri dalla Maine Turnpike, e da un aereo che passava a capo a partire alle 5.30. Un sistema di ventilazione costante sul piano A/C avrebbe potuto aiutare, ma sembra che l'hanno fatto. Il telaio di Hallway ha bisogno di pulire male (la stanza ha un piano duro). Il bagno è fuori dalla vasca, e il bagno è così piccolo che ho continuato a colpire le dita con la porta quando l'ho aperto per uscire. Un piccolo bar di sapone per condividere tra il lavastoviglie e il bagno/ducha.
